摘要
目的:文章主要探究老年桡骨远端骨折患者中医手法复位加小夹板固定联合四黄散外敷治疗术应用效果。方法:选择福清市第二医院于2018年1月-2019年11月收治的90例老年桡骨远端骨折患者作为研究对象,随机均分为对照组和研究组,每组各45例。对照组患者使用中医手法复位加小夹板固定治疗法,研究组患者在对照组基础上使用四黄散外敷治疗。记录并对比两组患者的临床疗效、骨折愈合时间、Gartland-Werley评分、腕关节患者自行评估量表(Patient-Rated Wrist Evaluation,PRWE)评分以及骨折愈合评分系统评分。结果:研究组患者愈合时间明显较对照组患者短,愈合后Gartland-Werley评分、PRWE评分明显较对照组低,治疗第2周、4周、6周时RUSS评分明显较对照组高,差异均具有统计意义。结论:中医手法复位加小夹板固定联合四黄散外敷治疗法能够明显改善老年挠骨远端骨折患者愈合效果、加快愈合速率,具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine manual reduction plus small splint fixation combined with Sihuang powder(四黄散)external application in the treatment of elderly patients with distal radius fractures.Methods:From January 2018 to November 2019,Ninety distal radius fracture elderly patients in Fuqing Second Hospital were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the study group,with 45 patients in each.Patients in the control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine manual reduction plus small splint fixation,while patients in the study group were treated with Sihuang powder external application on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Clinical outcomes,fracture healing time,Gartland-Werley score,PRWE score,and RUSS score were recorded and compared.Results:The healing time of the study group was significantly shorter than control group,the Gartland-Werley score and PRWE score after healing in the study group were significantly lower than the control group,and the RUSS score at week 2,4,and 6 of treatment in the study group was significantly higher thanthe control group,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine manual reduction and small splint fixation combined with Sihuang powder external application can significantly improve the fracture healing effect and speed up the healing rate in treating elderly patients with distal radius fracture,and it has important clinical application value.
