增强高职院校课程思政实效性的微观路径探析——基于“国际市场营销”课程实践 被引量:3

摘要 在“两个一百年”奋斗目标的历史交汇时期,在新时代背景下,高职院校开展课程思政教育的意义尤为重大。在梳理宏观政策要求的基础上,以“国际市场营销”课程思政建设的微观实践事实为切入点,深刻分析课程思政建设现状,并通过问卷调查等方法发现现阶段教学存在尚未形成课程思政生态系统、缺乏实践层面思政教学设计、师生间未深入展开有温度的交流、新冠肺炎疫情带来客观挑战等问题。因此,高职院校及教师在课程思政建设中,应始终牢记为党和国家培育高素质应用型人才的使命,积极构建课程思政生态系统,加强思政理论学习和专业能力提升,做好学情分析、创新教学模式,与学生进行有温度的交流,用实际行动助力全员全过程全方位育人大格局的形成。 In the historical intersection of the two centenary goals,it is of great significance to carry out curriculum ideology and politics education in higher vocational colleges under the background of the new era.On the basis of sorting out the relevant macro policy requirements,the article takes the micro practical facts of the curriculum ideology and politics construction of the international marketing curriculum as the starting point,and then deeply analyzes the current situation of curriculum ideology and politics construction.Through questionnaire survey and other methods,it is found that the current teaching has not formed a curriculum ideology and politics ecosystem;lack of practical ideological and political teaching design;teachers and students have not carried out in-depth warm communication;COVID-19 has brought objective challenges and other problems.Therefore,in the curriculum ideology and politics construction,higher vocational colleges and teachers should always keep in mind the mission of cultivating high-quality applied talents for the Party and the country,actively build the curriculum ideology and politics ecological system,strengthen ideological and political theory learning and professional ability improvement,do a good job in learning situation analysis,innovate teaching mode,and conduct warm communication with students.With practical action,help the whole process of all-round education pattern formation.
