摘要
以某医院广东省医疗机构病案统计管理系统数据为研究对象,使用PowerBI构建病案首页可视化统计分析工具,对工作效率、病人来源、疾病谱与手术、费用结构与特征分布、绩效考核、DIP入组6个方面进行分析。其优点在于可节约人工重复统计数据的时间成本且避免人为出错,将工作效率提高67%;社会效益上,能为广东省信息化水平不足的医院提供可借鉴使用的工具模板,为医院提供准确的病案首页及医疗质量监测指标,极大提高病案统计工作效率,实现医疗机构管理上的提质增效与高质量发展。
Taking the data of the medical records statistical management system of a hospital in Guangdong Province as the research object,the paper uses PowerBI to build a visual statistical analysis tool for the medical record home page,and analyzes six aspects of work efficiency,patient source,disease spectrum and surgery,cost structure and characteristic distribution,performance evaluation,and DIP grouping.Its advantages are that it can save the time cost of manual repeated statistical data and avoid human error,and improve the work efficiency by 67%.In terms of social benefits,it can provide a tool template that can be used for reference for hospitals with insufficient informatization level in Guangdong Province,provide accurate medical record home page and medical quality monitoring indicators for hospitals,greatly improve the efficiency of medical record statistics,and realize the improvement of quality and efficiency and high-quality development in the management of medical institutions.
