Interventional radiology has been beneficial for patients for over 30 years of age with the combination of diagnostic and therapeutic methods. The radiation affecting occupationally exposed workers should be evaluated by means of the energy spectra and flux of X-rays in the treatment room. The present study aims to obtain the energy spectra of interventional procedures and study the capability of some detectors to evaluate the dose in interventional procedures. These measurements were taken by silicon-drift, CdTe, and CdZnTe detectors. The energy spectra were corrected by the energy-response curve of each detector. The energy-response curves of silicon-drift and CdTe detectors provided by the manufacturers specification were used. The energy response of the CdZnTe detector was measured by 133Ba and 152Eu γ sources. The experimental data were compared with the simulation results, and their perfect agreement provides a way to correct the energy or dose response, which can be used for the personal dosimeter developed by our group. Moreover, the measured energy spectra can be used in individual radiation protection. The present study shows that the CdZnTe detector is a good candidate detector in interventional procedures. 展开更多

Objective To investigate the changes of perioperative serum levels of interleukin-6(IL-6), C-reactive protein (CRP), and cortisol, as well as gastric intramucosal pH (pHi) and plasma lactate, aiming to compare systemic changes and tissue perfusion during colorectal and orthopaedic surgical procedures. Methods Twenty patients were randomly assigned to two groups, 10 cases of operation on vertebral canal, 10 cases of colorectal radical operation.Venous blood was drawn at 1 day before operation, 2, 4, and 6 hours following skin incision, and 1 day after operation, in order to measure serum IL-6, CRP, and cortisol.pHi and plasma lactate were also measured at the same time points.Results Serum concentrations of IL-6 and cortisol increased gradually following operation, reaching the peak value at 6 hours from the beginning of operation.CRP was not detectable until the first day after operation.Peak concentration of IL-6 had positive relationship with CRP.These variables changed more significantly in colorectal group than that in orthopaedic group (P<0.05).pHi decreased gradually, reaching the lowest level at 4 hours from the beginning of operation, and to more extent in colorectal group than that in orthopaedic group (P<0.05).Conclusion IL-6 may reflect tissue damage more sensitively than CRP.Colorectal surgery might induce systemic disorder to more extent, in terms of immuno-endocrinal aspect as well as tissue perfusion, reflected with pHi. 展开更多

Background Transradial coronary procedure (TRP) traumatizes the radial artery (RA), especially resulting in changes to arterial wall morphology. This study explored the significance of the early onset of traumatic effects to wall layers of the RA following the first TRP (FTRP) and repeat TRP (RTRP) using very-high-frequency ultrabiomicroscopy (VHFUBM). Methods A total of 1431 patients that re- ceived TRP were divided into the FTRP group that comprised 781 patients and the RTRP group that comprised 650 patients depending on the number of procedures. Two-dimensional RA images were acquired by 30-55 MHz ultrasound one day before and one day after the pro- cedure. Results After TRP, the incidence of intimal tears, medial dissections and external elastic lamina fracture were greater in the RTRP (P 〈 0.001). The RTRP group showed significantly thicker intimal thickness (IT), media thickness (MT), adventitia thickness and all complex layer thicknesses as compared with the FTRP group (P 〈 0.001). Conclusions Multivariate linear regression analysis discovered that repeated TRP and other observations were independent predictors of increased IT in post-operative RA. VHFUBM provides an approach to study structural and histopathological injury in the wall layers of RA which showed increased trauma to the RA following RTRP. 展开更多

Calibration models should be reconstructed for different systems and application environments. This study presents an efficient procedure in the construction and selection of calibration models for LIBS analysis. The procedure concludes data preprocess, calibration model construction, and concentration calculation. These steps can be programmed without manual intervention. Results of the quantitative analysis of Ni-based alloys using the proposed procedure are presented in this study.Ten elements are calibrated, and most have an average relative standard error of less than 10%.The proposed procedure is an effective process for constructing and selecting calibration models. 展开更多

Single-particle microbeam is uniquely capable of precisely delivering a preset number of charged particles to individual cells or sub-cellular targets to be determined in vitro, It is crucial to find a reference point that relates the microbeam's location to the microscope's plane, and align individual targets at this reference point for cell irradiation. To choose an appropriate reference point, an approach based on analysing the intensity distribution of fluorescence in a thin scintillator excited by traversing particles is newly developed using the CAS-LIBB single-particle microbeam, which features decisive physical signification and sufficient resolution. As its bonus, this on-line analysis provides precise and fast response to the determination of beam profile and potentially optimizes the microbeam quality by further adjusting hardware setup. 展开更多

To ensure the security of resource and intelligence sharing in 6G,blockchain has been widely adopted in wireless communications and applications.Although blockchain can ensure the traceability and non-tamperability of data in the concatenated blocks,it cannot guarantee the honest behaviors of users in the application before the generation of transactions.Thus,additional technologies are required to ensure that the source of blockchain data is reliable.In this paper,the detailed procedure is designed for the application-oriented task validation in the blockchainenhanced computing resource sharing and transactions in ultra dense networks(UDN).The corresponding queuing model is built and analyzed with the consideration of the wireless re-transmission and the probability of malicious deception by users.Based on the analysis results,the UDN deployment is optimized to save network cost while ensuring latency performance.Numerical results verify our analysis,and the optimized system deployment including the number and service capacities of both base stations and mobile edge computing(MEC)servers are also given with various system settings. 展开更多

Objective:To evaluate the effect of modified surgical techniques on hemostasis used in aortic root replacement with a composite graft(Bentall procedure).Methods:Data on 15 patients who underwent Bentall procedure during 2005 to 2007 were analyzed.The first 5 patients(Group 1) received the standard procedure.Then next 10 patients(Group 2) received the modified procedure.Techniques including "tandem suture line","endo-button buttress","sandwich anastomosis" and "left ventricle filling" were added to the standard procedure.Perioperative bleeding and the volume of blood transfusion required were compared to estimate hemostasis in different groups.Results:Between groups 1 and 2,a significant difference was found in postoperative bleeding [(2193±383) ml vs(1012±258) ml,respectively;P<0.05] and in volume of blood transfusion required [(7242±1416) ml vs(2520±708) ml,respectively;P<0.05].Conclusion:The modified surgical techniques used in our study are effective in the improvement of the hemostasis in Bentall procedure. 展开更多

针对西部地区侏罗系地层钻井法施工深大立井滚刀磨损严重问题,以西部某煤矿北一回风井钻井法凿井工程为研究对象,提出一种钻井法凿井滚刀磨损评估方法。首先,基于现场调研分析不同地层滚刀磨损程度及磨损分布特征,并提出相关量化指标;其... 针对西部地区侏罗系地层钻井法施工深大立井滚刀磨损严重问题,以西部某煤矿北一回风井钻井法凿井工程为研究对象,提出一种钻井法凿井滚刀磨损评估方法。首先,基于现场调研分析不同地层滚刀磨损程度及磨损分布特征,并提出相关量化指标;其次,对竖井钻机岩渣开展现场预处理,采用图像识别方法进行后处理,统计分析了岩渣几何形貌,并使用类指数分布函数描述其累积分布规律;此后,以皮尔逊系数为相关性评价指标探究了岩渣颗粒分布及矿物成分对滚刀磨损指标的影响,阐明了西部地区钻井法凿井滚刀易磨损致因;最后,基于相关性分析方法,选取若干主要影响参数,使用非线性拟合工具给出了针对不同岩层的滚刀磨损指标预测公式,并提出现场更换滚刀的评估方法。结果表明:钻井法凿井滚刀磨损与岩层地质条件密切相关,不同地层单位进尺消耗滚刀数量依次为:泥质胶结泥性地层>钙质胶结泥、砂互层地层≈钙质、铁质胶结砂性地层>极弱胶结砂性地层,西部钻井法凿井刀盘深磨区易集中于b、c、d刀圈,而中心刀及其附近区域多为浅磨区;岩渣几何形貌统计特征可间接反映不同地层单位进尺滚刀磨损程度,西部地区砂系、泥系地层岩渣粒径分布符合类指数函数,相关系数R 2为0.976~0.997,根据拟合函数得到的岩渣均匀系数与磨损均匀性指标相关性最高,泥性地层及泥、砂互层地层滚刀磨损加剧的原因可归结为岩渣泥化、砂化;以岩渣圆度分布的箱宽、大颗粒占比、均匀系数、岩石磨蚀性指数为滚刀磨损主要表征参数,得到适用于不同地层的滚刀磨损预测模型,与现场实测对比,模型预测成功率达90.9%;提出的滚刀磨损评估方法可为现场提钻换刀决策提供有益参考。 展开更多

目的建立疾病和手术操作ICD编码智能管理系统以解决目前医院ICD编码管理的难点,降低信息上传错误率,提升编码准确率。方法建立以国家临床版ICD编码为系统主索引的ICD编码智能管理系统,构建主索引编码与医保版ICD编码、院内版ICD编码之... 目的建立疾病和手术操作ICD编码智能管理系统以解决目前医院ICD编码管理的难点,降低信息上传错误率,提升编码准确率。方法建立以国家临床版ICD编码为系统主索引的ICD编码智能管理系统,构建主索引编码与医保版ICD编码、院内版ICD编码之间的映射关系,实现实时维护和调整。并根据国家公立医院绩效考核、医院等级评审等要求,实现考核指标的ICD编码“标签”功能并建立知识库,嵌入住院医师工作站,便于实现对临床医生的智能提示和后期数据统计。结果系统建立后,疾病诊断和手术操作名称编码等诊疗信息映射上传错误率明显下降(1.2‰vs 0.3‰,P<0.05);出院主要诊断和手术操作编码准确率明显上升(82%vs 91%,P<0.05;78%vs 88%,P<0.05);临床医生和编码员满意率明显升高(65%vs 82%,P<0.05;79%vs 88%,P<0.05)。结论实践证明该系统能降低疾病诊断和手术操作ICD编码等诊疗信息映射上传错误率,提升编码准确性和完整性,提高ICD编码管理水平,促进医疗高质量发展。 展开更多

ChatGPT的出现引人关注,其最显著的进展应该是自然语言文本的生成。ChatGPT能够生成崭新的合法句子,说明ChatGPT已经获得了自然语言文本的单位和生成规则。ChatGPT不需要和经验打交道,不具备“酸、甜、苦、辣、痛、悲、愁”等词汇背后的经验,却能生成包含这些词的合法句子。这是语言学家、人工智能专家和哲学家需要解释的重要理论问题。决定语言规则的初始概念包括词、词类、语法结构关系、语义结构关系、语用结构关系等,ChatGPT由于是自动学习规则,并未利用这些初始概念,它唯一能够利用的是大规模文本中自然片段的分布。通过文本中自然片段的分布获取单位和规则,这是一种言知而非亲知的学习方式。ChatGPT言知学习方式的成功证明了结构语言学家Harris的发现程序及其核心部分的分布理论具有可行性,也为语言形式主义的可行性提供了证据。ChatGPT基于言知的学习模式需要以大数据和超强运算这样一种强储算能力为基础,还未揭示人类基于亲知的语言学习机制,人类学习依赖的是基于小数据和基本运算这样一种弱储算能力。不过基于言知的学习模式所依赖的发现程序及其分布理论对人类学习语言仍然有必要性。亲知学习方式和言知学习方式都是语言学家需要回答的问题。 展开更多

目的:探讨规范性程序式护理在ICU无创呼吸机辅助通气患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年7月—2024年6月于徐州市中心医院ICU接受无创呼吸机辅助通气70例患者进行研究,采用随机数字表法分为程序组(n=35)与常规组(n=35)。常规组患者... 目的:探讨规范性程序式护理在ICU无创呼吸机辅助通气患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年7月—2024年6月于徐州市中心医院ICU接受无创呼吸机辅助通气70例患者进行研究,采用随机数字表法分为程序组(n=35)与常规组(n=35)。常规组患者接受常规护理,程序组患者接受规范性程序式护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组动脉血氧分压、动脉血氧饱和度、氧合指数升高,动脉血二氧化碳分压、吸入氧浓度、急性生理与慢性健康评分系统评分降低,且程序组改善幅度优于常规组(P<0.05)。程序组机械通气时间、ICU治疗时间、住院时间均短于常规组,并发症总发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:规范性程序式护理在ICU无创呼吸机辅助通气患者护理中的应用效果良好,可有效改善患者血气分析指标与病情,减少并发症发生风险,缩短患者治疗时间。 展开更多

硒代蛋氨酸法和改进体外三步法测定过瘤胃蛋氨酸生物利用率及相关性研究

[目的]本试验分别采用硒代蛋氨酸法和改进体外三步法评估3种过瘤胃蛋氨酸(A、B、C)的生物利用率,并对两种方法所得结果进行相关性分析和回归分析,旨在探究两种方法之间的关系。[方法](1)硒代蛋氨酸法:选用33头健康泌乳奶牛,按照随机区组试验设计分为3组,试验期共32 d,分为3个阶段,其中前7 d为预饲期(第0阶段),第8~22天为第1阶段,随后10 d为第2阶段。第0阶段奶牛仅饲喂基础饲粮,第1阶段所有奶牛均按照0.3 mg Se/kg DM补充硒酵母,第2阶段继续补充相同剂量的硒酵母,同时依据相同有效蛋氨酸的量(25 g/d),3组奶牛分别补充过瘤胃蛋氨酸A(33.3 g/d, A组)、B(29.4 g/d, B组)和C(56.82 g/d, C组)。在第22和32天采集奶样,用于硒、蛋氨酸和氮浓度的测定,以硒浓度/蛋氨酸浓度(硒浓度/氮浓度)比值的变化评估3种过瘤胃蛋氨酸的生物利用率。(2)改进体外三步法:选用3头安装瘤胃瘘管的泌乳奶牛,3种过瘤胃蛋氨酸各设置2个平行,3个重复,通过瘤胃孵育、体外模拟胃-小肠消化测定干物质(DM)和粗蛋白质(CP)的过瘤胃率和小肠消化率以评估其生物利用率。(3)分析两种方法之间的相关性并建立回归方程。[结果]硒代蛋氨酸法结果表明,过瘤胃蛋氨酸A基于牛奶硒浓度/蛋氨酸浓度和牛奶硒浓度/氮浓度比值变化计算的生物利用率分别为:83.02%和81.42%,过瘤胃蛋氨酸B的分别为:72.94%和72.47%,过瘤胃蛋氨酸C的分别为:51.77%和50.98%。改进体外三步法结果显示,过瘤胃蛋氨酸A、B和C的生物利用率分别为86.87%、75.47%和59.56%。比较两种方法的测定结果,二者无显著差异(P>0.05),且呈极显著正相关(r=0.867~0.964,P<0.01)。[结论]在本试验条件下,硒代蛋氨酸法和改进体外三步法均能用于3种过瘤胃蛋氨酸的生物利用率的测定,且两种方法间存在较强的正相关关系。 展开更多

目的 观察对结直肠癌患者给予经自然腔道标本移除(NOSES)术的临床效果及对其胃肠功能的影响。方法 选取2021年11月至2022年11月期间本院结直肠外科收治结直肠癌患者112例纳入基础研究,根据患者就诊顺序将其分成对照组和观察组各56例。... 目的 观察对结直肠癌患者给予经自然腔道标本移除(NOSES)术的临床效果及对其胃肠功能的影响。方法 选取2021年11月至2022年11月期间本院结直肠外科收治结直肠癌患者112例纳入基础研究,根据患者就诊顺序将其分成对照组和观察组各56例。其中对照组以传统开腹直肠癌术作为治疗方案,观察组以NOSES术作为治疗方案。比较两组临床效果、不同阶段应激反应、机体炎症、胃肠功能、肛门功能及生活质量的影响。结果 观察组治疗有效率94.64%显著高于对照组的82.14%(P<0.05)。两组术前MDA、SOD、ROS数值无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组术后3d MDA、ROS均低于对照组,SOD高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术前CRP、IL-6、TNF-α数值无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组术后3d CRP、IL-6、TNF-α均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术前胃泌素、胃动素数值无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组术后3d胃泌素、胃动素均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术前Saito功能问卷评分无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组术后3个月Saito功能问卷各维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术前国际生命质量评分无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组术后3个月国际生命质量各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对结直肠癌患者给予NOSES术效果切实,其对患者术后应激反应及机体炎症影响较低,有助于胃肠功能及肛门功能的恢复,该术式可作为结直肠癌疾病的有效治疗方案,值得推广。 展开更多

针对现有的人工智能生成纹理和基于样图的纹理合成中存在的不可控、缺乏灵活性、低实时性等问题,运用过程纹理生成技术,提出一种基于柏林噪声和分形布朗运动的纹理生成算法,用于合成真实木制纹理特征。该算法首先将待生成的纹理空间划... 针对现有的人工智能生成纹理和基于样图的纹理合成中存在的不可控、缺乏灵活性、低实时性等问题,运用过程纹理生成技术,提出一种基于柏林噪声和分形布朗运动的纹理生成算法,用于合成真实木制纹理特征。该算法首先将待生成的纹理空间划分为规则且均匀的网格点,同时在每个网格顶点处随机生成一个梯度向量,然后使用三线性插值方法对网格点上的梯度向量进行插值运算,同时将多频率、多振幅的噪声纹通过分形算法加权叠加处理,生成一个平滑的纹理图案,在此基础上对纹理进行缩放、扭曲、添加木眼来模拟真实的纹理结构。实验证明该算法能真实地模拟木制纹理的特征,且具有实时、高效、可定制性强等优点,在游戏、建模、虚拟现实等领域具有广泛的应用价值。 展开更多

智能炒菜机器人是应用于大型点餐场合、实现中餐标准化关键的一环。在实际使用中出现了同一型号的炒菜机器人烹饪同一种菜品,但其口味却不一致的情况。故对炒菜机器人整体的机制进行了研究,发现炒菜机器人的显示温度和炒菜锅锅体内壁温... 智能炒菜机器人是应用于大型点餐场合、实现中餐标准化关键的一环。在实际使用中出现了同一型号的炒菜机器人烹饪同一种菜品,但其口味却不一致的情况。故对炒菜机器人整体的机制进行了研究,发现炒菜机器人的显示温度和炒菜锅锅体内壁温度间存在差异,并且温度传感器的安装对其有很大影响,因此,在生产过程中对温度传感器的安装提出了规范要求,研究了达到一致性的校准方法,解决了在标准化条件下菜品口味不一致的问题。在温度校准领域和炒菜机器人生产方面都具有借鉴性意义。 展开更多
