Based on the variation of discrete surface,a new grey relational analysis model,called the grey variation relational ana-lysis(GVRA)model,is proposed in this paper.Meanwhile,the proposed model avoids the inconsistent results caused by diffe-rent construction of discrete surface of panel data or the change in the order of indicators or objects in existing grey relational analysis models.Firstly,the submatrix of the sample matrix is given according to the permutation and combination theory.Secondly,the amplitude of the submatrix is calculated and the variation of discrete surface is obtained.Then,a grey relational coefficient is presented by variation difference,and the GVRA model is established.Furthermore,the properties of the pro-posed model,such as normality,symmetry,reflexivity,transla-tion invariant,and number multiplication invariant,are also veri-fied.Finally,the proposed model is used to identify the driving factors of haze in the cities along the Yellow River in Shandong Province,China.The result reveals that the proposed model can effectively measure the relationship between panel data. 展开更多

Anti-jamming performance evaluation has recently received significant attention. For Link-16, the anti-jamming performance evaluation and selection of the optimal anti-jamming technologies are urgent problems to be solved. A comprehensive evaluation method is proposed, which combines grey relational analysis (GRA) and cloud model, to evaluate the anti-jamming performances of Link-16. Firstly, on the basis of establishing the anti-jamming performance evaluation indicator system of Link-16, the linear combination of analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and entropy weight method (EWM) are used to calculate the combined weight. Secondly, the qualitative and quantitative concept transformation model, i.e., the cloud model, is introduced to evaluate the anti-jamming abilities of Link-16 under each jamming scheme. In addition, GRA calculates the correlation degree between evaluation indicators and the anti-jamming performance of Link-16, and assesses the best anti-jamming technology. Finally, simulation results prove that the proposed evaluation model can achieve the objective of feasible and practical evaluation, which opens up a novel way for the research of anti-jamming performance evaluations of Link-16. 展开更多

诈骗罪中的欺骗行为,不能仅从字面意思对其进行解释,还需要从行为性质和欺骗程度等方面加以限定。在行为性质上,欺骗行为必须是针对人的行为,“机器不能被骗”的立场需要坚持;所欺骗的“他人”必须是对财物具有处分权限的人;同时,欺骗... 诈骗罪中的欺骗行为,不能仅从字面意思对其进行解释,还需要从行为性质和欺骗程度等方面加以限定。在行为性质上,欺骗行为必须是针对人的行为,“机器不能被骗”的立场需要坚持;所欺骗的“他人”必须是对财物具有处分权限的人;同时,欺骗行为必须是在非法获利目的支配下实施的指向损害被害人财产的行为。在欺骗程度上,欺骗行为需要具有足以使被害人陷入错误认识进而处分财产的高度危险性,且应当在与被害人关联的意义上讨论欺骗行为。在被害人存在重大过失时,可以肯定欺骗行为与“骗取”之间的因果关系,即便是一般人能轻松识破的骗局,也应当肯定行为的欺骗性质。诈骗罪实行行为意义上的欺骗性质,既需要结合市场原理与交易习惯判断,也需要考虑特定的政策目的能否实现。对欺骗行为的这些限定能够限制诈骗罪未遂的成立范围,从而实质性地限缩诈骗罪的范围。 展开更多

The present technical paper outlines the details of the controlled blasting techniques used to optimize blasting pattern for excavation of hard rock near the Bhira Earthen Dam in Maharashtra,India.In this connection,a series of experimental blasts were conducted by adjusting various blast design parameters at project site.The safe charge weight per delay was kept between 0.125 and 0.375 kg.The outcomes of these experimental blasts were analyzed to recommend optimized blasting patterns and methods for the overall excavation process during actual blasting operations.Blast design parameters,including the maximum quantity of explosive per delay,hole depth,burden and spacing between holes were optimized by using a site-specific attenuation equation,taking into account the proximity of the dam and tunnel from the blasting area.Peak particle velocity(PPV)level of 10 mm/s and 50 mm/s respectively were adopted as the safe vibration level for ensuring safety of the Bhira Earthen Dam and the nearby tunnel from the adverse effects of blast vibrations by analyzing the dominant frequency of ground vibrations observed and also by reviewing various international standards.Frequency of the ground vibrations observed on the dam and tunnel from majority of the blasts was found to be more than 10 Hz and 50 Hz respectively.During the entire period of blasting,the blast vibrations were recorded to be far lower than the safe vibration level set for these structures.Maximum Vibration level of about 0.8 mm/s and 35 mm/s were observed on dam and tunnel respectively which are far lower than the safe vibration level adopted for these structures.Hence,the entire excavation work was completed successfully and safely,without endangering the safety of dam or tunnel. 展开更多

Background Cotton crop is infested by numerous arthropod pests from sowing to harvesting,causing substantial direct and indirect yield losses.Knowledge of seasonal population trends and the relative occurrence of pests and their natural enemies is required to minimize the pest population and yield losses.In the current study,analysis of the seasonal population trend of pests and natural enemies and their relative occurrence on cultivars of three cotton species in Central India has been carried out.Results A higher number and diversity of sucking pests were observed during the vegetative cotton growth stage(60 days after sowing),declining as the crop matured.With the exception of cotton jassid(Amrasca biguttula biguttula Ishida),which caused significant crop damage mainly from August to September;populations of other sucking insects seldom reached economic threshold levels(ETL)throughout the studied period.The bollworm complex populations were minimal,except for the pink bollworm(Pectinophora gossypiella Saunders),which re-emerged as a menace to cotton crops during the cotton cropping season 2017–2018 due to resistance development against Bt-cotton.A reasonably good number of predatory arthropods,including coccinellids,lacewings,and spiders,were found actively preying on the arthropod pest complex of the cotton crop during the early vegetative growth stage.Linear regression indicates a significant relationship between green boll infestations and pink bollworm moths in pheromone traps.Multiple linear regression analyse showed mean weekly weather at one-or two-week lag periods had a significant impact on sucking pest population(cotton aphid,cotton jassid,cotton whitefly,and onion thrips)fluctuation.Gossypium hirsutum cultivars RCH 2 and DCH 32,and G.barbadense cultivar Suvin were found susceptible to cotton jassid and onion thrips.Phule Dhanvantary,an G.arboreum cotton cultivar,demonstrated the highest tolerance among all evaluated cultivars against all sucking pests.Conclusion These findings have important implications for pest management in cotton crops.Susceptible cultivars warrant more attention for plant protection measures,making them more input-intensive.The choice of appropriate cultivars can help minimize input costs,thereby increasing net returns for cotton farmers. 展开更多

As an essential candidate for environment-friendly luminescent quantum dots(QDs),CuInS-based QDs have attracted more attention in recent years.However,several drawbacks still hamper their industrial applications,such as lower photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY),complex synthetic pathways,uncontrollable emission spectra,and insufficient photostability.In this study,CuInZnS@ZnS core/shell QDs was prepared via a one-pot/three-step synthetic scheme with accurate and tunable control of PL spectra.Then their ensemble spectroscopic properties during nucleation formation,alloying,and ZnS shell growth processes were systematically investigated.PL peaks of these QDs can be precisely manipulated from 530 to 850 nm by controlling the stoichiometric ratio of Cu/In,Zn^(2+)doping and ZnS shell growth.In particular,CuInZnS@ZnS QDs possess a significantly long emission lifetime(up to 750 ns),high PLQY(up to 85%),and excellent crystallinity.Their spectroscopic evolution is well validated by Cu-deficient related intragap emission model.By controlling the stoichiometric ratio of Cu/In,two distinct Cu-deficient related emission pathways are established based on the differing oxidation states of Cu defects.Therefore,this work provides deeper insights for fabricating high luminescent ternary or quaternary-alloyed QDs. 展开更多

The special columnar jointed structure endows rocks with significant anisotropy,accurately grasping the strength and deformation properties of a columnar jointed rock mass(CJRM)under complex geological conditions is crucial for related engineering safety.Combined with the irregular jointed networks observed in the field,artificial irregular CJRM(ICJRM)samples with various inclination angles were prepared for triaxial tests.The results showed that the increase in confining pressure can enhance the ability of the ICJRM to resist deformation and failure,and reduce the deformation and strength anisotropic degrees.Considering the field stress situation,the engineering parts with an inclination angle of 30°−45°need to be taken seriously.Four typical failure modes were identified,and the sample with an inclination angle of 15°showed the same failure behavior as the field CJRM.Traditional and improved joint factor methods were used to establish empirical relationships for predicting the strength and deformation of CJRM under triaxial stress.Since the improved joint factor method can reflect the unique structure of CJRM,the predictive ability of the empirical relationship based on the improved method is better than that based on the traditional joint factor method. 展开更多

As China enters a new stage of agricultural modernization,understanding how rural e-commerce can address the multidimensional relative poverty of farmers is of significant research importance.This research utilized data from China Household Finance Survey(CHFS)and China Statistical Yearbook to construct a multi-dimensional relative poverty index system and an evaluation index system for rural e-commerce development.A fixed-effect model was employed to test the direct impact,and an intermediary-effect model was used to analyze the mechanism.The study found that rural e-commerce effectively alleviated multidimensional relative poverty among farmers,with varying effects across different dimensions.Notably,improving digital payment levels and non-agricultural employment were effective means by which rural e-commerce mitigated this poverty.However,the impact of rural e-commerce showed regional heterogeneity.Based on these findings,this research offered a series of countermeasures and suggestions. 展开更多

The phenomenon that the lower value of almost each grey relational model is not equal to zero is proved. The contradiction problems between the properties of wholeness and pair symmetry are verified. In military service joint operations, when there are more operational forces, more multifarious materials are consumed, the support is more complex and fuzzy, the deployment of personnel is more rapid, and the support provided by wartime military material support powers can be more effective. When the principles,requirements, influencing factors and goals of military material support forces are deployed in wartime, an evaluation indicator system is established. Thus, a new combined empowerment method based on an analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is developed to calculate the subjective weights, and the rough entropy method is used to calculate the objective weights. Combination weights can be obtained by calculating the weight preference coefficient error, which is determined by combining the cooperative game method and the minimum deviation into objectives. This approach can determine the grey relation projection coefficient and synthesize the measure scheme superiority to finally optimize the deployment plan using the grey relation projection decision-making method. The results show that the method is feasible and effective;it can provide a more scientific and practical decision-making basis for the military material support power deployment in wartime. 展开更多

There are abundant Bajocian—Tithonian bivalves in the main ridge of the Tanggula Mountains of northern Qinghai—Xizang Plateau, China. There are abundant Bajocian—Tithonian bivalves in the main ridge of the Tanggula Mountains of northern Qinghai—Xizang Plateau, China. After figuring the common and coeval species between Tanggula and other areas (Fig. 1), and tracing the temporal and spacial historical distribution of the bivalves very capable of dispersion, some Jurassic bivalve biogeographic items, particularly the biogeographic relations, have been lit up. In the known 21 taxa of the Jurassic Pectinoida and Ostreoida from the main ridge of the Tanggula Mountains, there are 12 (57%) common and coeval species in northern Tethys, 13 (62%) common and coeval species in southern Tethys and 12 (57%) in Kachchh—southern Xizang area. It has demonstrated that there existed intermigration of bivalves between Tanggula and various parts of Tethys. Although there is no coeval species between Tanggula and western Australia, in these two areas there exist 6 (29%) close range common species of which 4 (19%) coevaity existed in western Australia and India Plate. Tanggula fauna is, therefore, still very close to that of western Australia. However, there are 15 (71%) common and 14 (67%) coevality species between the main ridge of the Tanggula Mountains and northwestern Europe, among the common species, 8 (38%) ones have lower limitation (first occurrence) in northwestern Europe but only 2 (10%) taxa are older in the main ridge of the Tanggula Mountains. It is very clear that pectinite and ostrea fauna of Tethys, particularly the main ridge of the Tanggula Mountains and Europe had very close relation and most Tanggula’s or northern Tethyan taxa migrated from northwestern Europe. 展开更多

As for the factors affecting the heat transfer performance of complex and nonlinear oscillating heat pipe (OHP),grey relational analysis (GRA) was used to deal with the relationship between heat transfer rate of a looped copper-water OHP and charging ratio,inner diameter,inclination angel,heat input,number of turns,and the main influencing factors were defined.Then,forecasting model was obtained by using main influencing factors (such as charging ratio,interior diameter,and inclination angel) as the inputs of function chain neural network.The results show that the relative average error between the predicted and actual value is 4%,which illustrates that the function chain neural network can be applied to predict the performance of OHP accurately. 展开更多

Group decision making problems are investigated with uncertain multiplicative linguistic preference relations.An unbalanced multiplicative linguistic label set is introduced,which can be used by the experts to express their linguistic preference information over alternatives.The uncertain linguistic weighted geometric mean operator is utilized to aggregate all the individual uncertain multiplicative linguistic preference relations into a collective one,and then a simple approach is developed to determine the experts' weights by utilizing the consensus degrees among the individual uncertain multiplicative linguistic preference relations and the collective uncertain multiplicative linguistic preference relations.Furthermore,a practical interactive procedure for group decision making is proposed based on uncertain multiplicative linguistic preference relations,in which a possibility degree formula and a complementary matrix are used to rank the given alternatives.Finally,the proposed procedure is applied to solve the group decision making problem of a manufacturing company searching the best global supplier for one of its most critical parts used in assembling process. 展开更多

In order to enhance catalytic combustion efficiency, a premixed hydrogen /air combustion model of the micro turbine engine is established under different excess air ratio, inlet velocity and heat transfer coefficient. And effects of inlet velocity, excess air coefficient and heat transfer coefficient on the catalytic combustion efficiency of the hydrogen have been analyzed by the FLUENT with CHEMKIN reaction mechanisms and the fuzzy grey relation theory. It is showed that inlet velocity has a more intuitive influence on the catalytic combustion efficiency of the hydrogen. A higher efficiency can be obtained with a lower inlet velocity. The optimum excess air coefficient is in the range of 0.94 to 1.0, the catalytic combustion efficiency of the hydrogen will be declined if the excess air coefficient exceeded 1.0. The effect of heat transfer coefficient on the catalytic combustion efficiency of the hydrogen mainly embodies in the case of the excess air coefficient exceeded 1.0, however, the effect will be declined if the heat transfer coefficient exceeded 4.0. The fuzzy grey relation degrees of the inlet velocity, heat transfer coefficient and excess air coefficient on the catalytic combustion efficiency of the hydrogen are 0.640945, 0.633214 and 0.547892 respectively. 展开更多
