摘要
社区教育发展的关键在于社区教育教师队伍建设。社区教育教师队伍建设是一个长期的系统工程,需要多方合力形成建设生态。政府部门要明确职业定位,制定保障政策,优化体制机制,引入市场机制,引导社会舆论,以此做好制度保障,营造建设环境。管理机构要做好系统设计,强化针对性和制度建设,细化培训方案,构建培训课程,创新培养路径。教师自身应积极作为,理解社区教育,正视自身不足,加强专业学习,提增成长动力,增强服务能力。
The key to the development of community education lies in the construction of the team of the teaching staff.The construction of teaching staff of community education is a long-term systematic project,which requires the joint efforts of multiple parties to form a construction ecology.Government departments must clarify their professional positioning,formulate guarantee policies,optimize systems and mechanisms,introduce market mechanisms,and guide public opinion to provide institutional guarantees and create a construction environment.Management agencies must do a good job in system design,strengthen pertinence and system construction,refine training programs,build training courses,and innovate training paths.Teachers should actively act,understand community education,face up to their shortcomings,strengthen professional learning,increase growth motivation,and enhance service capabilities.
