摘要
为揭示火电建设项目对环境造成的影响,通过分析施工期对环境的影响,涵盖大气污染、水污染、噪声污染及生态破坏等维度。结果表明:环境监理对于提升环保措施的有效性、降低环境风险与污染事故发生率以及推动火电行业可持续发展具有关键作用。详细阐述了环境监理的核心内容、工作方法与流程,并指出了现有环境监理体系面临的挑战,包括监理人员专业素质不一、技术手段的落后等问题。基于此,提出了包括加强队伍建设、提升技术支持、增强建设单位与施工单位的环保意识、规范监理费用管理等在内的改进措施。此项研究为火电建设项目环境监理提供了理论参考和实践指导,有助于提高环境管理质量。
In order to reveal the environmental impact of thermal power construction projects,this paper analyzes the environmental impact during the construction period,covering dimensions such as air pollution,water pollution,noise pollution,and ecological damage.The research results show that environmental supervision plays a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of environmental protection measures,reducing the incidence of environmental risks and pollution accidents,and promoting the sustainable development of the thermal power industry.The paper elaborates on the core content,working methods,and processes of environmental supervision,and points out the challenges faced by the existing environmental supervision system,including the uneven professional quality of supervisors and the backwardness of technical methods.In response to these issues,improvement measures are proposed,including strengthening team building,enhancing technical support,increasing the environmental awareness of construction units and contractors,and standardizing the management of supervision fees.This research provides theoretical reference and practical guidance for the environmental supervision of thermal power construction projects,and helps improve the quality of environmental management.
