多学科视域下职业教育赋能乡村振兴的逻辑与进路被引量：6

Logic and Approach of Vocational Education Empowering Rural Revitalization from the Perspective of Multidisciplinary

摘要职业教育在乡村振兴中发挥着不可替代的重要作用。基于知识生产模式转型理论,建构职业教育赋能乡村振兴的多学科分析框架。分别从政治学、经济学、教育学视角出发,发现职业教育对于增进乡村群众民生福祉、助益城乡居民共同富裕和筑牢乡村人才发展具有重要作用。为此,职业教育可从兴产业、优生态、促乡风、强组织与育人才五个方面精准发力,通过锚定乡村产业需求、赋能乡村绿色发展、弘扬优秀乡土文化、健全人才管培机制和培养乡村振兴实用人才一体推进乡村全面振兴。 Vocational education plays an indispensable role in comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.Drawing upon knowledge production mode transformation theory,this paper constructs a multidisciplinary framework for analyzing how vocational education empowers rural revitalization.From the perspectives of political science,economics and pedagogy,vocational education contributes to advancing the well-being of rural residents,promoting shared prosperity between urban and rural areas,and establishing a robust talent pool for rural development.For this purpose,vocational education can make precise efforts in the following five key aspects:boosting industrial revitalization,optimizing ecological environment,fostering positive rural ethos,strengthening organizations and cultivating talents.By accurately targeting rural industrial demand,enabling rural green development,promoting outstanding local rural culture,improving talent management and training mechanisms,and training practical talents for rural revitalization,vocational education can effectively facilitate comprehensive rural revitalization.
