摘要
针对汽车维修人才培养过程中出现的汽修专业方向没有形成错位发展格局、货车维修人才培养存在短板、高技能专门化师资短缺等问题,瓯海职业中专集团学校以汽修专业(货车维修方向)服务温州小微民营企业(港华汽修)为切入口,探索"赋能驿站"载体形式,建立了校企共育货车维修人才培养体系,有效解决了校企合作难以持久的难题,培养了深受行业认可的技术技能人才,助推合作企业品质和产能不断增强。
Aiming at the problems of auto repair major that appeared in the process of auto repair personnel training,there is no misplaced development pattern,truck repair personnel training has shortcomings,and the shortage of high-skilled specialized teachers.Wenzhou Ouhai Vocational Secondary Group School used the auto repair major(truck maintenance direction)to serve Wenzhou small and micro private enterprises(Hong Kong and China Auto Repair)as the entry point,explored the carrier form of"empowerment station",established a school-enterprise joint training truck maintenance personnel training system,effectively solved the difficult problem of schoolenterprise cooperation,cultivated technical and technical personnel recognized by the industry,and promoted the continuous enhancement of the quality and production capacity of cooperative enterprises.
