Cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs) are critical to the cell cycle and many other biological processes, and as such, are considered as one of the promising targets for therapy against cancer and other diseases. Most pan-CDK inhibitors bind to the highly conserved catalytic ATP-binding pocket and therefore lack the specificity to prevent side effects. It is desirable to develop drugs targeting non-catalytic pockets for specificity towards individual CDKs. Here we performed a systematic analysis of non-catalytic pockets on CDKs and identified a region underneath the T-loop, which we term TL pocket, for potential inhibitor development. Specifically, we compared the TL pockets of human CDK2 and CDK7-homolog Pfmrk of Plasmodium falciparum, a malaria-causing parasite. Molecular dynamics simulations of several short peptides revealed that this less conserved TL pocket could be used to design potentially specific inhibitors against malaria disease. 展开更多

Investigations on domain wall(DW) and spin wave(SW) modes in a series of nanostrips with different widths and thicknesses have been carried out using micromagnetic simulation. The simulation results show that the frequencies of SW modes and the corresponding DW modes are consistent with each other if they have the same node number along the width direction. This consistency is more pronounced in wide and thin nanostrips, favoring the DW motion driven by SWs.Further analysis of the moving behavior of a DW driven by SWs is also carried out. The average DW speed can reach a larger value of ~ 140 m/s under two different SW sources. We argue that this study is very meaningful for the potential application of DW motion driven by SWs. 展开更多

The evolution process of magnetic domains in response to external fields is crucial for the modern understanding and application of spintronics.In this study,we investigated the domain rotation in stripe domain films of varying thicknesses by examining their response to microwave excitation in four different orientations.The resonance spectra indicate that the rotation field of stripe domain film under an applied magnetic field approaches the field where the resonance mode of sample changes.The saturation field of the stripe domain film corresponds to the field where the resonance mode disappears when measured in the stripe direction parallel to the microwave magnetic field.The results are reproducible and consistent with micromagnetic simulations,providing additional approaches and techniques for comprehending the microscopic mechanisms of magnetic domains and characterizing their rotation. 展开更多

Chromium tellurium compounds are important two-dimensional van der Waals ferromagnetic materials with high Curie temperature and chemical stability in air,which is promising for applications in spintronic devices.Here,highquality spin-orbital-torque(SOT)device,Bi_(2)Te_(3)/CrTe_(2)heterostructure was epitaxially grown on Al_(2)O_(3)(0001)substrates.Anomalous Hall measurements indicate the existence of strong ferromagnetism in this device with the CrTe_(2)thickness down to 10 nm.In order to investigate its micromagnetic structure,cryogenic magnetic force microscope(MFM)was utilized to measure the magnetic domain evolutions at various temperatures and magnetic fields.The virgin domain state of the device shows a worm-like magnetic domain structure with the size around 0.6μm-0.8μm.Larger irregular-shape magnetic domains(>1μm)can be induced and pinned,after the field is increased to coercive field and ramped back to low fields.The temperature-dependent MFM signals exhibit a nice mean-field-like ferromagnetic transition with Curie temperature around 201.5 K,indicating a robust ferromagnetic ordering.Such a device can be potentially implemented in future magnetic memory technology. 展开更多

For large-scale in-service electric vehicles(EVs)that undergo potential maintenance,second-hand transactions,and retirement,it is crucial to rapidly evaluate the health status of their battery packs.However,existing methods often rely on lengthy battery charging/discharging data or extensive training samples,which hinders their implementation in practical scenarios.To address this issue,a rapid health estimation method based on short-time charging data and limited labels for in-service battery packs is proposed in this paper.First,a digital twin of battery pack is established to emulate its dynamic behavior across various aging levels and inconsistency degrees.Then,increment capacity sequences(△Q)within a short voltage span are extracted from charging process to indicate battery health.Furthermore,data-driven models based on deep convolutional neural network(DCNN)are constructed to estimate battery state of health(SOH),where the synthetic data is employed to pre-train the models,and transfer learning strategies by using fine-tuning and domain adaptation are utilized to enhance the model adaptability.Finally,field data of 10 EVs exhibiting different SOHs are used to verify the proposed methods.By using the△Q with 100 m V voltage change,the SOH of battery packs can be accurately estimated with an error around 3.2%. 展开更多

Running safety assessment method of trains under seismic conditions based on the derailment risk domain

The accurate assessment of running safety during earthquakes is of significant importance for ensuring the safety of railway lines.Currently,assessment methods based on a single index suffer from issues such as misjudgment of operational safety and difficulty in evaluating operational margin,making them unsuitable for assessing train safety during earthquakes.Therefore,in order to propose an effective evaluation method for the running safety of trains during earthquakes,this study employs three indexes,namely lateral displacement of the wheel–rail contact point,wheel unloading rate,and wheel lift,to describe the lateral and vertical contact states between the wheel and rail.The corresponding evolution characteristics of the wheel–rail contact states are determined,and the derailment forms under different frequency components of seismic motion are identified through dynamic numerical simulations of the train–track coupled system under sine excitation.The variations in the wheel–rail contact states during the transition from a safe state to the critical state of derailment are analyzed,thereby constructing the evolutionary path of train derailment and seismic derailment risk domain.Lastly,the wheel–rail contact and derailment states under seismic conditions are analyzed,thus verifying the effectiveness of the evaluation method for assessing running safety under earthquakes proposed in this study.The results indicate that the assessment method based on the derailment risk domain accurately and comprehensively reflects the wheel–rail contact states under seismic conditions.It successfully determines the forms of train derailment,the risk levels of derailment,and the evolutionary paths of derailment risk. 展开更多

Channel equalization plays a pivotal role within the reconstruction phase of passive radar reference signals.In the context of reconstructing digital terrestrial multimedia broadcasting(DTMB)signals for low-slow-small(LSS)target detection,a novel frequency domain block joint equalization algorithm is presented in this article.From the DTMB signal frame structure and channel multipath transmission characteristics,this article adopts a unconventional approach where the delay and frame structure of each DTMB signal frame are reconfigured to create a circular convolution block,facilitating concurrent fast Fourier transform(FFT)calculations.Following equalization,an inverse fast Fourier transform(IFFT)-based joint output and subsequent data reordering are executed to finalize the equalization process for the DTMB signal.Simulation and measured data confirm that this algorithm outperforms conventional techniques by reducing signal errors rate and enhancing real-time processing.In passive radar LSS detection,it effectively suppresses multipath and noise through frequency domain equalization,reducing false alarms and improving the capabilities of weak target detection. 展开更多

DIFNet:SAR RFI suppression network based on domain invariant features

Synthetic aperture radar(SAR)is a high-resolution two-dimensional imaging radar.However,during the imaging process,SAR is susceptible to intentional and unintentional interference,with radio frequency inter⁃ference(RFI)being the most common type,leading to a severe degradation in image quality.To address the above problem,numerous algorithms have been proposed.Although inpainting networks have achieved excellent results,their generalization is unclear.Whether they still work effectively in cross-sensor experiments needs fur⁃ther verification.Through the time-frequency analysis to interference signals,this work finds that interference holds domain invariant features between different sensors.Therefore,this work reconstructs the loss function and extracts the domain invariant features to improve its generalization.Ultimately,this work proposes a SAR RFI suppression method based on domain invariant features,and embeds the RFI suppression into SAR imaging pro⁃cess.Compared to traditional notch filtering methods,the proposed approach not only removes interference but also effectively preserves strong scattering targets.Compared to PISNet,our method can extract domain invariant features and hold better generalization ability,and even in the cross-sensor experiments,our method can still achieve excellent results.In cross-sensor experiments,training data and testing data come from different radar platforms with different parameters,so cross-sensor experiments can provide evidence for the generalization. 展开更多

Based on the“unidirectional break-up and convergence”geodynamic model,this study investigates the impact of the evolution of the Tethyan domain on the formation of petroleum systems in the Sichuan super basin and explores the enrichment pattern of natural gas.The results show that,firstly,the Sichuan Basin and its surrounding areas have experienced two unidirectional rifting-aggregation cycles triggered by the Proto-Tethys Ocean and the Paleo-Tethys Ocean during the Neoproterozoic to Triassic.During Jurassic–Cenozoic,the Sichuan Basin is incorporated in the circum-Tibetan plateau basin-mountain coupled tectonic domain system.The episodic tectonic movements within the plate control the sedimentary infill styles.Second,the evolution of the Tethyan domain,paleoclimatic environment and major geological events controlled the formation and distribution of high-quality source rocks within the basin.The rift valley and intracratonic rift,passive continental margin slope,and intracratonic sags are favorable areas for the development of source rocks.Third,the evolution of the Tethyan domain,supercontinent cycles,global sea level changes,and tectono-climatic events controlled the distribution of carbonate platform and reservoir-caprock combinations.The cratonic platform margins and sub-platform internal high terrains are key areas for finding carbonate high-energy facies belts.Syndepositional paleo-uplifts and surrounding slopes,regional unconformities,and later faults zone are areas where large-scale carbonate reservoirs are distributed.The regional evaporite or shale caprock are beneficial for the large-scale preservation of oil and gas in the basin.Fourth,the spatio-temporal matching relationship of reservoir forming factors influenced by the early tectonic-sedimentary evolution pattern and the degree of later tectonic modification is the key to oil and gas enrichment.Future oil and gas exploration should focus on potential gas systems during the Sinian rift period,Cambrian pre-salt gas systems in the eastern and southern Sichuan,as well as whole oil and gas systems of Permian and Triassic. 展开更多

Ship detection via spaceborne synthetic aperture radar(SAR)has become a research hotspot.However,existing small ship detection methods based on the radar signal domain and SAR image features cannot obtain highly accurate results because of the obvious coherent speckle noise at sea and strong reflection interference from near‑shore objects.To resolve the above problems,this study proposes a dual‑domain joint dense multiple small ship target detection method for spaceborne SAR image that simultaneously detects objects in the image and frequency domains.This method uses an attention mechanism module and algorithm structure adjustments to improve the small ship target feature mining ability.In the frequency‑based image generation,extreme signal strength values are detected in the azimuth and range directions,with the results of the two complementing each other to realize dual‑domain joint small ship target detection.The comprehensive qualitative and quantitative evaluation results show that the proposed method can attain a final precision rate of 92.25%and achieve accurate results for SAR ship detection in open‑sea,coastal,and port area ships.The test results for the self‑built SAR small‑ship dataset demonstrate the effectiveness and universality of the method. 展开更多

Chaos is a type of motion unique to nonlinear dynamical systems,characterized by extreme sensitivity to initial conditions and the randomness,which makes it potentially useful for secure communication.Chaos research require a easily controllable chaotic oscillator.Chaotic behavior in optical bistability provides a simple theoretical model.Based on the theoretical model,a novel chaotic oscillator in frequency domain is proposed.The chaotic oscillator is composed of a tunable fiber laser,fiber Fabry⁃Perot interferometer(FFPI)and hybrid delayed feedback loop.The laser itself plays a part in delay time which is induced by PZT device.The chaotic oscillator is realized by experiments and chaos behaviors are observed.The chaos oscillator has the characteristic of simplicity and flexibility.It have potential application value in the field of fiber optical communication encryption. 展开更多

针对现有信道估计方案导致正交时频空间(Orthogonal Time Frequency Space,OTFS)调制系统峰均功率比(Peak-to-Average Power Ratio,PAPR)高或频谱效率(Spectral Efficiency,SE)低的问题,提出一种多叠加导频的低PAPR、高SE信道估计方法... 针对现有信道估计方案导致正交时频空间(Orthogonal Time Frequency Space,OTFS)调制系统峰均功率比(Peak-to-Average Power Ratio,PAPR)高或频谱效率(Spectral Efficiency,SE)低的问题,提出一种多叠加导频的低PAPR、高SE信道估计方法。发送端利用时域正交性和离散傅里叶域相位的随机性,在时延多普勒域中嵌入与数据相叠加的5导频符号的导频图案实现低PAPR,提高SE。接收端以数据符号与噪声之和的能量均值为基准,实现导频信号检测,同时根据每个导频的不同位置信息恢复出存在相位旋转的数据信号。基于能量准则,利用多个独立的接收信号进行联合信道估计,以降低数据符号的干扰,并采用消息传递算法进行数据恢复。仿真结果表明,该方法比单叠加导频信道估计的PAPR低,同时较嵌入式导频信道估计的SE提高约14.4%。 展开更多

滚动轴承作为一种精密的机械元件,已广泛运用于现代工业机械设备中。在轴承运行时,采用合理的方法诊断轴承的故障具有重大的意义。但在实际复杂多变环境下,采集振动信号不仅面临样本量少的问题,还受到噪声干扰、工况变换等因素的影响,... 滚动轴承作为一种精密的机械元件,已广泛运用于现代工业机械设备中。在轴承运行时,采用合理的方法诊断轴承的故障具有重大的意义。但在实际复杂多变环境下,采集振动信号不仅面临样本量少的问题,还受到噪声干扰、工况变换等因素的影响,导致故障诊断的准确率低。因此,针对噪声干扰和变工况下的小样本滚动轴承故障诊断问题,该文提出了一种基于原型域增强的元学习去噪模型(Meta-DAE)。首先,构造基于时频图的小样本故障样本集,引入深度卷积生成对抗网络并对数据进行预处理,生成相似分布的伪样本集;然后,将故障样本集输入Meta-DAE模型进行自适应特征提取,Meta-DAE模型采用原型域增强策略,使同类别原型点在嵌入空间中凝聚更紧密;同时,构建了具有降噪性能的编码器,设计了基于原型域增强和去噪的目标函数,通过在小样本下进行模型微调,以提高小样本下模型的噪声鲁棒性和分类准确率。噪声及变工况下小样本故障诊断实验结果表明,相比于其他模型,所提模型在-8dB强噪声干扰下,仅用10个样本微调模型,分类准确率提高了35.78~57.25个百分点,具有较强的噪声鲁棒性。 展开更多

针对奶粉中非法添加剂三聚氰胺含量精确定量检测的需求,利用太赫兹时域光谱系统对掺杂三聚氰胺的奶粉进行吸收谱测定,获取奶粉与三聚氰胺混合物(浓度梯度为0%~20%)及二者单质在0.5~2.5 THz范围内的吸收光谱,利用Savitzky-Golay一阶平滑... 针对奶粉中非法添加剂三聚氰胺含量精确定量检测的需求,利用太赫兹时域光谱系统对掺杂三聚氰胺的奶粉进行吸收谱测定,获取奶粉与三聚氰胺混合物(浓度梯度为0%~20%)及二者单质在0.5~2.5 THz范围内的吸收光谱,利用Savitzky-Golay一阶平滑方法消除吸收谱中的噪声,并求得其对应的导数光谱。将化学计量学方法与数据融合相结合,建立基于偏最小二乘回归(PLSR)结合数据融合方法的三聚氰胺定量分析模型。实验结果表明,低层数据融合后吸收光谱的预测精度显著提高;中层数据融合后,竞争自适应重加权采样法(CARS)的预测精度明显高于连续投影算法(SPA);高层数据融合的预测精度最高,预测相关系数Rp为0.99982,预测集均方根误差RSMEP为0.14%。该方法可以实现奶粉中三聚氰胺含量的无损、快速、准确定量检测,为食品添加剂的定量分析提供了新思路。 展开更多
