摘要
试验发现在 p H9.0 0的 H3BO3~ Na2 B4O7缓冲溶液中 ,维生素 B6 在汞电极上有一个灵敏的还原峰 ,峰电位为 - 75 0 V(vs.SCE) ,峰高与 B6 浓度在 10 - 6~ 10 - 4 m ol/ L 范围内呈线性 r=0 .999,将该方法用于 B6 药片的测定 ,结果与光度法吻合 .探讨了 B6 的电极反应 ,发现有两个质子参与了电报反应 ,电子转移数为 2 ,此外 ,实验证明 B6 的电极反应为一个不可逆过程 .
The electrochemical action of vitamin B 6 on the mercury electrode is studied in many kinds of buffer solution and found out that vitamin B 6 shows a polarographic reductionwave at -750mV (vs.SCE)in H 3BO 3~Na 2B 4O 7(pH9.00) buffer solution. The height of this peak is linearly related to the concentration of vitamin B 6 in 10 -6 ~10 -4 mol/L.This method is applied to the pharmaceutical analysis and the results are coincident with spectrophotometry. The polarography behavior of vitamin B 6 in H 3BO 3~Na 2B 4O 7 buffer solution is discussed as well. It is found out that there are two H + engaging in the electrochamical reaction process on the surface of the mercury electrode and there are two electrons exchanging in this reaction. The experiment shows that the reaction of vitamin B 6 on the surface of the mercury electrode is not reversible reaction.
