摘要
                
                    以铝合金L型材的新淬火成形工艺为研究对象,应用Deform软件还原新淬火成形工艺过程,并得到了不同工艺参数下L型材的残余应力分布;将残余应力分布赋予到nCode软件中,并基于名义应力法对不同工艺参数下L型材的疲劳寿命进行预测,确定了最高抗疲劳性能下L型材的新淬火成形工艺参数:470℃固溶处理并保温40 min,20℃水温淬火,冲压速度为60 mm/s,一级时效为170℃/10 min,二级时效为120℃/20 min,并通过疲劳试验验证预测的准确性,为实际生产提供重要指导。
                
                The new quenching forming process of aluminium alloy L section bar was taken as the research object,and the residual stress distribution under different process parameters was obtained by restoring the new quenching forming process by using Deform software.The residual stress distribution was assigned to the nCode software,and the fatigue life under different process parameters was predicted based on the nominal stress method,and the new quenching forming process parameters under the highest fatigue performance were determined:solution treatment at 470℃and heat preservation for 40 min,quenching at 20℃water,stamping speed of 60 mm/s,first-stage aging of 170℃/10 min,second-stage aging of 120℃/20min,and the fatigue test verifies the accuracy of prediction,which provides important guidances for actual production.
