摘要
非同质化通证(NFT)的应用在为数字艺术品市场发展提供多元可能的同时,也给数字艺术品市场带来了诸多风险,具体表现为著作权侵权风险、存储标准与认证方式风险和交易监管风险。对这些风险可以依靠数字艺术市场监管理念的塑造,通过分类制定市场准入标准、构建NFT艺术品数据库和界定NFT交易平台义务等措施进行防范。
While the application of Non-Fungible Token(NFT)provides diversified possibilities for the development of digital art market,it also brings many risks to the digital art market,specifically the risk of copyright infringement,the risk of storage standards and authentication methods,and the risk of transaction regulation.These risks can be prevented by relying on the shaping of the digital art market regulatory concept,through the formulation of market access classification,the construction of NFT artwork database and the definition of NFT trading platform obligations.
