Through the construction of smart medical with electronic medical record as the core.Pay attention to the key points of the construction of electronic medical record,and take integration,intelligence,closed-loop management,paperless as the main goal.By information technology,improve the efficiency of medical services for the people.Improve the overall medical quality,reduce medical errors,control medical cost and improve the quality of hospital development,lay a solid medical security system to protect people's health.
