摘要
白癜风是一种常见的后天性色素脱失性疾病,其发病机制与氧化应激及自身免疫反应有关。氧化应激反应使白癜风患者氧化-抗氧化系统失衡,随之激活自身免疫反应,二者协同激活多种信号传导通路,继而导致黑素细胞损伤和皮肤色素脱失。近年,大气压冷等离子体(CAP)成为医学领域的新治疗方法,具有安全性高、耐受性好、不良反应小等优点。CAP通过调节氧化应激产物水平而影响下游信号通路,有效恢复白癜风患者氧化-抗氧化系统失衡。同时,CAP抑制T淋巴细胞浸润和炎症因子表达,缓解白癜风皮损区域的组织损伤。最新临床试验证实,CAP治疗活动期局灶性白癜风患者取得较好疗效。
Vitiligo is a common acquired depigmentation disease,and its pathogenesis is related to oxidative stress and autoimmune response.Oxidative stress causes the imbalance of the oxidation-antioxidant system in patients with vitiligo,and then activates the autoimmune response.The two synergistically activates a variety of signal transduction pathways,leading to melanocyte damage and skin depigmentation.Atmospheric pressure cold plasma(CAP)is a new treatment method in the medical field in recent years,which has the advantages of high safety,good tolerance and small adverse reactions.CAP affects downstream signaling pathways by regulating the level of oxidative stress products,and effectively restores the imbalance of oxidationantioxidant system in patients with vitiligo.At the same time,CAP inhibits the infiltration of T lymphocytes and the expression of inflammatory factors,and relieves the tissue damage in vitiligo lesions.Recent clinical trials have confirmed that CAP has achieved good results in the treatment of active focal vitiligo.
