摘要
全国职业院校技能大赛教学能力比赛是新时代教育领域由教育部主办的规格高、范围广、规模大、反响热烈的全国性教师教学比赛项目。通过采用统计分析法和文本分析法对2012—2020年度大赛高职组的2190项获奖作品开展多维度的统计分析发现:一是赛项设置逐渐趋于稳定;二是存在参赛覆盖面广但获奖地区不均衡的现象;三是大赛引领团队建设;四是大赛成果展示分享平台、传播途径日趋完善。通过对获奖作品开展实证分析,剖析作品蕴含的特征并加以总结,以期从中汲取经验从而进一步推动我国职业教育教学改革。
The Teaching Ability Competition of National Vocational Education Skills Competition is a national teacher teaching competition project with high specification,wide scope,large scale and enthusiastic response sponsored by the Ministry of Education in the field of education in the new era.By using statistical analysis and text analysis methods to carry out multidimensional statistical analysis of 2190 award-winning works of the higher vocational group from 2012 to 2020 competitions,it is found that:first,the event setting gradually tends to be stable;second,there is a wide coverage of the competition but the uneven phenomenon of award regions;third,the competition leads team building;fourth,the platform for displaying and sharing the results of the competition and the channels of communication are becoming more and more perfect.Through the empirical analysis of the award-winning works,the characteristics of the works are analyzed and summarized,in order to learn from the experience and further promote the reform of vocational education teaching in China.
