In this paper, the evaluation function, the parameter choice and the basic principle have been discussed. The proposed method has been applied to the analysis for first\|derivative fluorescent mixed spectra of tryptophan, tyrosine and phenylalanine, and the relative errors are within ±5%. The new method has obvious superiority on the sides of the convergence speed and calculation precision as compared with Partial Last Squares(PLS) and Genetic Algorithms(GA).展开更多
用化学发光法测定过氧化氢与其它方法相比有许多优点。测定过氧化氢常用的发光反应试剂有鲁米诺(1uminol)和双-(2,4,6-三氯苯基)草酸酯(TCPO)等。文献报道的以鲁米诺体系测定过氧化氢的方法常用铁氰酸盐、羟基血红素或酶作催化剂...用化学发光法测定过氧化氢与其它方法相比有许多优点。测定过氧化氢常用的发光反应试剂有鲁米诺(1uminol)和双-(2,4,6-三氯苯基)草酸酯(TCPO)等。文献报道的以鲁米诺体系测定过氧化氢的方法常用铁氰酸盐、羟基血红素或酶作催化剂。通过测定某些反应中生成的过氧化氢,可间接测定一些有机物,如L-氨基酸、葡萄糖等。因此,研究测定过氧化氢的新方法是很有意义的。 W.
