摘要
基于广东过去14年的七大产业GDP及就业数据,分析了广东省产业结构演进与劳动力就业结构变迁的关系。结果表明:制造业、交运业及房地产业的就业结构在逐步优化,需要重点关注农业、建筑业和批零业的富余劳动力转移,以解决就业问题;需警惕产业"脱实向虚"风险,尤其是金融业膨胀导致的人才需求"虚旺"现象,金融专业人才培养规格和规模是需要重点研究的。
Based on the GDP and employment data of seven major industries and the employment data of Guangdong in the past 14 years,this paper analyzes the relationship between the industrial structure evolution and the change of the employment structure of the labor force in Guangdong province.The results show that the employment structure of manufacturing industry,transportation industry and real estate industry is gradually optimizing.Attention needs to be paid to the transfer of surplus labour in agriculture,construction and wholesale and retail industries to solve their employment problems.It is necessary to guard against the risk of"shifting from real to fictitious"of industry,especially the phenomenon of"virtual prosperity"of talent demand led to by the expansion of the financial industry.It is needed to study more on the cultivation specification and scale of financial specialty talents.
