摘要
白癜风是一种临床常见的自身免疫性色素减退性皮肤病,暴露部位的白斑可导致患者心理负担沉重,严重影响患者的社交与生活。其病因复杂,发病机制不明,主要涉及自身免疫、遗传因素、氧化应激及黑素细胞自毁等方面。白癜风治疗困难,疗效欠佳,随着白癜风基础研究的深入,IFN-r/JAK-STAT信号通路、Wnt信号通路、TRM细胞、Treg细胞等在白癜风发病、发展中的重要性;针对发病机理进行靶向干预成功的提供了白癜风治疗的新思路。本文综述近几年白癜风靶向药物的研究进展。
Vitiligo is a common clinical autoimmune hypopigmented skin disease.The white spots on the exposed parts can lead to heavy psychological burden on patients and seriously affect their social and life.Its etiology is complex and its pathogenesis is unknown,mainly involving autoimmunity,genetic factors,oxidative stress and melanocyte self destruction.Vitiligo is difficult to treat and has poor curative effect.With the deepening of basic research on vitiligo,IFN-r/JAK-STAT signal pathway,Wnt signal pathway,TRM cells,Treg cells and so on are of great importance in the pathogenesis and development of vitiligo;Targeted intervention against the pathogenesis has successfully provided a new idea for the treatment of vitiligo.This article reviews the research progress of vitiligo targeted drugs in recent years.
