In order to find candidate proteins that are potentially associated with the phenotype in neonatal rat cardiomyocytes treated with phenylephrine(PE), the differential proteins expression pattern after α-adrenergic re...In order to find candidate proteins that are potentially associated with the phenotype in neonatal rat cardiomyocytes treated with phenylephrine(PE), the differential proteins expression pattern after α-adrenergic receptor stimulation in neonatal cardiomyocytes was analyzed by using a series of methods,including two dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis,PDQuest 2-DE software analysis and peptide mass fingerprint mapping based on MALDI-TOF-MS.The good two-dimensional pattern with a high resolution and reproducibility was obtained.Totally 14 differential protein spots were found. Out of these,11 proteins were preliminarily identified.Desmin,Txndc5,etc.were found to be up-regulated in PE-treated cardiomyocytes,while caspase-11, 4-hydroxyphenylpyruvic acid dioxygenase,etc.were found to be down-regulated.It suggests that the differential expression analysis of proteome may be useful to the further study of the related proteins and the molecular markers of cardiovascular diseases.展开更多
目的探讨冠心病介入术后患者合并吸气肌无力(inspiratory muscle weakness,IMW)的危险因素.方法回顾性纳入2016年1月至2018年3月于北京大学第三医院住院并测定了最大吸气压力(maximal inspiratory pressure,MIP)的冠心病介入治疗术后患...目的探讨冠心病介入术后患者合并吸气肌无力(inspiratory muscle weakness,IMW)的危险因素.方法回顾性纳入2016年1月至2018年3月于北京大学第三医院住院并测定了最大吸气压力(maximal inspiratory pressure,MIP)的冠心病介入治疗术后患者196例,根据MIP/预计值(predicted normal value,PNV)的百分比将患者分为IMW组(52例)(MIP/PNV<70%)和对照组(144例)(MIP/PNV≥70%);收集两组相关临床信息和MIP,分析合并IMW的危险因素.结果在所有患者中合并IMW的比例为26.5%(52例),在无心力衰竭病史的患者合并的比例为20.5%(27例/132例).IMW组的心力衰竭病史患者比例(P=0.002)、氨基末端脑钠肽前体(P=0.011)、左心房压力(P=0.003)和二尖瓣舒张早期血流速度峰值与二尖瓣环舒张早期运动速度比值(the ratio of the peak blood flow velocity in the early diastole of the mitral valve to the early diastolic velocity of the mitral valve ring,E/EM)(P<0.001)均显著高于对照组;血红蛋白(P=0.012)、左心室射血分数(P=0.025)和解剖完全血运重建的比例(P=0.004)显著低于对照组.回归分析结果显示,解剖完全血运重建(OR=0.369,95%CI 0.144~0.945)、心力衰竭病史(OR=2.537,95%CI 1.238~5.200)和E/EM(OR=1.104,95%CI 1.005~1.214)为IMW的独立危险因素.结论冠心病介入术后患者合并IMW的危险因素为解剖未完全血运重建、心力衰竭病史和E/EM升高.展开更多
Myocardial perfusion imaging(MPI) is valuable for the diagnosis,prognosis,and management of coronary artery disease(CAD).The most commonly used pharmacologic stress agents at present are vasodilators and adrenergic ag...Myocardial perfusion imaging(MPI) is valuable for the diagnosis,prognosis,and management of coronary artery disease(CAD).The most commonly used pharmacologic stress agents at present are vasodilators and adrenergic agents.However,these agents have contraindications and may cause adverse effects in some patients.Thus,other stress agents feasible for more patients are required.Higenamine(HG) is a β-adrenergic receptor agonist currently approved for clinical trials as a stress agent for myocardial infarction.It also has a promising value in MPI for the detection of CAD in preclinical and clinical studies.This review summarizes the application of HG on MPI,including its mechanism of action,stress protocol,efficacy,and safety.展开更多
