针对无人机视频流检测中小目标数量多、因图像传输质量较低而导致的上下文语义信息不充分、传统算法融合特征推理速度慢、数据集类别样本不均衡导致的训练效果差等问题,提出一种基于改进Deformable DETR的无人机视频流车辆目标检测算法... 针对无人机视频流检测中小目标数量多、因图像传输质量较低而导致的上下文语义信息不充分、传统算法融合特征推理速度慢、数据集类别样本不均衡导致的训练效果差等问题,提出一种基于改进Deformable DETR的无人机视频流车辆目标检测算法。在模型结构方面,该算法设计了跨尺度特征融合模块以增大感受野,提升小目标检测能力,并采用针对object_query的挤压-激励模块提升关键目标的响应值,减少重要目标的漏检与错检率;在数据处理方面,使用了在线困难样本挖掘技术,改善数据集中类别样本分布不均的问题。在UAVDT数据集上进行了实验,实验结果表明,改进后的算法相较于基线算法在平均检测精度上提升了1.5%,在小目标检测精度上提升了0.8%,并在保持参数量较少增长的情况下,维持了原有的检测速度。 展开更多

Detumbling operation toward a rotating target with nutation is meaningful for debris removal but challenging. In this study, a deformable end-effector is first designed based on the requirements for contacting the nutating target. A dual-arm robotic system installed with the deformable end-effectors is modeled and the movement of the end-tips is analyzed. The complex operation of the contact toward a nutating target places strict requirements on control accuracy and controller robustness. Thus, an improvement of the tracking error transformation is proposed and an adaptive sliding mode controller with prescribed performance is designed to guarantee the fast and precise motion of the effector during the contact detumbling.Finally, by employing the proposed effector and the controller,numerical simulations are carried out to verify the effectiveness and efficiency of the contact detumbling toward a nutating target. 展开更多

Based on Taylor's model and Hawkyard's model, a new simple model for the mushrooming deformation of projectile impacting on a deformable target is installed considering the penetration of the projectile to the deformable target. In the model, the following time-dependent variables are involved in: the extent and the particle velocity in the rigid zone; the extent, the cross-section area and the particle velocity in plastic zone; the velocity and depth of the penetrating of projectile to the target. Solving the set of equations, analytic solution is given. The profiles of deformed projectile and shape parameters for different initial impact velocities are shown. The duration time of deformation increases with increasing the impact velocity. The analytical results by using this model are coincident with experimental result. 展开更多

The main objective of this study is to investigate the buckling analysis of CCSs reinforced by CNTs subjected to combined loading of hydrostatic pressure and axial compression resting on the twoparameter elastic foundation(T-P-EF).It is one of the first attempts to derive the governing equations of the CCSs reinforced with CNTs,based on a generalized first-order shear deformation shell theory(FSDST)which includes shell-foundation interaction.By adopting the extended mixing rule,the effective material properties of CCSs reinforced by CNTs with linear distributions are approximated by introducing some efficiency parameters.Three carbon nanotube distribution in the matrix,i.e.uniform distribution(U)and V and X-types linear distribution are taken into account.The stability equations are solved by using the Galerkin procedure to determine the combined buckling loads(CBLs)of the structure selected here.The numerical illustrations cover CBLs characteristics of CCSs reinforced by CNTs in the presence of the T-P-EF.Finally,a parametric study is carried out to study the influences of the foundation parameters,the volume fraction of carbon nanotubes and the types of reinforcement on the CBLs. 展开更多

Real-time tracking of deformable objects based on MOK algorithm

The traditional oriented FAST and rotated BRIEF(ORB) algorithm has problems of instability and repetition of keypoints and it does not possess scale invariance. In order to deal with these drawbacks, a modified ORB(MORB) algorithm is proposed. In order to improve the precision of matching and tracking, this paper puts forward an MOK algorithm that fuses MORB and Kanade-Lucas-Tomasi(KLT). By using Kalman, the object's state in the next frame is predicted in order to reduce the size of search window and improve the real-time performance of object tracking. The experimental results show that the MOK algorithm can accurately track objects with deformation or with background clutters, exhibiting higher robustness and accuracy on diverse datasets. Also, the MOK algorithm has a good real-time performance with the average frame rate reaching 90.8 fps. 展开更多

基于注意力变形和动态查询机制的交通小目标检测

深度学习推动了交通目标检测发展,但复杂交通场景下密集遮挡环境中的小目标检测精度仍不足。针对上述问题提出一种注意力变形和动态查询机制的交通小目标检测算法CDAQ-DDETR,在Deformable DETR的基础上,通过引入CBAM注意力双塔机制和DC... 深度学习推动了交通目标检测发展,但复杂交通场景下密集遮挡环境中的小目标检测精度仍不足。针对上述问题提出一种注意力变形和动态查询机制的交通小目标检测算法CDAQ-DDETR,在Deformable DETR的基础上,通过引入CBAM注意力双塔机制和DCNv2可变形卷积重构原始残差网络,增强算法对密集区域交通小目标的语义获取能力;借助AFN网络思想添加低层特征,同时构建注意力感知融合金字塔模块,提高算法对多尺度中小交通目标的检测效果;依靠在原解码器前向集成动态查询机制模块结合输入图像匹配目标特性,以构建最佳查询向量提升算法对多样化背景干扰的适应泛化能力。在VisDrone2019数据集上进行实验,结果表明:CDAQ-DDETR算法在平均精确率(mAP@0.5:0.95)上已达到37.9%,在平均召回率(mAR@0.5:0.95)上已达到57.4%,相比现阶段主流SOTA算法在检测精度上提升5.5%,召回率提升8.0%,尤其针对于小目标检测精度提升6.9%,召回率提升了10.0%,同时利用可视化实验分析其更加适用于密集场景下交通小目标检测的实际应用。 展开更多

In this paper,we propose an improved YOLOv5-based object detection method for radar images,which have the characteristics of diffuse weak noise and imaging distortion.To mitigate the effects of noise without losing spatial information,an coordinate attention(CA)has been added to pre-extract the feature of the images,which can guarantee a better feature extraction ability.A new stochastic weighted average(SWA)method is designed to refine generalization ability of the algo-rithm,where the medium mean is used instead of their average value.By introducing an deformable convolution,both regular and irregular images can be proceeded.The experimental results show that the improved algorithm performs better in object detection of radar images compared with the YOLOv5 model,which confirms the effectiveness and feasibility of our model. 展开更多

TA1钛合金薄壁管的塑性变形直接影响鼓包成形质量。在不考虑温度对TA1流动应力的影响下,基于DEFORM进行二次开发,建立了TA1薄壁管的轴向约束压缩数值模型。通过仿真和实验分析了TA1薄壁管压缩为鼓包的变形行为,探讨了约束体厚度H、模具行程S、约束体孔径D以及模具速度V对薄壁管径向流动行为的影响。所开展的仿真与实验得出的鼓包区域形状尺寸相对误差在9.7%内,验证了TA1薄壁管的轴向约束压缩模型在描述材料的流动行为方面的准确性。鼓包的C1区域变形程度最大,金属流线最密集,应力集中和硬化现象最明显。各因素对鼓包直径的影响程度排序为H>D>S>V。 展开更多

GH4169高温合金铸锭开坯锻造的组织模拟预测研究

目的针对GH4169锭型逐渐增大、铸锭开坯时的锻透性更差的问题,通过有限元模拟技术,探究开坯阶段坯料温度、等效应变与晶粒组织的分布及演变特征,以优化开坯工艺设计。方法利用DEFORM-3D平台,基于弹塑性有限元法建立三维热力耦合模型,对G... 目的针对GH4169锭型逐渐增大、铸锭开坯时的锻透性更差的问题,通过有限元模拟技术,探究开坯阶段坯料温度、等效应变与晶粒组织的分布及演变特征,以优化开坯工艺设计。方法利用DEFORM-3D平台,基于弹塑性有限元法建立三维热力耦合模型,对GH4169镍基高温合金铸锭的开坯自由锻造工艺进行数值模拟。结果模拟结果表明,镦粗后坯料芯部温度可达1110℃,径向温差小于50℃,芯部与边缘等效应变差值约0.2,再结晶体积分数最高达36%;终锻时,坯料温度为970~1070℃,表面应变约7.5,芯部应变约4,晶粒尺寸均小于20μm,且径向尺寸差小于10μm,组织均匀性得到显著提升;损伤因子分析结果揭示了最大损伤区域的分布规律。结论所设计的工艺流程显著改善了GH4169合金的微观组织,使晶粒均匀细化,有效提升了锻件的组织均匀性,为优化GH4169合金大规格铸锭的开坯工艺提供了理论依据。 展开更多

基于Deform的弯链板U弯成形分析及模具参数优化

针对弯链板在U弯成形过程中产生的向外弯曲现象,基于Deform软件在其U弯凹模上分别建立了无预弯块和有预弯块的2组U弯成形有限元仿真模型,仿真结果表明:有预弯块的U弯凹模对工件的向外弯曲变形有着很大的改善作用。建立了5组不同预弯块... 针对弯链板在U弯成形过程中产生的向外弯曲现象,基于Deform软件在其U弯凹模上分别建立了无预弯块和有预弯块的2组U弯成形有限元仿真模型,仿真结果表明:有预弯块的U弯凹模对工件的向外弯曲变形有着很大的改善作用。建立了5组不同预弯块间距的U弯成形有限元仿真模型,分析不同预弯块间距对工件的台阶面间距和平行度的影响,根据仿真结果对比:当预弯块间距为75 mm时,U弯成形件的成形效果最佳,此时其台阶面间距为38.36 mm,台阶面向内弯曲夹角为0.1°。取预弯块间距为最佳值75 mm时,分别研究了不同的U弯间隙与凹模圆角半径对工件U弯成形效果的影响,得出其最佳U弯间隙为5.15 mm,最佳凹模圆角半径为10 mm。基于优化后的模具参数进行了U弯成形实验,依据实验结果,U弯成形件的窄端面间距为27.41~27.47 mm,台阶面间距为38.45~38.61 mm,台阶面夹角为-0.14°~0.27°,实验结果满足U弯成形的工艺要求,有效解决了弯链板在U弯成形过程中的向外弯曲现象。 展开更多

To examine the similarities and differences in the evolution of cavity,wetting and dynamics of a highspeed,oblique water-entry projectile with different positive angles of attack,a comparative analysis has been conducted based on the numerical results of two mathematical models,the rigid-body model and fluid-structure interaction model.In addition,the applicable scope of the above two methods,and the structural response characteristics of the projectile have also been investigated.Our results demonstrate that:(1) The impact loads and angular motion of the projectile of the rigid-body method are more likely to exhibit periodic variations due to the periodic tail slap,its range of positive angles of attack is about α<2°.(2) When the projectile undergone significant wetting,a strong coupling effect is observed among wetting,structural deformation,and projectile motion.With the applied projectile shape,it is observed that,when the projectile bends,the final wetting position is that of Part B(cylinder of body).With the occu rrence of this phenomenon,the projectile ballistics beco me completely unstable.(3) The force exerted on the lower surface of the projectile induced by wetting is the primary reason of the destabilization of the projectile traj ectory and structu ral deformation failure.Bending deformation is most likely to appear at the junction of Part C(cone of body) and Part D(tail).The safe angles of attack of the projectile stability are found to be about α≤2°. 展开更多

[Objective]Traditional structural geology textbooks often provide outdated treatments of joints and veins,failing to reflect the significant advances made in the past three decades.This review seeks to address part of this gap by highlighting the significance of barren joints and veins in reconstructing both the directions and magnitudes of geological paleostresses.[Conclusion]Conjugate shear joints not only indicate the orientation of the three effective principal stresses but also imply differential stresses at least four times greater than the tensile strength of the brittle host rock.Exfoliation joints form under stress states ofσ_(1)≈σ_(2)>0>σ_(3),whereas polygonal columnar joints in sedimentary rocks reflectσ_(1)^(*)>>σ_(2)^(*)=σ_(3)^(*),allowing the tensile strength of rocks to be estimated.Tensile joints in brittle strong beds interlayered with ductile soft layers are primarily driven by tensile stresses transferred from interfacial shear stresses between the hard and soft layers,with joint saturation mainly controlled by tectonic strain.Under natural strain-rate conditions,the Weibull modulus and tensile strength of the strong layers,as well as the shear-flow strength of the ductile layers,can be inferred from the nonlinear relationship between joint spacing and bed thickness.Ladder-like orthogonal joints,which form under a stress state ofσ_(1)^(*)>>σ_(2)^(*)>σ_(3)^(*),divide strata into blocky units and,after weathering and erosion,give rise to characteristic castle-and tower-like landforms.Veins,as mineral-filled joints,provide spacing and thickness data that allow estimates of layer strain.Moreover,the nonlinear relationship between vein spacing and bed thickness permits quantification of the extent to which mineral precipitation restores the tensile strength of rock beds.The absence of ladder-like orthogonal veins is attributed to this strength recovery.[Significance]Collectively,these observations demonstrate the critical role of joints and veins in constraining both the magnitudes and orientations of geological paleostress fields. 展开更多

[Objective]This study aims to develop a thermodynamically consistent phase-field framework for modeling the initiation and evolution of discontinuous structures in geomaterials.[Methods]Our model introduces crack driving forces derived from the volumetric-deviatoric strain decomposition strategy,incorporating distinct tension,compression,and shear degradation mechanisms.Inertia effects capture compaction-band formation driven by wave-like disturbances,grain crushing,and frictional rearrangement.A monolithic algorithm ensures numerical stability and rapid convergence.[Results]The framework reproduces tensile,shear,mixed tensile-shear,and compressive-shear failures using the Benzeggagh-Kenane criterion.Validation against benchmark simulations-including uniaxial compression of rock-like and triaxial compression of V-notched sandstone specimens-demonstrates accurate predictions of crack initiation stress,localization orientation,and energy dissipation.[Conclusions]The framework provides a unified and robust numerical tool for analyzing the spatiotemporal evolution of strain localization and fracture in geomaterials.[Significance]By linking microscale fracture dynamics with macroscale failure within a thermodynamically consistent scheme,this study advances predictive modeling of rock stability,slope failure,and subsurface energy systems,contributing to safer and more sustainable geotechnical practice. 展开更多

[Objective]The work is devoted to the study of irreversible deformation of artificial samples subjected to a set of standard experiments,with an aim to study their mechanical properties.The principal idea of the study is related to the preparation of an artificial material with an established constitutive behavior model.The existence of such a well-described material provides future opportunities to conduct controllable experiments on various mechanical processes in rock-like material for further development and validation of theoretical models used in rock mechanics.[Methods]A set of artificial samples was prepared for careful assessment through a number of loading tests.Experimental work was carried out to determine the rheological properties under conditions of triaxial compression tests and uniaxial tension.Triaxial loading tests are completed for 9 samples with varying radial stress levels(0-5 MPa).The samples are loaded up to the yield point with control of radial and volumetric strain.The experimental results,which contain the obtained interrelationships between axial and radial stresses and strains,are analyzed using the Drucker-Prager yield surface.Material hardening is taken into account through the non-associated plastic flow law with the cap model.Numerical modeling of sample loading is performed through the finite difference method.Mathematical model parameters are adjusted to minimize the discrepancy between numerical modeling results and experimental data.The design of a series of experimental studies necessary to determine all the parameters of the model has been studied.[Results]It is shown that the formulated mathematical model allows to reliably reproduce the inelastic behavior of the studied material,and it can be used to solve a set of applied problems in continuum mechanics,the problem of numerical simulation of hydraulic fracture growth in an elastoplastic medium in particular.It was found that for the entire range of applied lateral loads(0-5 MPa),the elastic limit varied from 2 to 4 MPa,after which the material began to behave plastically.It was also determined that at lateral loads≥3 MPa,compaction began to appear in the material beyond the yield point.Judging by the dependence of volumetric strains under a lateral load equal to 1.4 MPa,compaction should begin to appear even at lateral loads lower than 3 MPa.[Conclusion]Taking the plastic behavior of the material into account is necessary when moving on to modeling the hydraulic fracturing process in such a material,and the resultant plasticity parameters for the model material can be used for numerical modeling of elastoplastic deformation of the rock under consideration,including processes such as hydraulic fracture growth in a poroelastoplastic medium.[Significance]The suggested procedure to interpret results of experimental studies can be used for further numerical modeling of mechanical processes in rock masses with inelastic strain accumulation.This opportunity can increase the reliability of geomechanical models used for the optimization of hydrocarbon fields development. 展开更多

Based on microstructure analysis,diffusion theory,and hot deformation experiments,the solidification microstructure and element segregation of the Alloy 625 Plus ingot,the diffusion kinetics of Ti,Nb,and Mo during homogenization and the hot deformation behavior of the homogenized ingot were investigated in this study.The results indicate that:(1)the solidified ingot exhibits a typical dendritic microstructure,and significant element segregation occurs,leading to the presence of Ti,Nb,and Mo-rich precipitates in the interdendritic region;(2)Following homogenization,the degree of element segregation in the ingot is significantly reduced.The diffusion coefficients(D)of Ti,Nb,and Mo under various homogenization conditions were calculated.Subsequently,the diffusion constants(D_(0))and activation energies(Q)of Ti,Nb,and Mo were obtained to be 0.01432,0.00397 and 0.00195 cm^(2)/s and 244.851,230.312,and 222.125 kJ/mol,respectively.Finally,the diffusion kinetics formulas for Ti,Nb,and Mo in Alloy 625 Plus were established.After homogenization at 1220℃for 8 h,the alloy exhibits low deformation resistance,a high degree of recrystallization,and optimal deformation coordination ability.Therefore,this represents a rational single-stage homogenization process. 展开更多
