Yb:Sc_(2)O_(3) Transparent Ceramics Fabricated from Co-precipitated Nano-powders:Microstructure and Optical Property

Sc_(2)O_(3),as a host for solid-state laser gain materials,has advantage of high thermal conductivity and easy matching with activating ions,which is promising in high-power laser applications.Currently,Yb-doped Sc_(2)O_(3) ceramics have been fabricated at very high sintering temperatures,but their optical quality and sintering process still need further improvement.In this work,5%Yb:Sc_(2)O_(3)(in mass)nano-powders were obtained by co-precipitation,and then transparent ceramics were fabricated by vacuum pre-sintering and hot isostatic pressing(HIP)post-treatment.The cubic Yb:Sc_(2)O_(3) nano-powders with good dispersity and an average crystallite of 29 nm were obtained.Influence of pre-sintering temperatures(1500-1700℃)on densification process,microstructure changes,and optical transmittance of Yb:Sc_(2)O_(3) ceramics was detected.Experimental data revealed that all samples have a uniform microstructure,while the average grain sizes increase with the increase of the sintering temperatures.Impressively,the optimum in-line transmittance of Yb:Sc_(2)O_(3) ceramics,pre-sintered at 1550℃after HIP post-treatment,reaches 78.1%(theoretical value of 80%)at 1100 nm.Spectroscopic properties of the Yb:Sc_(2)O_(3) ceramics reveal that the minimum population inversion parameterβ2 and the luminescence decay time of 5%Yb:Sc_(2)O_(3) ceramics are 0.041 and 0.49 ms,respectively,which demonstrate that the optical quality of the Yb:Sc_(2)O_(3) has been improved.Meanwhile,their best vacuum sintering temperature can be controlled down to a lower temperature(1550℃).In conclusion,Yb:Sc_(2)O_(3) nano-powders are successfully synthesized by co-precipitation method,and good optical quality transparent ceramics are fabricated by vacuum pre-sintering at 1550℃and HIP post-treatment. 展开更多

Er^(3+),Na^(+)co-doped CaF_(2) transparent ceramics with Er^(3+)dopant concentration of 3% and Na^(+) of 0%,0.5%,1.0%,1.5% and 2.0% were fabricated by the vacuum hot pressing method with 16 mm in diameter and 3 mm in thickness.The average grain size of the obtained Er,Na∶CaF_(2) powders varied from 28 nm to 36 nm with the shape of sphere.The effects of Na^(+) doping on the transmittance,microstructure and spectral properties of Er^(3+)∶CaF_(2) transparent ceramics were investigated.The transmittance of all the obtained ceramic samples is above 84%in the wavelength of 1000 nm.The results show that after introducing Na^(+)into Er^(3+)∶CaF_(2) transparent ceramics,charge-neutralized Er^(3+)-Na^(+) structure formed which prevent Er^(3+) from clustering.The emission spectra of Er^(3+) in CaF_(2) transparent ceramics at around 1.5 and 2.7μm could be modulated by adjusting the concentration of Na^(+) and the near-infrared fluorescence lifetime at around 1.5μm increase with the increasing of Na^(+) concentration,reaching a maximum of 56.75 ms. 展开更多

(Gd,Lu)_(2)O_(3)∶Eu scintillation ceramics have promising applications in the high-energy X-ray imaging.Eu0.1Gd0.6Lu1.3O3 nano-powders with pure phase were prepared from the precursor calcined at 1050℃for 4 h by the co-precipitation method.Using the synthesized nano-powders as initial material,Eu_(0.1)Gd_(0.6)Lu_(1.3)O_(3)ceramics were fabri-cated by vacuum pre-sintering at different temperatures for 2 h and hot isostatic pressing(HIP)at 1750℃for 3 h in ar-gon.The influence of pre-sintering temperature on the microstructure,optical and luminescence properties was investi-gated.The Eu_(0.1)Gd_(0.6)Lu_(1.3)O_(3)ceramics pre-sintered at 1625℃for 2 h combined with HIP post-treatment show the high-est in-line transmittance of 75.2%at 611 nm.The photoluminescence(PL)and X-ray excited luminescence(XEL)spectra of the Eu_(0.1)Gd_(0.6)Lu_(1.3)O_(3)transparent ceramics demonstrate a strong red emission peak at 611 nm due to the^(5)D_(0)→^(7)F_(2) transition of Eu^(3+).The PL,PLE and XEL intensities of the HIP post-treated Eu_(0.1)Gd_(0.6)Lu_(1.3)O_(3)ceramics show a trend of first ascending and then descending with the increase of pre-sintering temperature.The thermally stimulated lumines-cence(TSL)curve of the HIP post-treated Eu_(0.1)Gd_(0.6)Lu_(1.3)O_(3)ceramics presents one high peak at 178 K and two peaks with lower intensities at 253 K and 320 K.The peak at 320 K may be related to oxygen vacancies,and the lumines-cence peak at 178 K is related to defects caused by the valence state changes of Eu^(3+)ions. 展开更多

Laser-based fabrication of superhydrophobic glass with high transparency and robustness

Superhydrophobic glass has inspiring development prospects in endoscopes,solar panels and other engineering and medical fields.However,the surface topography required to achieve superhydrophobicity will inevitably affect the surface transparency and limit the application of glass materials.To resolve the contradiction between the surface transparency and the robust superhydrophobicity,an efficient and low-cost laser-chemical surface functionalization process was utilized to fabricate superhydrophobic glass surface.The results show that the air can be effectively trapped in surface micro/nanostructure induced by laser texturing,thus reducing the solid-liquid contact area and interfacial tension.The deposition of hydrophobic carbon-containing groups on the surface can be accelerated by chemical treatment,and the surface energy is significantly reduced.The glass surface exhibits marvelous robust superhydrophobicity with a contact angle of 155.8°and a roll-off angle of 7.2°under the combination of hierarchical micro/nanostructure and low surface energy.Moreover,the surface transparency of the prepared superhydrophobic glass was only 5.42%lower than that of the untreated surface.This superhydrophobic glass with high transparency still maintains excellent superhydrophobicity after durability and stability tests.The facile fabrication of superhydrophobic glass with high transparency and robustness provides a strong reference for further expanding the application value of glass materials. 展开更多

A small-scale physical modelling method was developed to investigate the pile bearing capacity and the soil displacement around the pile using transparent soil and particle image velocimetry(PIV) technique. Transparent sand was made of baked quartz and a pore fluid with a matching refractive index. The physical modelling system consists of a loading system, a laser light, a CCD camera, an optical platform and a computer for image analyzing. A distinctive laser speckle was generated by the interaction between the laser light and transparent soil. Two laser speckle images before and after deformation were used to calculate the soil displacement field using PIV. Two pipe piles with different diameters under oblique pullout loads at angles of 0°, 30°, 45°, 60° and 90° were used in tests. The load-displacement response, oblique pullout ultimate resistances and soil displacement fields were then studied. The test results show that the developed physical modelling method and transparent soil are suitable for pile-soil interaction problems. The soil displacements around the pipe piles will improve the understanding on the capacity of pipe piles under oblique pullout loads. 展开更多

The waste dump of open-pit coal mine is remade of soil-rock mixture under the action of gravity,dynamic load of transportation equipment and earthquake,etc.By using artificial synthetic transparent soil,the developing process and migration law for soil-rock mixture are observed in the remade process.The mixture of fused quartz sand,liquid paraffin and n-tridecane is chosen as the material for synthetic transparent soil which is mixed with liquid paraffin and n-tridecane at a mass ratio of4.4at room temperature of17℃.Physical and mechanical properties of transparent soil are determined by physical test and compared with those in natural sandy soil.The results show that transparent soil and sandy soil have high similarity,in other words,transparent soil can be used for similar simulation experiments of soil-rock mixture. 展开更多

A novel device, lateral PIN photodiode gated by transparent electrode (LPIN PD-GTE) fabricated on fully-depleted SOI film was proposed. ITO film was adopted in the device as gate electrode to reduce the light absorption. Thin Si film was fully depleted under gate voltage to achieve low dark current and high photo4o-dark current ratio. The model of gate voltage was obtained and the numerical simulations were presented by ATLAS. Current-voltage characteristics of LPIN PD-GTE obtained in dark (dark current) and under 570 nm illumination (photo current) were studied to achieve the greatest photo-to-dark current ratio for active channel length from 2 to 12 /am. The results show that the photo-to-dark current ratio is 2.0×10^7, with dark current of around 5×10^-4 pA under VGK=0.6 V, PrN=5 mW/cm2, for a total area of 10μm×10μm in fully depleted SOI technology. Thus, the LPIN PD-GTE can be suitable for high-grade photoelectric systems such as blue DVD. 展开更多

YAG (Y_(3)Al_(5)O_(12)) transparent ceramics have attractive application prospects for transparent armor protection modules because of their excellent light transmittance and anti-ballistic capability. Understanding the fracture behavior and damage mechanism of YAG is necessary for armor design. To explore the damage characteristics of YAG under compression and tension, shock compression and shockless spalling experiments with soft recovery technique are conducted. The spall strength of YAG is obtained and the recovered samples are observed by CT and SEM. It is shown that the macroscopic damage characteristic of YAG under compression is vertical split cracks with oblique fine cracks distributed in the entire sample, while that under tension is horizontal transgranular cracks concentrated near the main spall surface. The cracks generated by macroscopic compression, tension and shear stress extend in similar tensile form at the microscale. The proportion of transgranular fractures on spall surfaces is higher than that of cracks induced by macroscopic compression. Meanwhile, higher loading rate and longer loading duration increase the transgranular fracture percentage. 展开更多

Three-dimensional(3D) scanning technology has undergone remarkable developments in recent years.Data acquired by 3D scanning have the form of 3D point clouds.The 3D scanned point clouds have data sizes that can be considered big data.They also contain measurement noise inherent in measurement data.These properties of 3D scanned point clouds make many traditional CG/visualization techniques difficult.This paper reviewed our recent achievements in developing varieties of high-quality visualizations suitable for the visual analysis of 3D scanned point clouds.We demonstrated the effectiveness of the method by applying the visualizations to various cultural heritage objects.The main visualization targets used in this paper are the floats in the Gion Festival in Kyoto(the float parade is on the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage List) and Borobudur Temple in Indonesia(a UNESCO World Heritage Site). 展开更多

我国西部矿区因地质条件复杂,煤层顶板水害问题日渐突出,传统水害预警手段难以有效应对这一挑战。为解决水害预警中指标选取、预警方法及标准构建等核心问题,系统开展了顶板水害预警的基础理论研究、关键技术分析及智能化平台建设工作... 我国西部矿区因地质条件复杂,煤层顶板水害问题日渐突出,传统水害预警手段难以有效应对这一挑战。为解决水害预警中指标选取、预警方法及标准构建等核心问题,系统开展了顶板水害预警的基础理论研究、关键技术分析及智能化平台建设工作。首先,在传统透明地质模型基础上提出了透明水文地质模型的概念,引入动态更新功能并明确其设计实现思路;其次,基于顶板水害发育“3阶段”机理分析,提出指标选择应遵循约束性、独立性和持续性“3原则”,确定了地表水特征、含水层结构及性质、隔水层结构及性质、采动影响围岩运移特征及水文要素动态变化特性5大类主要影响因素,共从中提取出14项可量化指标构成顶板水害预警指标体系;根据已有事故案例、现场水文观测数据变化规律和相关标准规范,提出由4个预警指标参与的智能水害预警方法,划分出4个等级的预警级别、标准和应对措施;以透明水文地质模型为逻辑底层,内嵌预警指标、方法、标准和多态接口,集成开发了具备3个层级、6个核心功能的顶板水害智能化预警平台,该平台通过触发器和轮询的混合预警机制,实现了多指标综合评价与预警;最后,平台在西部某煤矿进行了为期1 a的示范应用,期间成功发出15次预警信息,其中10次为监测设备异常预警,5次为水害信息预警,所有预警均提前采取了有效应对措施。结果表明:该平台的应用验证了预警指标、方法、标准和平台的有效性与适用性。未来的研究可进一步优化预警模型和数据分析方法,以提升平台的预警精度和响应速度。 展开更多

数字经济是企业创新发展的重要驱动力,数字技术赋能实体经济已成为推动企业高质量发展的重要抓手。本文以2007~2020年中国上市企业为研究样本,利用文本分析法构建数字化转型指标,检验数字化转型对企业跨地域创新的影响。研究发现,数字... 数字经济是企业创新发展的重要驱动力,数字技术赋能实体经济已成为推动企业高质量发展的重要抓手。本文以2007~2020年中国上市企业为研究样本,利用文本分析法构建数字化转型指标,检验数字化转型对企业跨地域创新的影响。研究发现,数字化转型能显著提升异地子公司自主创新水平,推动企业跨地域发展。该结论经过平行趋势和安慰剂检验、替换数字化转型和跨地域创新指标、工具变量法等稳健性检验后依然成立。机制分析发现,数字化转型通过促进知识流动、提高信息透明度来提升企业跨地域创新水平。进一步研究发现,有利的外部环境是提高数字化转型成效的关键;同时,数字化转型有助于突破战略距离,提升欠发达地区子公司的自主创新水平,优化创新结构,实现创新的“增量提质”。此外,企业数字化转型对跨地域创新的促进作用能进一步提升异地子公司运营效率和经营绩效。本研究有助于揭示数字技术赋能实体经济的内在机制,并为推动区域经济平衡发展、实现共同富裕提供重要经验证据。 展开更多

为解决硬煤层卸压范围小、增透效果差等难题,基于水动力柔性刀具破煤卸压增透技术,在末端刀齿动能恒定时,优选末端刀齿质量与冲击速度组合,提高能量利用率和破煤效率。为此,开展了柔性刀具冲击破煤试验,分析了不同末端刀齿质量和冲击速... 为解决硬煤层卸压范围小、增透效果差等难题,基于水动力柔性刀具破煤卸压增透技术,在末端刀齿动能恒定时,优选末端刀齿质量与冲击速度组合,提高能量利用率和破煤效率。为此,开展了柔性刀具冲击破煤试验,分析了不同末端刀齿质量和冲击速度条件下煤体破碎质量和平均破碎深度;采用颗粒流数值模拟方法建立了柔性刀具末端刀齿冲击破煤模型,分析了破煤过程中煤体能量和裂隙演化规律,揭示了末端刀齿质量、冲击速度对柔性刀具冲击破煤效果的影响机制。结果表明:末端刀齿动能恒定时,随着刀齿质量的减小和冲击速度的增大,煤体破碎质量和平均破碎深度均呈现先增加后降低的趋势;煤体张剪破碎区面积、总裂隙数和轴向主裂隙最深处距离煤体表面的长度均呈现先增加再降低的趋势;末端刀齿接触煤体后,刀齿动能迅速降低,主要转化为煤体可释放应变能和摩擦能,应变能的积聚释放导致大量裂隙在刀齿正下方生成,形成半圆状张剪破碎区,在张剪破碎区周边裂隙胶结薄弱处形成应力集中,裂隙贯通形成主裂隙向四周扩展;当末端刀齿动能为60.3 J时,刀齿冲击速度为38.8 m/s、质量为0.08 kg,煤体破碎效果最优。随着末端刀齿冲击速度的增大,单位时间内作用于煤体能量密度增大,但冲击力减小,导致煤体应变能峰值呈现先增大再降低的趋势,在应变能峰值最大时,煤体破碎效果最好。 展开更多

自适应截割技术是实现采煤机智能化的核心技术,对提升煤矿开采效率、提高安全性和资源利用率具有重要作用。因此,开展了自适应截割技术的综述研究,重点探讨了其技术原理及应用现状。根据核心功能和技术目标,将采煤机自适应截割技术划分... 自适应截割技术是实现采煤机智能化的核心技术,对提升煤矿开采效率、提高安全性和资源利用率具有重要作用。因此,开展了自适应截割技术的综述研究,重点探讨了其技术原理及应用现状。根据核心功能和技术目标,将采煤机自适应截割技术划分为记忆截割、透明地质、煤岩识别和自适应控制4个研究内容。记忆截割通过记录历史数据来优化采煤路径,透明地质利用综合探测技术获取实时地质信息,煤岩识别技术根据不同的识别原理,可以分为基于物理参数的间接法、基于视觉的直接法、以及探地雷达和超声波等基于波动特性的探测法,以实现煤岩界面或煤岩性质的精确识别,自适应控制则通过自动化调节采煤机的运行参数。这些技术从多个角度提升了采煤机的智能化水平。然而,由于煤层地质条件及恶劣开采环境的影响,现有技术在适应性和经济性方面存在一些局限性。因此,针对未来采煤机自适应截割技术的发展趋势,提出了以下建议:促进记忆截割、透明地质与煤岩识别技术的融合,以实现更高效的煤层信息获取;采用多传感器融合技术,以提高煤岩识别的准确度和可靠性;发展基于大数据分析的智能决策支持系统,优化采煤机的运行策略,同时研究多领域协同仿真控制策略,以应对技术瓶颈并增强系统性能。 展开更多

利用2007—2020年我国A股上市企业数据,探究供应链透明度对企业风险承担水平的影响。研究表明:供应链透明度的提升有助于提高企业风险承担水平,特别是对市场地位较低、声誉较差、行业竞争程度较小以及市场化程度较低的企业提升效果更好... 利用2007—2020年我国A股上市企业数据,探究供应链透明度对企业风险承担水平的影响。研究表明:供应链透明度的提升有助于提高企业风险承担水平,特别是对市场地位较低、声誉较差、行业竞争程度较小以及市场化程度较低的企业提升效果更好。机制检验结果显示,供应链透明度通过缓解融资约束、降低代理成本来提高企业风险承担水平。拓展性分析发现,供应链透明度作用下企业风险承担水平提高,会有更多的债务融资、更高的资本支出水平以及更大的并购规模等,最终有利于增加企业价值。鉴于此,中国证监会应完善供应链信息的披露准则,企业应发挥供应链信息的融资和治理效应,投资者应关注企业供应链信息的价值发现功能。 展开更多

以2011—2022年沪深A股非金融上市公司为研究对象,从资金占用和关联交易两个角度实证检验ESG评级对大股东掏空行为的影响及作用机制。研究发现,ESG评级能够显著抑制大股东掏空行为。机制检验结果表明,ESG评级不仅可以通过提升信息透明度... 以2011—2022年沪深A股非金融上市公司为研究对象,从资金占用和关联交易两个角度实证检验ESG评级对大股东掏空行为的影响及作用机制。研究发现,ESG评级能够显著抑制大股东掏空行为。机制检验结果表明,ESG评级不仅可以通过提升信息透明度(激励内部信息披露和吸引分析师关注)、强化中小股东退出威胁等渠道抑制大股东掏空行为,还能够通过提高内部控制质量来抑制资金占用类掏空行为。异质性分析发现,在高质量法律环境和高股权制衡的情况下,ESG评级对大股东掏空行为的抑制作用更加显著;在国有企业中,ESG评级能够更加显著地抑制大股东通过关联交易掏空公司的行为。研究结论为加强股东治理、保护投资者提供了经验证据,对企业ESG实践和资本市场高质量发展具有重要意义。 展开更多

在“促进居民储蓄向投资转化”“继续大力发展权益类公募基金”的政策背景下,公募基金成为金融投资者进行财富管理的重要金融载体。本文基于2017—2023年中国A股上市公司数据,采用双向固定效应模型实证检验监督型基金持股对审计师应对... 在“促进居民储蓄向投资转化”“继续大力发展权益类公募基金”的政策背景下,公募基金成为金融投资者进行财富管理的重要金融载体。本文基于2017—2023年中国A股上市公司数据,采用双向固定效应模型实证检验监督型基金持股对审计师应对力度的影响及作用机制。研究结果显示:监督型基金持股能够减小审计师应对力度,该结论在经过一系列内生性检验和稳健性检验后仍然成立;监督型基金持股对审计师应对力度的影响发生在审计师专业胜任能力较弱、公司风险较高和公司治理水平较低的样本中;监督型基金持股通过降低经营风险和提高信息透明度减小审计师应对力度。本文丰富了监督型基金持股治理机制与经济后果的相关研究,为监管部门推进公募基金高质量发展提供了借鉴,也为审计行为研究开辟了新思路。 展开更多
