摘要
目的探讨我国中部地区急诊科医生工作满意度现状,分析中部地区急诊医生工作满意度的相关因素。方法以中部六省的2339名急诊科医生为研究对象,开展线上问卷调查。使用结构化问卷调查参与者的人口学特征、工作相关因素、付出回报失衡、组织承诺和工作满意度情况,采用分层回归分析探讨其工作满意度的相关因素。结果我国中部地区急诊科医生工作满意度水平一般,43.7%的受访者对当前工作感到满意。其中年龄≤35岁的急诊医生更容易产生低工作满意度,学历在本科以下、每月夜班频率<5次、认为晋升容易、自评科室医生人数满足需求、过去一年未经历工作场所暴力和感知付出回报平衡的急诊科医生工作满意度更高,并且急科诊医生的组织承诺水平与工作满意度呈显著负相关。结论中部地区急诊科医生的工作满意度与年龄、工作年限、夜班频率、自觉医生短缺、工作场所暴力、付出回报失衡和组织承诺现状相关。
Objective To explore the current situation of emergency department physicians'job satisfaction in central China and analyze the associate factors which affect the emergency department physicians'job satisfaction.Methods An online questionnaire survey was conducted among 2339 emergency physicians in six central pro-vinces in China.The demographic characteristics,job-related factors,effort-reward imbalance,organizational commitment and job satisfaction of the participants were investigated by the structured questionnaire,and the hierarchical multiple regression was used to analyze the factors associated with job satisfaction.Results The job satisfaction le-vel of emergency doctors in the central region of China was not good,only 43.7%of respondents were satisfied with their current work.Among them,emergency physicians who under 35 years old were more likely to have low job sa-tisfaction.Physicians who had less than bachelor's degree,less than 5-night shifts per month,thought easy to be promoted,felt perceived shortage of physician,suffered no experience workplace violence in the past year,and perceived effort-reward balance were more likely to had higher job satisfaction.Moreover,the organizational commitment level of emergency physicians is negatively correlated with job satisfaction.Conclusion The job satisfaction of emergency physicians in central China was related to age,working years,night shift frequency,perceived doctor shortage,workplace violence,payback imbalance and organizational commitment.
