摘要
选取浙江省18所高职院校为调研对象,从教育功能实现的视角重点考察各学校专业型学生社团工程造价协会的建设现状。研究发现:由于不同的高校政策、环境等因素的差异,专业型学生社团的发展极不平衡,主要体现在内外部因素的实践差异、活动设计的理念差异和考核激励的方法差异等方面。这些要素差异影响了学生社团活动的参与度,进而影响社团教育功能的实现。以此为依据,从社团指导力量配备、社团活动体系设计和考核激励制度构建等方面提出专业型学生社团教育功能优化的具体策略。
Select 18 higher vocational colleges participating in the engineering cost basic skills competition in Zhejiang province as the research objects,and focus on the construction status of the professional student engineering cost associations of various colleges from the perspective of the realization of the educational function.The research found that the development of professional student associations is extremely unbalanced due to differences in policies and environmental factors of colleges,which are mainly reflected in the practical differences of internal and external factors,the differences in activity design concepts,and the differences in assessment and incentive methods.The difference affects the participation of student association activities,which in turn affects the realization of the association’s educational function.Based on this,specific strategies for optimizing the educational functions of professional student associations are proposed from the aspects of the allocation of the association’s guiding force,the design of the association activity system,and the construction of the assessment and incentive system.
