This HPLC system perfectly analyzed pyridoxine, pyridoxal, pyridoxamine, pyridoxine 5′-phosphate and pyridoxamine 5′-phosphate together with pyridoxic acid in biological samples. In this method, relatively low fluorescence intensity of pyridoxal 5′-phasphate was improved by converting it to pyridoxic 5′-phosphate with KCN. The analytical procedure is very simple and economical, it is a useful tool for studying vitamin B 6 in animal body.展开更多

METHODS The sample was analysed on C 18 column. The mobile phase is acetonitrile 0.01 mol/L Na 2SO 4 solution (5∶95) adjusted at pH 3.4 by sulfate acid and the detective wavelength is 254 nm. RESULTS A good linearity can be found in the range of 4.26~24.36 μg/ml and 40.26~240.1 μg/ml. The recovery of nicotinamide and vitamin B 6 was 97.53%, 97.87% respectively and the RSD (%) was not more than 1.0. CONCLUSION The method was found to be simple, rapid and reproducible for determination of nicotinamide and vitamin B 6 in compound vitamin B injection.展开更多
