高等工程创新人才培养体系的构建与实践——以中国矿业大学采矿工程专业建设为例 被引量:40

摘要 采矿工程专业依托学科优势,以国家特色专业建设为抓手,以培养大学生创新能力为核心,将创新教育活动落实到教学各环节,构建出能体现理论教学和实践教学并重的开放式、多层次的创新人才培养体系。并在人才培养方案调整、本科生导师制培养、大学生科研创新活动推进、毕业设计整体改革、实践教学环节加强、创新激励制度完善等6个方面进行了实践,已取得初步成效。 Based on specific advantages of disciplines,mining engineering major carries out the creative education in each teaching step by taking the construction of characteristic specialty as a turning point and the training of students' innovatory ability as a core,and constructs the open and multi-level training system which reflects the significance of both theoretical teaching and practical teaching.Meanwhile,it makes some practice on the following aspects: the adjustment of talent training plan,training of tutorial system for undergraduate students,promotion of students' scientific and innovative activities,overall reform on graduation design,enhancement of practice teaching link and improvement of innovation incentive system.And good results have been achieved.
