Objective Magnetoencephalography(MEG),a non-invasive neuroimaging technique,meticulously captures the magnetic fields emanating from brain electrical activity.Compared with MEG based on superconducting quantum interference devices(SQUID),MEG based on optically pump magnetometer(OPM)has the advantages of higher sensitivity,better spatial resolution and lower cost.However,most of the current studies are clinical studies,and there is a lack of animal studies on MEG based on OPM technology.Pain,a multifaceted sensory and emotional phenomenon,induces intricate alterations in brain activity,exhibiting notable sex differences.Despite clinical revelations of pain-related neuronal activity through MEG,specific properties remain elusive,and comprehensive laboratory studies on pain-associated brain activity alterations are lacking.The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of inflammatory pain(induced by Complete Freund’s Adjuvant(CFA))on brain activity in a rat model using the MEG technique,to analysis changes in brain activity during pain perception,and to explore sex differences in pain-related MEG signaling.Methods This study utilized adult male and female Sprague-Dawley rats.Inflammatory pain was induced via intraplantar injection of CFA(100μl,50%in saline)in the left hind paw,with control groups receiving saline.Pain behavior was assessed using von Frey filaments at baseline and 1 h post-injection.For MEG recording,anesthetized rats had an OPM positioned on their head within a magnetic shield,undergoing two 15-minute sessions:a 5-minute baseline followed by a 10-minute mechanical stimulation phase.Data analysis included artifact removal and time-frequency analysis of spontaneous brain activity using accumulated spectrograms,generating spectrograms focused on the 4-30 Hz frequency range.Results MEG recordings in anesthetized rats during resting states and hind paw mechanical stimulation were compared,before and after saline/CFA injections.Mechanical stimulation elevated alpha activity in both male and female rats pre-and post-saline/CFA injections.Saline/CFA injections augmented average power in both sexes compared to pre-injection states.Remarkably,female rats exhibited higher average spectral power 1 h after CFA injection than after saline injection during resting states.Furthermore,despite comparable pain thresholds measured by classical pain behavioral tests post-CFA treatment,female rats displayed higher average power than males in the resting state after CFA injection.Conclusion These results imply an enhanced perception of inflammatory pain in female rats compared to their male counterparts.Our study exhibits sex differences in alpha activities following CFA injection,highlighting heightened brain alpha activity in female rats during acute inflammatory pain in the resting state.Our study provides a method for OPM-based MEG recordings to be used to study brain activity in anaesthetized animals.In addition,the findings of this study contribute to a deeper understanding of pain-related neural activity and pain sex differences. 展开更多

To investigate the applicability of four commonly used color difference formulas(CIELAB,CIE94,CMC(1:1),and CIEDE2000)in the printing field on 3D objects,as well as the impact of four standard light sources(D65,D50,A,and TL84)on 3D color difference evaluations,50 glossy spheres with a diameter of 2cm based on the Sailner J4003D color printing device were created.These spheres were centered around the five recommended colors(gray,red,yellow,green,and blue)by CIE.Color difference was calculated according to the four formulas,and 111 pairs of experimental samples meeting the CIELAB gray scale color difference requirements(1.0-14.0)were selected.Ten observers,aged between 22 and 27 with normal color vision,were participated in this study,using the gray scale method from psychophysical experiments to conduct color difference evaluations under the four light sources,with repeated experiments for each observer.The results indicated that the overall effect of the D65 light source on 3D objects color difference was minimal.In contrast,D50 and A light sources had a significant impact within the small color difference range,while the TL84 light source influenced both large and small color difference considerably.Among the four color difference formulas,CIEDE2000 demonstrated the best predictive performance for color difference in 3D objects,followed by CMC(1:1),CIE94,and CIELAB. 展开更多

To enhance the computational efficiency of spatio-temporally discretized phase-field models,we present a high-speed solver specifically designed for the Poisson equations,a component frequently used in the numerical computation of such models.This efficient solver employs algorithms based on discrete cosine transformations(DCT)or discrete sine transformations(DST)and is not restricted by any spatio-temporal schemes.Our proposed methodology is appropriate for a variety of phase-field models and is especially efficient when combined with flow field systems.Meanwhile,this study has conducted an extensive numerical comparison and found that employing DCT and DST techniques not only yields results comparable to those obtained via the Multigrid(MG)method,a conventional approach used in the resolution of the Poisson equations,but also enhances computational efficiency by over 90%. 展开更多

The extreme temperature differences in fiat steel box girder of a cable-stayed bridge were studied.Firstly,by using the long-term measurement data collected by the structural health monitoring system installed on the Runyang Cable-stayed Bridge,the daily variations as well as seasonal ones of measured temperature differences in the box girder cross-section area were summarized.The probability distribution models of temperature differences were further established and the extreme temperature differences were estimated with a return period of 100 years.Finally,the temperature difference models in cross-section area were proposed for bridge thermal design.The results show that horizontal temperature differences in top plate and vertical temperature differences between top plate and bottom plate are considerable.All the positive and negative temperature differences can be described by the weighted sum of two Weibull distributions.The maximum positive and negative horizontal temperature differences in top plate are 10.30 ℃ and -13.80 ℃,respectively.And the maximum positive and negative vertical temperature differences between top plate and bottom plate are 17.30 ℃ and-3.70 ℃,respectively.For bridge thermal design,there are two vertical temperature difference models between top plate and bottom plate,and six horizontal temperature difference models in top plate. 展开更多

The genetic differences of 15 mitten crab populations from 6 river systems in China's Mainland and 1 population from Russia were studied based on RFLP analysis of mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase subunit I (CO I). The results showed that Tas I-RFLP pattern could be used as a genetic marker to distinguish Eriocheir hepuensis from Eriocheir sinensis, Eriocheirjaponica and Eriocheir leptognathus; genetic distances among 13 populations of Eriocheir sinensis range from 0 to 0.015, indicating that they were different geographic strains; the subspecies status of Eriocheir sinensis and Eriocheir hepuensis (population from Nanliujiang) were considered owning to their genetic distances of 0.02-0.044, indicating that genetic divergence between them was low; Eriocheir leptognathus (population from Nanpaihe, Tianjin) was the most distant taxon with genetic distances value of 0.147-0.195, which could be defined as genetic distances between species in genus Eriocheir. 展开更多

China's food security mainly depends on the core areas of food production.Under the dual constraints of resource scarcity and environmental degradation,improving the grain production efficiency of the main grain-producing areas has become the fundamental way to strengthen the grain production capacity and improve the national food security capability,and to improve the efficiency of grain production in major grain-producing areas requires empirical support.This paper used the Super SBM model and the Malmquist index to measure the grain production efficiency of the main grain-producing areas from 2001 to 2020 from both static and dynamic perspectives,and compared the differences in grain production efficiency among different soil types and different provinces(autonomous regions)in the main grain-producing areas.The results showed that from 2001 to 2020,the grain production in the main grain-producing areas was in a relatively ineffective state,and the differences in grain production efficiency among different soil types and different provinces(autonomous regions)in the main grain-producing areas were obvious.The order of grain production efficiency in different soil types was black soil region>red-yellow soil region>paddy soil region>fluvo-aquic soil region,and the order of grain production efficiency of the provinces(autonomous regions)in the main grain-producing areas was Jilin>Heilongjiang>Inner Mongolia>Jiangxi>Hunan>Sichuan>Hubei>Jiangsu>Liaoning>Henan>Anhui>Shandong>Hebei.From 2001 to 2020,the total factor productivity of grain in the main grain-producing areas increased,but due to the trade-off between the technological progress and the growth of technical efficiency,the increase in the total factor productivity of grain in the main grain-producing areas was small,and the growth mainly came from the increase of input factors in this period.The total factor productivity of grain in Hebei,Heilongjiang,Liaoning,Jilin,Inner Mongolia,Shandong,Jiangsu,Henan and Anhui increased,but the increase was small,while the total factor productivity of grain in Jiangxi,Sichuan,Hunan and Hubei provinces declined. 展开更多

创建国家现代农业示范区是否提高了农业产出水平? 被引量:2

推进农业农村现代化,是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的重大任务,创建国家现代农业示范区是推进中国特色农业现代化的积极探索和重要举措。原农业部先后于2010年、2012年和2015年,通过“典型引路、以点带面”的示范带动策略,分三批认定了... 推进农业农村现代化,是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的重大任务,创建国家现代农业示范区是推进中国特色农业现代化的积极探索和重要举措。原农业部先后于2010年、2012年和2015年,通过“典型引路、以点带面”的示范带动策略,分三批认定了283个国家现代农业示范区,旨在引领区域农业现代化发展。在经典政府激励模型的基础上,构建了示范创建与农业生产效率的理论模型分析框架,并运用多期DID模型实证检验建设现代农业示范区在提升农业产出、推动农业现代化发展中的作用。研究发现,示范创建能够激励地方政府加大对农业发展的投入,示范区创建后,相关地区农林牧渔业增加值提高了2.8%,且通过了平行趋势检验和Bacon分解。稳健性检验发现,县级示范区、大中城市郊区示范区和优势农产品区域示范区的示范创建效果明显,但创建地市级示范区的效果不显著。机制分析发现,示范创建实施后,政府财政支农投入、农业技术推广投入水平以及农业产出水平均有所提升。创建国家现代农业示范区对推动农业农村现代化发展具有重要意义,但政策的实施应当更加精准,合理优化空间布局,控制创建范围,并提升对财政、科技的投入水平。 展开更多

创新是区域经济发展的不竭动力,而劳动者是区域创新的主体。劳动者在实际工作当中的就业报酬、就业能力、就业环境等所体现的就业质量,对区域创新有着重要的影响。因此,如何提高就业质量、促进区域创新是一个值得关注的议题。基于1999~2... 创新是区域经济发展的不竭动力,而劳动者是区域创新的主体。劳动者在实际工作当中的就业报酬、就业能力、就业环境等所体现的就业质量,对区域创新有着重要的影响。因此,如何提高就业质量、促进区域创新是一个值得关注的议题。基于1999~2021年中国283个地级及以上城市的面板数据,运用熵值法综合测算不同规模和不同地区城市的就业质量与区域创新的现状,从理论上讨论了就业质量对区域创新的影响及其在不同规模和不同地区城市之间的差异,并以两步系统GMM模型对此做出了实证检验。结果表明:(1)整体上,就业质量与区域创新之间呈显著的正向关系,但会随城市规模不同而有明显的总体差异和地区差异。(2)就总体差异而言,就业质量对区域创新的正向影响在小型、中型、大型城市逐渐增大并在大型城市达到最大,而在特大型城市趋于下降。(3)就地区差异而言,相对中西部地区和北方地区城市,东部地区城市和南方地区城市就业质量对区域创新的正向影响在小型、中型、大型城市均相应更大,而在特大型城市的下降趋势则更明显。据此文章认为,以区域创新水平的提升为目标,在制定与实施提高就业质量的政策时,需要充分考虑到城市规模及地区之间的差异,因地制宜制定切实可靠的分类、分层政策。 展开更多

绿色专利能缓解企业融资约束吗?--基于双重差分的实证检验 被引量:2

本文利用中国2000-2021年上市企业面板数据,通过双重差分模型结合投资-现金流敏感性模型,分析了绿色专利与企业所受融资约束之间的关系。研究结果表明,绿色专利显著缓解了企业受到的融资约束;绿色专利的质量越高,对企业融资约束的缓解... 本文利用中国2000-2021年上市企业面板数据,通过双重差分模型结合投资-现金流敏感性模型,分析了绿色专利与企业所受融资约束之间的关系。研究结果表明,绿色专利显著缓解了企业受到的融资约束;绿色专利的质量越高,对企业融资约束的缓解能力越强;绿色专利主要通过影响企业的债权融资尤其是银行贷款渠道进而影响融资约束。进一步的研究把绿色专利划分为减缓型和适应型,并考虑了碳排放权交易制度的冲击。从中发现,目前中国只有减缓型绿色专利对企业融资约束具有显著、稳定的缓解效应,碳排放权交易制度的实施显著提高了减缓型绿色专利的缓解效应,但削弱了适应型绿色专利所能发挥的作用。本文结论一方面点出了企业绿色转型战略应注重自主创新及专利申请,另一方面也强调了适应型绿色技术创新发展可能面对的资金困境,需要政府部门的重视和政策支撑。 展开更多

作为应对全球气候变化的重要杠杆,碳排放权交易政策不仅有力推动了减排目标的达成与低碳经济的蓬勃发展,而且在引领城市迈向绿色创新之路上发挥着关键作用。基于2006—2021年城市层面绿色专利数据构建双重差分模型,实证检验碳排放权交... 作为应对全球气候变化的重要杠杆,碳排放权交易政策不仅有力推动了减排目标的达成与低碳经济的蓬勃发展,而且在引领城市迈向绿色创新之路上发挥着关键作用。基于2006—2021年城市层面绿色专利数据构建双重差分模型,实证检验碳排放权交易政策对城市绿色创新的激励作用以及区域异质性、政策机制异质性在其中的影响。研究结果显示,碳排放权交易政策对城市绿色创新有显著的促进作用,特别是在策略性创新领域。碳排放权交易政策在东部地区的实施效果优于中、西部地区,在非资源型城市的实施效果优于资源型城市,其中在Ⅱ型大城市效果最强。此外,政策机制设计也会对其实施效果产生重要影响,研究表明,有偿配发和高交易价格更能激励绿色创新。因此,为推动城市绿色创新和经济可持续发展,应加强绿色创新审查与补贴,优化碳排放交易政策,制定试点城市差异化策略,推行有偿配发模式,并建立健全严格的监管体系,加强碳排放权交易市场的透明度和信息披露。 展开更多

厘清中国新型城镇化与农业经济发展间的关系,对实现城乡共荣、赋能农业高质量发展具有重要意义。本文基于2006—2020年中国31个省(自治区、直辖市,不包括中国香港地区、澳门地区和台湾地区)的面板数据,运用空间双重差分模型(SDID),实证... 厘清中国新型城镇化与农业经济发展间的关系,对实现城乡共荣、赋能农业高质量发展具有重要意义。本文基于2006—2020年中国31个省(自治区、直辖市,不包括中国香港地区、澳门地区和台湾地区)的面板数据,运用空间双重差分模型(SDID),实证分析了新型城镇化战略对农业经济韧性的影响效应及其空间溢出效应。研究发现:1)空间相关性分析显示,中国农业经济韧性具有显著为正的空间相关性,呈现出“高-高”型和“低-低”型聚集模式;2)基准回归结果显示,新型城镇化战略显著提高了试点省份的农业经济韧性;3)空间双重差分结果表明,新型城镇化战略对农业经济韧性产生空间溢出效应,该结论在更换空间权重矩阵、安慰剂等一系列检验下仍具有稳健性;4)进一步的机制分析表明,新型城镇化战略主要通过技术进步、优化产业结构和提升农村人力资本水平来提高农业经济韧性。研究结论不仅从农业经济韧性的视角丰富了新型城镇化实施效果的研究成果,同时也为农业经济韧性水平的提升提供了来自新型城镇化战略的解释。 展开更多

数据要素市场建设与数字普惠金融发展——基于大数据交易平台建立的准自然实验 被引量:3

党的十九届四中全会首次将数据纳入生产要素范畴,标志着我国正式将数据提升至与土地、劳动力、资本等传统要素并重的地位。数据作为一种新型生产要素,不仅在传统经济转型升级中发挥重要作用,也在金融领域展现出独特价值,其可复制、可共... 党的十九届四中全会首次将数据纳入生产要素范畴,标志着我国正式将数据提升至与土地、劳动力、资本等传统要素并重的地位。数据作为一种新型生产要素,不仅在传统经济转型升级中发挥重要作用,也在金融领域展现出独特价值,其可复制、可共享的特性为破解普惠金融发展瓶颈提供新动能。自2014年起,我国开始分批设立大数据交易平台,为探究数据要素释放普惠金融潜能的路径提供了准自然实验场景。基于此,利用2011—2022年间我国285个城市的非平衡面板数据,构建多期双重差分模型,探究数据要素市场建设对数字普惠金融发展的影响。研究发现,数据要素市场建设显著推动数字普惠金融发展。作用机制分析表明,数据要素市场建设通过提高银行竞争水平,进而促进数字普惠金融的深化发展。异质性分析发现,数据要素市场建设对数字普惠金融发展在重点城市、网络基础设施水平低、市场化水平低、第三产业占比高的城市有更显著的促进作用。为此,政府应持续推动数据要素市场建设,包括加大资源投入、技术创新和平台建设力度,并出台深化大数据应用政策,拓宽大数据交易平台的应用场景;提高银行业竞争水平,通过优化银行机构城乡网点布局、引导并鼓励各类银行应用金融科技等方式,提升金融服务的质量和效率从而促进数字普惠金融的发展。 展开更多
