Update of the oxidative stress in the pathogenesis of vitiligo

摘要 白癜风发病机制复杂,涉及遗传、免疫、氧化应激、功能性黑素细胞凋亡和(或)丢失、神经体液等假说。本文将对Keap1/Nrf2/ARE信号转导通路与氧化应激进行综述。 Pathogenesis of vitiligo is complex,involving genetic,immunity,oxidative stress,apoptosis of functional melanocytes and( or) loss and neurohormonal hypothesis, etc. Keap1/Nrf2/ARE pathway associated with oxidative stress was reviewed in this paper.
