避光基质对黄光照射铜绿丽金龟行为活动的影响

摘要 铜绿丽金龟Anomala corpulenta是我国北方重要农业害虫,传统化学防治存在生态风险,亟需发展绿色防控技术。近年来,紫外光诱控技术作为铜绿丽金龟绿色防控的重要措施得到应用,但其潜在生态风险也不容忽视。本研究针对其黄光敏感性与土栖习性,探究避光基质(土壤)对黄光(550 nm)短期照射调控其行为的影响。通过对比无避光基质与避光基质条件下不同光照强度(20 lx、40 lx和60 lx)黄光对铜绿丽金龟取食、交尾及存活率的效应,结果显示:(1)避光基质显著增强黄光对取食的抑制作用,雌雄隔离种群无避光基质组仅高光照强度(40 lx和60 lx)抑制取食,而避光基质组各光照强度处理组的取食量均显著降低(P<0.05),60 lx处理组雌虫下降率可达95.13%。雌雄混合种群无避光基质组各光照强度处理的取食量均无显著性差异,避光基质组各光照强度也均显著降低(P<0.05);(2)交尾行为受避光基质调控更显著,避光基质组交尾抑制率达90.64%(P<0.05),而无避光基质组无显著差异;(3)存活率响应存在性别特异性,雌雄隔离种群的雄虫在光照强度60 lx处理下无避光基质组存活率显著降低(P<0.05),雌虫无显著变化,雌雄混合种群的无避光基质组的雄虫在光照强度20 lx、40 lx和60 lx处理下的存活率均显著低于雌虫(P<0.05)。研究表明,避光基质强化黄光对铜绿丽金龟夜间行为活动的干扰作用,且雄虫对黄光更敏感。该研究结果揭示了黄光调控结合害虫行为习性的生态防控潜力,为构建“光源-基质”协同技术体系提供理论依据,对推动农业绿色防控技术发展具有重要意义。 The scarab beetle Anomala corpulenta(Coleoptera:Scarabaeidae)is a major agricultural pest in northern China,and traditional chemical control poses ecological risks,necessitating the development of sustainable management strategies.In recent years,ultraviolet light trapping has emerged as a key green control measure for A.corpulenta,yet its potential ecological impacts require careful assessment.Targeting this pest's sensitivity to yellow light and its soil-dwelling behavior,this study investigated the behavioral regulation of A.corpulenta under short-term yellow light(550 nm)exposure combined with a lightavoidance substrate(soil).Experiments compared the effects of varying light intensities(20 lx,40 lx and 60 lx)on feeding,mating and survival rates under two substrate conditions:presence or absence of soil.Key findings included:(1)Light-avoidance substrate significantly enhanced the inhibitory effect of yellow light on feeding.In sexually isolated groups,only high light intensities(40 lx and 60 lx)reduced feeding in substrate-free groups.In contrast,all light intensities significantly reduced feeding in groups with the lightavoidance substrate(P<0.05),with females exhibiting a 95.13%reduction at 60 lx.Mixed-sex populations showed no significant feeding differences in substrate-free groups but displayed marked inhibition in substrate groups(P<0.05).(2)Substrate presence critically amplified light-driven mating suppression,achieving a 90.64%inhibition rate(P<0.05),while no significant suppression occurred in substrate-free groups.(3)In substrate-free groups,male survival under 60 lx was significantly reduced in sexually isolated populations(P<0.05),while females survival remained unaffected.In mixed-sex groups without the substrate,males exhibited consistently lower survival than females across all light intensities(20 lx,40 lx and 60 lx;P<0.05).These results demonstrated that the interference effect of light-avoidance substrate significantly enhanced the disruptive effect of yellow light on the nocturnal behavioral activity of A.corpulenta,with males exhibited greater sensitivity to light exposure.This study highlighted the potential of integrating yellow light modulation with substrate-based behavioral manipulation as an eco-friendly pest control strategy,providing a theoretical foundation for a"light-substrate synergy"system,advancing green agricultural pest control.
