摘要 目的:评价不同类型天然沉香品质,并建立天然沉香中苄基丙酮和白木香醛含量测定方法。方法:对不同类型天然沉香进行显微鉴别、萜类显色反应及浸出物、沉香四醇、苄基丙酮和白木香醛含量测定,GC-MS指纹图谱结合多元统计分析筛选并鉴定41批样品中共有组分和差异组分。结果:苄基丙酮、白木香醛分别在2.4~60.0μg/mL(r=1.0000)、12.6~1512.0μg/mL(r=0.9993)范围内线性关系良好;平均加样回收率分别为97.20%、97.54%,RSD分别为0.82%、1.83%。GC-MS指纹图谱共鉴定出18个共有成分和8个差异成分。不同类型天然沉香中浸出物含量与GC-MS指纹图谱表观丰度呈显著负相关,与沉香四醇、白木香醛含量及GC-MS指纹图谱相似度均呈极显著正相关,浸出物含量越高,沉香品质越好。结论:不同类型天然沉香中浸出物含量与沉香树脂形成的组织部位具有一定相关性,可为全面评价不同类型的天然沉香质量提供参考。 Objective:To evaluate the quality of different types of natural Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum and to establish a method for the contents determination of benzalacetone and baimuxinal.Methods:The microscopic identification,terpene color reaction,extract,aloes tetranol,benzalacetone and baimuxinal contents of different types of natural Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum were analyzed and determined.GC-MS chromatographic fingerprint combined with the multivariate statistical analysis were used to select and identify the common and differential components of 41 batches of natural Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum.Results:The linear ranges of benzalacetone and baimuxinal were 2.4 to 60μg/mL(r=1.0000)and 12.6 to 1512.0μg/mL(r=0.9993).The average recoveries were 97.20%,97.54%and RSD were 0.82%,1.83%,respectively.A total of 18 common components and 8 differential components were identified by GC-MS chromatographic fingerprints.There was a significant negative correlation between the content of extract and the apparent abundance of GC-MS fingerprint,there was the extremely significant positive correlation with the contents of aloes tetranol,baimuxinal and GC-MS fingerprint similarity.The higher the content of extract,the better the quality of Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum.Conclusion:There is a certain correlation between the content of extract in different types of natural Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum and the tissue position formed by resin,which can provide a reference for evaluating the quality of different types of natural Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum.
