摘要
目的:评价我国某县级医院基于人工智能技术的电子病历质控系统的应用效果,为提高医院应用电子病历的数据质量水平提供参考依据。方法:比较该医院在系统应用前(2021年)和应用后(2022年)的规模、电子病历应用水平等基本情况,根据国家卫生健康委关于电子病历数据质量评估的具体要求,对医院应用系统前后的电子病历数据质量进行定量评价,评价指标为数据质量系数(I),I>0.5表示达到标准,比较达标率。结果:该医院应用基于人工智能技术的电子病历质控系统后,电子病历应用水平整体等级提高了1级,病房医师、门诊医师工作角色在应用系统前后数据质量达标率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),均提高了20%,完整性和整合性维度在应用系统前后数据质量达标率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),完整性达标率提高了32%,整合性达标率提高了48%。结论:应用基于人工智能技术的电子病历质控系统,可以帮助该医院有效提高电子病历数据质量,提高电子病历应用水平。
Objective:To evaluate the application effect of electronic medical record quality control system based on artificial intelligence in a county hospital in China,so as to provide reference for improving the data quality of electronic medical record in hospitals.Methods:The scale and application level of electronic medical record of the hospital before application in 2021 and after application in 2022 were compared.According to the specific requirements for electronic medical record data quality assessment issued by the National Health Commission,this study quantitatively evaluated the data quality of electronic medical record before and after the application of quality control system.The evaluation index was data quality coefficient(I),and I>0.5 means that the standard was reached.This study compared the rate of reaching the standard.Results:The overall level of electronic medical record application of the hospital had been improved by one level after applying the quality control system based on artificial intelligence.The differences of rate of reaching the standard of ward physicians and outpatient doctors were statistically significant(P<0.05),and they were both increased by 20 percentage points.The differences of rate of reaching the standard of integrity and conformability were statistically significant(P<0.05).The integrity increased by 32 percentage points,and conformability increased by 48 percentage points.Conclusion:The application of electronic medical record quality control system based on artificial intelligence technology can help the hospital effectively improve the data quality and the level of electronic medical record application.
