通行的"道德理性"概念的所指及有效性并未局限在理论范围,还必然地延展到实践领域。对于其丰富内含,植根于西方传统形而上学的reason和rationality却不能给予充分表达。基于这两个概念的一些西方传统道德哲学(如康德的道义论... 通行的"道德理性"概念的所指及有效性并未局限在理论范围,还必然地延展到实践领域。对于其丰富内含,植根于西方传统形而上学的reason和rationality却不能给予充分表达。基于这两个概念的一些西方传统道德哲学(如康德的道义论)看起来至高至远,其实并不具有经验或实践层面的可普遍化性,因而在实际生活中难免走向反面。研究发现,如果使用英文词moral reasonability来理解和解释道德理性,或可弥补上述欠缺。因为,相较而言,这后一概念蕴含有一种着眼于"探究原因、提供理由"的最低限度的道德要求或"超底线准则",作为一种形式性的"前道德立场",它更易于落实到现实生活。这个概念不仅能够表达出道德理性中被前两个概念所忽略的含义,而且因为其历史特点具有优先性。 展开更多

The accuracy of present flatness predictive method is limited and it just belongs to software simulation. In order to improve it, a novel flatness predictive model via T-S cloud reasoning network implemented by digital signal processor(DSP) is proposed. First, the combination of genetic algorithm(GA) and simulated annealing algorithm(SAA) is put forward, called GA-SA algorithm, which can make full use of the global search ability of GA and local search ability of SA. Later, based on T-S cloud reasoning neural network, flatness predictive model is designed in DSP. And it is applied to 900 HC reversible cold rolling mill. Experimental results demonstrate that the flatness predictive model via T-S cloud reasoning network can run on the hardware DSP TMS320 F2812 with high accuracy and robustness by using GA-SA algorithm to optimize the model parameter. 展开更多

A systematic and generic procedure for the determination of the reasonable finished state of self-anchored suspension bridges is proposed, the realization of which is mainly through adjustment of the hanger tensions. ... A systematic and generic procedure for the determination of the reasonable finished state of self-anchored suspension bridges is proposed, the realization of which is mainly through adjustment of the hanger tensions. The initial hanger tensions are first obtained through an iterative analysis by combining the girder-tower-only finite element(FE) model with the analytical program for shape finding of the spatial cable system. These initial hanger tensions, together with the corresponding cable coordinates and internal forces, are then included into the FE model of the total bridge system, the nonlinear analysis of which involves the optimization technique. Calculations are repeated until the optimization algorithm converges to the most optimal hanger tensions(i.e. the desired reasonable finished bridge state). The "temperature rigid arm" is introduced to offset the unavoidable initial deformations of the girder and tower, which are due to the huge axial forces originated from the main cable. Moreover, by changing the stiffness coefficient K in the girder-tower-only FE model, the stiffness proportion of the main girder, the tower or the cable subsystem in the whole structural system could be adjusted according to the design intentions. The effectiveness of the proposed method is examined and demonstrated by one simple tutorial example and one self-anchored suspension bridge. 展开更多

First, this paper constructs a class of interval-valued fuzzy implications by means of a type of impli- cations and a parameter on the unit interval, then uses them to establish fully implicational reasoning methods for interval-valued fuzzy modus ponens (IFMP) and interval-valued fuzzy modus tel- lens (IFMT) problems. At the same time the reversibility properties of these methods are analyzed and the reversible conditions are given. It is shown that the existing unified forms of α-triple I (the abbreviation of triple implications) methods for FMP and FMT can be seen as the particular cases of our methods for IFMP and IFMT. 展开更多

A variable weight approach was proposed to handle the probability deficiency problem in the evidential reasoning (ER) approach. The probability deficiency problem indicated that the inadequate information in the assessment result should be less than that in the input. However, it was proved that under certain circumstances, the ER approach could not solve the probability deficiency problem. The variable weight approach was based on two assumptions: 1) the greater weight should be given to the rule with more adequate information; 2) the greater weight should be given to the rules with less disparate information. Assessment results of two notional case studies show that 1) the probability deficiency problem is solved using the proposed variable weight approach, and 2) the information with less inadequacy and more disparity is provided for the decision makers to help reach a consensus. 展开更多

This paper presents a capability-based context ontology modeling approach for command and control, communication, computer, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance(C^4ISR) communication. Primarily, a capability-based C^4ISR communication meta-concept model and a C^4ISR communication context meta-ontology are constructed. The context ontology is established under the constraints of the C^4ISR communication context meta-ontology, and furthermore, algorithms are proposed to support context reasoning based on description logic. The ER-based approach is proposed to synthesize inadequate input information and an integration-centric perspective is applied to reduce the computational complexity. Two case studies are performed to validate the efficiency of the proposed approach. And these studies are also performed to study how the inadequate information will affect the assessment result. And the differences caused by the system's structure. The importance of the system's structure in the SRL assessment is demonstrated and the contributions made in this study are summarized as conclusions. 展开更多

In this work, we used la... Second lining stability, which is the last protection in tunnel engineering, is critically important. The theological properties of the surrounding rock heavily affect second lining stability. In this work, we used laboratory triaxial compressive rheological limestone tests to study nonlinear creep damage characteristics of surrounding rock mass in construction projects. We established a nonlinear creep damage constitutive model for the rock mass, as well as a constitutive model numerical implementation made by programming. Second, we introduced a new foam concrete with higher compression performance and good ductility and studied its mechanical properties through uniaxial and triaxial tests. This concrete was used as the filling material for the reserved deformation layer between the primary support and second lining. Finally, we proposed a high efficiency and accuracy staged optimization method. The minimum reserved deformation layer thickness was established as the optimization goal, and the presence of plastic strain in the second lining after 100 years of surrounding rock creep was used as an evaluation index. Reserved deformation layer thickness optimization analysis reveals no plastic strain in the second lining when the reserved deformation minimum thickness layer is 28.50 cm. The results show that the new foam concrete used as a reserved deformation layer filling material can absorb creep deformation of surrounding rock mass, reduce second lining deformation that leads to plastic strain, and ensure long-term second lining stability. 展开更多

The method is composed of three departs: human behavior decomposition, human behavior case representation and case-based reasoning. The new approach was proposed to decompose behavior into sub-behaviors that are easier to recognize using a saliency-based visual attention model. New representation of behavior was introduced, in which the sub-behavior and the associated time characteristic of sub-behavior were used to represent behavior case. In the process of case-based reasoning, apart from considering the similarity of basic sub-behaviors,order factor was proposed to measure the similarity of a time order among the sub-behaviors and span factor was used to measure the similarity of duration time of each sub-behavior, which makes the similarity calculations more rational and comprehensive.Experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed method in comparison with other related works and can run in real-time for the recognition of suspicious behaviors. 展开更多

Applying high-speed machining technology in shop floor has many benefits, such as manufacturing more accurate parts with better surface finishes. The selection of the appropriate machining parameters plays a very important role in the implementation of high-speed machining technology. The case-based reasoning is used in the developing of high-speed machining database to overcome the shortage of available high-speed cutting parameters in machining data handbooks and shop floors. The high-speed machining database developed in this paper includes two main components: the machining database and the case-base. The machining database stores the cutting parameters, cutting tool data, work pieces and their materials data, and other relative data, while the case-base stores mainly the successfully solved cases that are problems of work pieces and their machining. The case description and case retrieval methods are described to establish the case-based reasoning high-speed machining database. With the case retrieval method, some succeeded cases similar to the new machining problem can be retrieved from the case-base. The solution of the most matched case is evaluated and modified, and then it is regarded as the proposed solution to the new machining problem. After verification, the problem and its solution are packed up into a new case, and are stored in the case-base for future applications. 展开更多
