摘要
通过学生、教师和学校管理者三个层面对苏州市27所职业学校学生心理健康教育状况进行系统调查研究,结果显示当前职业学校教师和学生对学生的心理健康状况整体评价较好,但也有部分学生存在网络成瘾、自控力差等心理问题。通过调研职业学校学生心理健康教育情况与具体举措、教师对学生心理健康情况的评价及诉求等,发现心理健康教育主要存在心理健康教育机制不健全、专职心理健康教育师资紧缺、心理健康教育环境条件薄弱、心理健康教育投入不足等问题。为此提出建立内外协同体系、落实三全育人机制、完善三级预防网络、强化师资保障支撑、加强教育研究创新等五大举措,以扎实推动职业学校学生心理健康教育取得新成效。
A systematic survey and research on the status of students’mental health education in 27 vocational schools in Suzhou City through the three levels of students,teachers and school administrators shows that teachers and students in vocational schools have a better overall evaluation of students’mental health,but some students have psychological problems such as network addiction and poor selfcontrol.Through researching the situation of mental health education for students in vocational schools and specific initiatives,teachers’evaluation of students’mental health and their demands,it is found that mental health education is mainly characterized by the problems of unsound mental health education mechanism,shortage of full-time mental health education teachers,weak environmental conditions for mental health education,and insufficient investment in mental health education.In this regard,it is proposed to establish an internal and external synergy system,implement a three-whole parenting mechanism,improve the three-level prevention network,strengthen the support of teachers’security,and strengthen the innovation of educational research,in order to solidly promote the mental health education of students in vocational schools to achieve new results.
