YOLO-Fastest-IR:Ultra-lightweight thermal infrared face detection method for infrared thermal camera

This paper presents a high-speed and robust dual-band infrared thermal camera based on an ARM CPU.The system consists of a low-resolution long-wavelength infrared detector,a digital temperature and humid⁃ity sensor,and a CMOS sensor.In view of the significant contrast between face and background in thermal infra⁃red images,this paper explores a suitable accuracy-latency tradeoff for thermal face detection and proposes a tiny,lightweight detector named YOLO-Fastest-IR.Four YOLO-Fastest-IR models(IR0 to IR3)with different scales are designed based on YOLO-Fastest.To train and evaluate these lightweight models,a multi-user low-resolution thermal face database(RGBT-MLTF)was collected,and the four networks were trained.Experiments demon⁃strate that the lightweight convolutional neural network performs well in thermal infrared face detection tasks.The proposed algorithm outperforms existing face detection methods in both positioning accuracy and speed,making it more suitable for deployment on mobile platforms or embedded devices.After obtaining the region of interest(ROI)in the infrared(IR)image,the RGB camera is guided by the thermal infrared face detection results to achieve fine positioning of the RGB face.Experimental results show that YOLO-Fastest-IR achieves a frame rate of 92.9 FPS on a Raspberry Pi 4B and successfully detects 97.4%of faces in the RGBT-MLTF test set.Ultimate⁃ly,an infrared temperature measurement system with low cost,strong robustness,and high real-time perfor⁃mance was integrated,achieving a temperature measurement accuracy of 0.3℃. 展开更多

This paper presents the design of an experimental battlefield dynamic scanning and staring imaging system based on a fast steering mirror(FSM), which is capable of real-time monitoring of hot targets and wide-area reconnaissance of hot regions. First,the working principle and working sequence of the FSM are briefly analyzed. The mathematical model of the FSM system is built by modeling its dynamic and electrical properties, and the rationality of the model is validated by means of model identification. Second,the influence of external sources of disturbance such as the carrier and moment on the control precision of the FSM is effectively suppressed by the jointly controlling of proportional integral(PI)and disturbance observer(DOB), thus realizing a high precision and strong robustness control of the FSM system. Then, this paper designs an experimental prototype and introduces a special optical structure to enable the infrared camera to share the FSM with the visible light camera. Finally, the influence of the velocity difference between the mirror of the FSM and the rotating platform on the imaging quality of the system is experimentally analyzed by using the image sharpness evaluation method based on point sharpness. A good dynamic scanning and staring imaging result is achieved when the velocity of these two components correspond. 展开更多

New ultra-lightweight sludge-red mud ceramics(ULS-RMC) were prepared by red mud(RM),clay and dried sewage sludge(DSS).The properties and mechanism of RM in the preparation of ULS-RMC were discussed.The chemical components,thermal properties and mineral phases of RM were determined by energy dispersive X-ray(EDX),differential scanning calorimetry/thermal gravimetric analysis(DSC/TGA) and X-ray diffraction(XRD),respectively.Constant dosage of DSS to clay and different amounts of RM were utilized in the preparation of ULS-RMC.Physical properties test(bulk density,grain density,water absorption and expansion ratio),XRD and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) were employed to characterize the ULS-RMC.The results show that RM exhibits high hydroscopic property and good water-retention property,and bloating property and fluxing property of RM are caused by abound of gaseous components and flux,respectively.The two chemical properties are utilized to discuss the mineral phases and microstructures differences between ULSC and ULS-RMC. 展开更多

The study was conducted to demonstrate the effects of dietary protein and water temperature on growth and flesh quality of Songpu mirror carp (Cyprinus carpio) at an initial weight (165.24±5.08) g. Practical diets were formulated to contain five protein levels (29.12%, 31.46%, 34.49%, 38.17%, and 40.13%), and each diet was randomly assigned triplicate groups of 15 fishes at three temperatures (18℃, 22℃, and 26℃) in the recirculation system. Fishes were fed twice daily to apparent satiation for 56 days. Results indicated that fishes had higher weight gain rate at 22℃ and 26℃ than that at 18℃ (P〈0.05), but there were no significant differences between 22℃ and 26℃ (P〉0.05). Based on the weight gain rate, dietary protein level 29.12% could meet the requirement of the body at 18℃, 22℃, or 26℃. Crude protein, crude lipid, moisture and ash of muscle had no significant differences among those treatments (P〉0.05). pH (after 24 h) of muscle was the highest at 18℃ and the lowest at 22℃ (P〈0.05), but no differences were observed among different protein level groups at each temperature (P〉0.05). No significant differences on shear force, water holding capacity, collagen, glycogen and lactate among all the treatments were found (P〉0.05). It was concluded that when C. carpio fed to apparent satiation, the growth mainly depended upon temperature. Dietary protein could not significantly affect flesh quality, but temperature significantly affected pH of muscles. A dietary protein level 29.12% could meet the requirement of the body at 18℃, 22℃, or 26℃. 展开更多

To determine mirror surface finishing conditions and efficient and economical superfinishing conditions for pure titanium and titanium alloys, an abrasive film is used when superfinishing is performed under varying conditions. These conditions include the workpiece rotation speed, the oscillation speed, the contact pressure of the roller, the hardness of the roller, and the type of abrasive film. The superfinishing device is applied to polishing a thin and long cylindrical bar. A micro-finishing film and a lapping film were used as abrasive films. A1203 grains or SiC grains were used as abrasives. The surface roughness of a polished workpiece was measured using a stylus-type surface-roughness measuring instrument. As a result, the conditions to improve the polishing surface efficiently include high values for the workpiece rotation speed, oscillation speed and contact pressure. The roller hardness has no effect on the efficient polishing conditions. The mirror finish of a surface can be created using lapping film of 3 μm with Al2O3 grains after polishing to a steady surface roughness under the efficient polishing conditions. 展开更多

This work was focused on the model-based design method of two-axis four-actuator(TAFA) fast steering mirror system(FSM), in order to improve the design efficiency. The structure and operation principle commonality of normal TAFA FSM were investigated. Based on the structure and the commonality, the conditions of single-axis idea, high-frequency resonance and coupling were modeled gradually. Combining these models, a holonomic system model was established to reflect and predict the performance of TAFA FSM. A model-based design method was proposed based on the holonomic system model. The design flow and design concept of the method were described. In accordance with the method, a TAFA FSM was designed. Simulations and experiments of the FSM were done, and the results of them were compared. The compared results indicate that the holonomic system model can well reflect and predict the performance of TAFA FSM. The bandwidth of TAFA FSM is more than 250 Hz; adjust time is less than 15 ms;overshoot is less than 8%; position accuracy is better than 10 μrad; the FSM prototype can satisfy the requirements. 展开更多

Compared to filters consisting of the conventional Panda polarization maintaining fibre, filters based on a high birefringence photonic crystal fibre loop mirror have better temperature stability. 空间光学敏感器是航天器的重要组成部分,其在极端空间环境下可靠工作是空间活动和任务正常开展的保障。空间光学敏感器的核心在于光学系统的制造,目前空间光学敏感器最普遍采用的是中小口径透射式光学系统,这要求各光学元件之间进行精... 空间光学敏感器是航天器的重要组成部分,其在极端空间环境下可靠工作是空间活动和任务正常开展的保障。空间光学敏感器的核心在于光学系统的制造,目前空间光学敏感器最普遍采用的是中小口径透射式光学系统,这要求各光学元件之间进行精密的装配制造。与机械紧固件连接方式相比,胶粘方式在中小口径透射式光学系统制造中更具潜力,然而胶粘方式在面向航天应用的光学敏感器光学系统制造中鲜有提及。系统研究了面向空间光学敏感器光学系统的透射镜组胶粘技术,通过应力仿真与面形分析确定了XM31作为下层胶粘剂、DP460作为上层胶粘剂的用胶组合,通过L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验及极差/方差分析确定了包边后面形大小的主要影响因素是包边材料和下层涂胶面积,通过热真空、温度循环、力学环境适应性试验等空间环境地面模拟实验评估了该技术的可靠性,最终确定了最优胶粘技术参数。本工作对后续空间光学敏感器透射镜组装配技术研究有很强的指导意义。 展开更多

利用城市自然环境进行户外运动空间营造是丰富全民健身空间供给,满足人民群众多元化健身需求的重要途径,对于打造高质量城市户外运动目的地,激发户外运动消费活力等具有重要意义。运用文献资料、逻辑分析、比较分析等方法对城市户外运... 利用城市自然环境进行户外运动空间营造是丰富全民健身空间供给,满足人民群众多元化健身需求的重要途径,对于打造高质量城市户外运动目的地,激发户外运动消费活力等具有重要意义。运用文献资料、逻辑分析、比较分析等方法对城市户外运动空间营造的逻辑、困境、经验与启示进行探讨。认为,城市户外运动空间包括自然资源直接开放、配套设施有机嵌入、专属场地设施建造、其他场地复合利用等4种类型。城市户外运动空间营造具有破解全民健身空间困局、助力美丽城市建设、支持产业要素空间协同的价值,但也面临生态保护与功能开发的强度失衡、刚性规划与弹性需求的时序错位、技术嵌入与业态联合的场景缺失、社会资本与公众参与的机制薄弱等困境。发达国家的成功经验主要有:坚持生态保护与空间拓展有机统一的设计理念、强调空间整合与多维需求有效衔接的开发布局、营造数字赋能与业态融合共生驱动的使用场景、建立政府引导与多元共治长效协同的管理机制。提出本土启示:注重理念升维,实现空间利用与生态底线的有效耦合;突破开发边界,构建空间统筹与需求适配的规划体系;推动场景革新,促进数字技术与业态融合的共生赋能;创新制度设计,健全有效市场与有为政府的协同机制。 展开更多

为简化某地基望远镜主镜的支撑方式,兼顾保障望远镜成像质量和精度,研究了460 mm口径单轴支撑碳化硅主镜的优化设计。首先,确定了相近线胀系数材料的单轴支撑方案和扇形的主镜背部结构,针对支撑结构和材料特性,利用先进的碳化硅烧结技... 为简化某地基望远镜主镜的支撑方式,兼顾保障望远镜成像质量和精度,研究了460 mm口径单轴支撑碳化硅主镜的优化设计。首先,确定了相近线胀系数材料的单轴支撑方案和扇形的主镜背部结构,针对支撑结构和材料特性,利用先进的碳化硅烧结技术可制备异性结构的特性,结合优化设计理论,在满足主镜面型精度的前提下,对主镜进行了轻量化设计。优化后的主镜质量仅为4.82 kg,主镜水平状态下面型仿真分析RMS为λ/51.4。经实际工程验证,主镜支撑后水平状态下面型精度检测结果优于λ/42,轻量化效果显著并满足实际使用要求。本研究为工程项目提供了理论基础和技术储备。 展开更多

本试验旨在研究饲料中添加精氨酸(Arg)对松浦镜鲤幼鱼生长性能、血液指标和肝脏糖代谢的影响。选取360尾健康、初始体重为(6.84±0.02)g的松浦镜鲤幼鱼,随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复18尾。5组试验鱼分别饲喂Arg添加水平为0(C0... 本试验旨在研究饲料中添加精氨酸(Arg)对松浦镜鲤幼鱼生长性能、血液指标和肝脏糖代谢的影响。选取360尾健康、初始体重为(6.84±0.02)g的松浦镜鲤幼鱼,随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复18尾。5组试验鱼分别饲喂Arg添加水平为0(C0组)、0.6%(C0.6组)、1.2%(C1.2组)、1.8%(C1.8组)和2.4%(C2.4组)的等氮等能饲料。试验期8周。结果表明:1)与C0组相比,各Arg添加组增重率(WGR)均显著提高(P<0.05),饲料系数(FCR)均显著降低(P<0.05);C1.2、C1.8和C2.4组肥满度(CF)显著提高(P<0.05);C1.8和C2.4组蛋白质效率(PER)显著提高(P<0.05)。基于WGR的折线回归分析表明,松浦镜鲤幼鱼的最适Arg需要量为饲料干物质的1.85%,饲料蛋白质的5.53%。2)与C0组相比,C1.2、C1.8和C2.4组血清甘油三酯(TG)含量显著降低(P<0.05);C2.4组血清总胆固醇(T-CHO)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。3)C2.4组肝脏葡萄糖激酶(GK)和糖原合成酶激酶3β(GSK3β)活性显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),肝脏磷酸果糖激酶(PFK)活性显著低于其他各组(P<0.05)。与C0组相比,C1.2和C1.8组肝脏己糖激酶(HK)活性显著提高(P<0.05);C1.8和C2.4组肝脏6-磷酸果糖-2-激酶/果糖-2,6-二磷酸酶2(PFKFB2)活性显著提高(P<0.05);C1.2、C1.8和C2.4组肝脏胰岛素受体(IR)、磷脂酰肌醇3激酶(PI3K)、蛋白激酶B(AKT)、葡萄糖转运蛋白2(GLUT2)和葡萄糖转运蛋白4(GLUT4)含量显著提高(P<0.05);C1.2组肝脏磷酸化蛋白激酶B(p-AKT)含量显著提高(P<0.05)。4)在肝脏葡萄糖转运相关基因中,与C0组相比,C0.6和C1.2组AKT、各Arg添加组蛋白激酶B底物160(AS160)及C0.6、C1.2和C1.8组GLUT2的mRNA相对表达量均显著提高(P<0.05)。在肝脏糖酵解相关基因中,与C0组相比,C1.2组PFKFB2、C1.2和C1.8组GK及C0.6、C1.2和C1.8组HK的mRNA相对表达量均显著提高(P<0.05)。在肝脏糖异生相关基因中,C1.2、C1.8和C2.4组叉头盒蛋白O1(FOXO1)的mRNA相对表达量显著高于C0和C0.6组(P<0.05);与C0组相比,C2.4组葡萄糖6磷酸酶(G6Pase)及各Arg添加组磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧激酶(PEPCK)的mRNA相对表达量均显著降低(P<0.05)。在肝脏糖原合成相关基因中,C0.6和C1.2组糖原合成酶(GSase)的mRNA相对表达量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲料中添加0.6%~2.4%Arg可提高松浦镜鲤幼鱼的生长性能及促进肝脏糖代谢。 展开更多
