This study takes the patent information of China's electric agricultural machinery technology as the research object,and uses patent measurement analysis method and visual analysis tools to carry out statistical a...This study takes the patent information of China's electric agricultural machinery technology as the research object,and uses patent measurement analysis method and visual analysis tools to carry out statistical analysis and comparative research on the relevant patent information from the perspectives of annual patent applications,patent structure,technological key,main applicants,patent layout,technology lifecycle and so on.The research results show that China's electric agricultural machinery technology innovation is developing rapidly,and the patent categories are mainly utility model and invention patents,and the proportion of invention patents is lower than utility model patents.Universities are the most important innovation subjects in this field,and technology research and development focuses on IPC(international patent classification)subcategories such as A01C(seeding,fertilization),B60K(power,transmission),and A01D(harvesting.mowing).Jiangsu Province and Shandong Province rank the top 2 in the number of domestic patent applications,and the United States and Japan are the two countries with the most layout in China.At present,the growth of electric agricultural machinery technology is weak,but the new technology has strong features,there is no sign of maturity,and it does not have signs of technological aging and still has greater development potential.The results of the study can provide information reference for clarifying the status quo,characteristics and development trend of China's electric agricultural machinery technology innovation.展开更多
In order to forecast promising technologies in the field of next generation mobile communication, various patent indicators were analyzed such as citation per patent, patent family information, patent share, increase ...In order to forecast promising technologies in the field of next generation mobile communication, various patent indicators were analyzed such as citation per patent, patent family information, patent share, increase rate, and patent activity. These indicators were quantified into several indexes and then integrated into an evaluation score to provide promising technologies. As a result of the suggested patent analysis, four technologies out of twenty two in details classification were selected, which showed outstanding technology competitiveness, high patent share and increasing rates as well as high recent-patent-ratios and triad-patent-family-ratios. Each of the selected technologies scored more than 10 points in total, and the following four technologies were suggested as promising ones in the field of next generation mobile communication: 1) 3GPP based mobile communication, 2) beyond 4G mobile communication, 3) IEEE 802.16 based mobile communication, which are in medium classification of broadband mobile communication system, and 4) testing/certification system of mobile communication, which is in medium classification of mobile communication testing/certification system.展开更多
目的从文献计量学的角度对中医药治疗呼吸道病毒感染中英文文献与全球专利的研究现状及热点进行全面分析,为临床应用和深入研究提供理论指导。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方(Wanfang)、维普(VIP)、Web of Science(WoS)4个数据库,将文献...目的从文献计量学的角度对中医药治疗呼吸道病毒感染中英文文献与全球专利的研究现状及热点进行全面分析,为临床应用和深入研究提供理论指导。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方(Wanfang)、维普(VIP)、Web of Science(WoS)4个数据库,将文献导入NoteExpress文献管理软件中进行查重和筛选。使用Excel、CiteSpace、VOSviewer等软件,从发文趋势与国家分布、发文机构、发文作者、关键词等维度出发,对国内外中医药治疗呼吸道病毒感染研究进行可视化分析。通过Incopat专利数据库从专利申请趋势、全球地域分布、专利申请人、专利技术领域、国民经济等方面分析全球专利申请情况。结果共检索到符合要求的中文文献2590篇,英文文献4261篇,发文国家以中国为主,南京中医药大学、中国科学院分别为中英文发文量最多的机构,汪受传、Gao George F(高福)分别为中英文发文量最多的作者;近年中英文文献研究热点存在重叠,均涉及网络药理学等生物信息学方向,且聚焦新型冠状病毒研究。中文研究侧重疫病理论与中药复方探索,围绕复方研究进展与作用机制开展系统研究;英文研究则在分子流行病学机制、病毒入侵相关蛋白、自噬与肠道菌群调控、分子对接等现代分子生物学及药理学技术层面更为突出。基于Incopat专利数据库得到专利125件,其中国内专利有109件,占比87.20%,占据了绝对的主导地位,国内广东省专利申请数量最多;南京中医药大学为专利申请数量最多的申请人;专利申请热点多围绕A61P31(抗感染药)领域;国民经济分析显示,该领域专利主要集中在医药制造业。结论中医药治疗呼吸道病毒感染领域的研究正不断拓展和深入,有望进一步强化多学科交叉融合,提升中医药理论与临床实践的科学性和有效性。我国在专利申请量上占据绝对主导地位,然而仍面临专利失效比例较高、成果转化效率不足等现实挑战。展开更多
