基于太赫兹光谱数据融合的三聚氰胺定量分析 被引量:1

Quantitative analysis of melamine based on terahertz spectral data fusion

摘要 针对奶粉中非法添加剂三聚氰胺含量精确定量检测的需求,利用太赫兹时域光谱系统对掺杂三聚氰胺的奶粉进行吸收谱测定,获取奶粉与三聚氰胺混合物(浓度梯度为0%~20%)及二者单质在0.5~2.5 THz范围内的吸收光谱,利用Savitzky-Golay一阶平滑方法消除吸收谱中的噪声,并求得其对应的导数光谱。将化学计量学方法与数据融合相结合,建立基于偏最小二乘回归(PLSR)结合数据融合方法的三聚氰胺定量分析模型。实验结果表明,低层数据融合后吸收光谱的预测精度显著提高;中层数据融合后,竞争自适应重加权采样法(CARS)的预测精度明显高于连续投影算法(SPA);高层数据融合的预测精度最高,预测相关系数Rp为0.99982,预测集均方根误差RSMEP为0.14%。该方法可以实现奶粉中三聚氰胺含量的无损、快速、准确定量检测,为食品添加剂的定量分析提供了新思路。 In order to meet the demand for accurate quantification of the illegal additive melamine in milk powder,terahertz time-domain spectroscopy was employed to measure the absorbance spectra of milk powder doped with melamine.The absorption spectra of mixtures of milk powder and melamine(concentration gradient from 0%to 20%)and the pure substances were recorded in the range of 0.5 to 2.5 THz.The Savitzky–Golay first-order smoothing method was utilized to eliminate noise from the absorption spectra and to derive the corresponding derivative spectra.Combining chemometric methods with data fusion,a quantitative analysis model for melamine was developed by combining partial least squares regression(PLSR)with a data fusion method.The results showed that the prediction accuracy of the absorption spectra improved significantly after low-level data fusion.After medium-level data fusion,the prediction precision of the competitive adaptive reweighted sampling(CARS)method was found to be notably better than that of the successive projection algorithm(SPA).High-level data fusion yielded the highest prediction accuracy,with a prediction correlation coefficient(Rp)of 0.99982 and a root mean square error of prediction(RSMEP)of 0.14%.This method provided a rapid,non-destructive,and accurate technique for melamine quantification in milk powder,offering a promising new tool for food additive quantitative analysis.
