摘要
作为一种职业素养,工匠精神的培育是一个系统工程,需要政府、学校、企业各个层面紧密合作。以利益相关者理论为基础,对广州地区工匠及工匠精神培育现状进行梳理,发现在政府层面存在宣传方式不完善、物质激励不足、体制机制不完善的问题,在职业院校层面存在人才培养滞后、学生继续学习通道不畅的问题,在用人单位层面存在重视不够、理解不透、认定不清晰、机制不完善的问题。据此,从政府、职业院校、用人单位三个层面给出优化培育工匠、传播其精神的相关对策。
As a kind of professional quality,the cultivation of craftsmanship is a systematic project that requires close cooperation at all levels of the government,schools,and enterprises.Based on the stakeholder theory,the status quo of artisans and artisan spirit cultivation in Guangzhou was combed,and it was found that there were problems with imperfect publicity methods,insufficient material incentives,and imperfect systems and mechanisms at the government level,and lagging in talent cultivation and students continue to learn is not smooth at the vocational college level.There are problems such as insufficient attention,poor understanding,unclear identification,and imperfect mechanism at the employer level.Accordingly,relevant countermeasures for optimizing the cultivation of craftsmen and spreading their spirit are given.
