A 32 kbit OTP(one-time programmable)memory for MCUs(micro-controller units)used in remote controllers was designed.This OTP memory is used for program and data storage.It is required to apply 5.5V to BL(bit-line)and 1...A 32 kbit OTP(one-time programmable)memory for MCUs(micro-controller units)used in remote controllers was designed.This OTP memory is used for program and data storage.It is required to apply 5.5V to BL(bit-line)and 11V to WL(word-line)for a OTP cell of 0.35μm ETOX(EEPROM tunnel oxide)type by MagnaChip.We use 5V transistors on column data paths to reduce the area of column data paths since they require small areas.In addition,we secure device reliability by using HV(high-voltage)transistors in the WL driver.Furthermore,we change from a static logic to a dynamic logic used for the WL driver in the core circuit.Also,we optimize the WD(write data)switch circuit.Thus,we can implement them with a small-area design.In addition,we implement the address predecoder with a small-area logic circuit.The area of the designed 32 kbit OTP with 5V and HV devices is 674.725μm×258.75μm(=0.1745mm2)and is 56.3% smaller than that using 3.3V devices.展开更多
A light source of multi-star simulator capable of background adjustment and magnitude control has been designed.Two integrating spheres are employed as the star-point light source and the background light source respe...A light source of multi-star simulator capable of background adjustment and magnitude control has been designed.Two integrating spheres are employed as the star-point light source and the background light source respectively.A beam splitter prism has been designed to serve as the beam combiner for the star-point and the background light sources,and a mathematical model has been constructed respectively to compute the light flux of the two integrating spheres.A magnitude testing system and a background testing system have been created using low-light illuminometer,luminance meter,and testing instruments to measure the star-point magnitude and the background luminance of the multi-star simulator.The test results suggest that the star-point magnitude is adjustable from0 to+5 m_v,with a simulation precision superior to ±0.026 m_v.The maximum background luminance is 3.8×10~5 cd·m^(-2),and the minimum background luminance is6.4×10^(-2)cd·m^(-2).The designed light source system can meet the requirements for simulating the stellar map with a sky background.展开更多
Laser processing provides highly-controlled modification and on-demand fabrication of plasmon metal nanostructures for light absorption and photothermal convention.We present the laser-induced forward tansfer(LIFT)fab...Laser processing provides highly-controlled modification and on-demand fabrication of plasmon metal nanostructures for light absorption and photothermal convention.We present the laser-induced forward tansfer(LIFT)fabrication of silver nanomembranes in control of light absorption.By varying the hatch distance,different morphologies of randomly distributed plasmon silver nanostructures were produced,leading to well-controlled light absorption levels from 11%to 81%over broadband.The anti-reflection features were maintained below 17%.Equilibrated and plain absorptions were obtained throughout all absorption levels with a maximum intensity fluctuation of±8.5%for the 225μJ cases.The 45μJ pulse energy can offer a highly equilibrated absorption at a 60%absorption level with an intensity fluctuation of±1%.Pattern transfer was also achieved on a thin tape surface.The laser-transferred characters and patterns demonstrate a localized temperature rise.A rapid temperature rising of roughly 15℃can be achieved within 1 s.The LIFT process is highly efficiently fabricated with a typical speed value of 10^(3)to 10^(5)cm^(2)/h.The results indicated that LIFT is a well-controlled and efficient method for the production of optical films with specific absorption levels.展开更多

文摘光束线站真空安全联锁是保障同步辐射光源储存环的运行安全与线站关键设备安全的重要系统。文章阐述了合肥光源新建成的金华光束线站真空安全联锁系统的最新设计方法。基于新型的高性能可编程控制器PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)和开放的软件平台EPICS 7(Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System)分布式控制系统架构,同时采用虚拟化技术,开发了全新的光束线站真空安全联锁系统。在系统远控的OPI界面开发上,采用Python脚本一键自动生成,提高了系统开发效率。此次设计在确保系统安全性和可靠性的同时,系统的性能以及用户人机交互的体验都得以提升。这些设计方法为正在建设的合肥先进光源的光束线站控制提供了技术储备和实践经验。
