The effects of a fine water mist environment in a semi-confined blast chamber on the chemical and thermodynamic processes following detonation of a 20 g PE4 explosive charge have been investigated.The effects were quantified by the analysis of pressure profiles recorded where several parameters including arrival time of the shock at the sensors, peak overpressures, specific impulse of the positive phase, period of the negative phase and the specific impulse of the multiple reflections were quantified.The effect of the fine water mist on the arrival time, peak pressures and the specific impulse of the positive phase agrees with previous findings in literature. In this paper, the focus is on the implications of the fine water mist on the negative phase and the impulse of multiple pressure reflections. The period of the negative phase was found to have increased by 40% and with higher negative peak pressure in the mist condition compared to the atmospheric condition. The activities of the multiple pressure reflections were found to have decreased considerably, both in number and in amplitude leading to lower impulses(by about 60%) for the water mist conditions. 展开更多

Aiming at the concept of "diagnosis", a simple and effective broadband radar cross section (RCS) measurement system is constructed, and some multi-dimensional scattering properties diagnosis techniques are presented based on the system. Firstly, a stepped-frequency signal is employed to achieve high range resolution, combining with a variety of signal processing tech- niques. Secondly, cross-range resolution is gained with a rotating table, and the high-resolution two-dimensional (2-D) imaging of the scale model is obtained by the microwave imaging theory. Finally, two receiving antennas with a small distance in altitude are used, and the three-dimensional (3-D) height distribution of scattering points on the scale model is extracted from the phase of images. Some typical bodies and a scale aircraft model are diagnosed in an anechoic chamber. The experimental results show that, after scaling with a metal sphere, the accurate one- dimensional (l-D) RCS pattern of the model is obtained, and it has a large dynamic range. When the bandwidth of the transmitting signal is 4 GHz, the resolution of the 2-D image can reach to 0.037 5 m. The 3-D height distribution of scattering points is given by interferometric measurement. This paper provides a feasible way to obtain high-precision scattering properties parameters of the scale aircraft model in a conventional rectangular anechoic chamber. 展开更多

The stability control of surrounding rock for large or super-large section chamber is a difficult technical problem in deep mining condition.Based on the in-site geological conditions of Longgu coal mine,this paper used the dynamic module of FLAC3D to study the response characteristics of deep super-large section chamber under dynamic and static combined loading condition.Results showed that under the static loading condition,the maximum vertical stress,deformation and failure range are large,where the stress concentration coefficient is 1.64.The maximum roof-to-floor and two-sides deformations are 54.6 mm and 53.1 mm,respectively.Then,under the dynamic and static combined loading condition:(1)The influence of dynamic load frequency on the two-sides is more obvious;(2)The dynamic load amplitude has the greatest influence on the stress concentration degree,and the plastic failure tends to develop to the deeper;(3)With the dynamic load source distance increase,the response of surrounding rock is gradually attenuated.On this basis,empirical equations for each dynamic load conditions were obtained by using regression analysis method,and all correlation coefficients are greater than 0.99.This research provided reference for the supporting design of deep super-large section chamber under same or similar conditions. 展开更多

In order to exactly provide scientific basis for pressure dynamic balance control of working chamber of earth pressure balance shield (EPBS),study on optimal arrangement of pressure measurement points in working chamber was conducted. Based on mathematical description of optimal arrangement for pressure measurement points,fuzzy clustering analysis and discriminant analysis were used to divide pressure regions of nodes on bulkhead. Finally,the selection method of optimal measurement points was proposed,and by selecting d6.28 m EPBS as study object,the case study was conducted. By contrast,based on optimal arrangement scheme of pressure measurement points,through adopting weighted algorithm,the absolute error mean of equivalent pressure of working chamber is the smallest. In addition,pressure curve of optimal arrangement points presents parabola,and it can show the state of pressure distribution on bulkhead truly. It is concluded that the optimal arrangement method of pressure measurement points in working chamber is effective and feasible,and the method can provide basis for realizing high precision pressure control of EPBS. 展开更多

Fuzzy logic controller adopting unevenly-distributed membership function was presented with the purpose of enhancing performance of the temperature control precision and robustness for the chamber cooling system.Histogram equalization and noise detection were performed to modify the evenly-distributed membership functions of error and error change rate into unevenly-distributed membership functions.Then,the experimental results with evenly and unevenly distributed membership functions were compared under the same outside environment conditions.The experimental results show that the steady-state error is reduced around 40% and the noise disturbance is rejected successfully even though noise range is 60% of the control precision range.The control precision is improved by reducing the steady-state error and the robustness is enhanced by rejecting noise disturbance through the fuzzy logic controller with unevenly-distributed membership function.Moreover,the system energy efficiency and lifetime of electronic expansion valve(EEV) installed in chamber cooling system are improved by adopting the unevenly-distributed membership function. 展开更多

The concept and structure of serial-connection multi-chamber (SCMC) micropumps with cantilever valves is introduced. The SCMC micropump, which can be manufactured using conventional production techniques and materials, has a multi-layer circular planar structure. The border-upon piezoelectric actuators of a SCMC micropump work in anti-phase, as a result the pumping performance is similar to that of several single-chamber pumps running in series. The theoretical analysis shows that the pumping performance of a SCMC micropump depends not only on the characteristic and geometrical parameters of the piezoelectric actuators, but also on the number of pump chambers. Both flowrate and pressure of a SCMC pump can be enhanced to a certain extent. Four piezoelectric micropumps with different chambers were fabricated and tested. The testing results show that the enhancing extents of the flowrate and pressure of a SCMC piezoelectric micropump are different. The maximum flowrate and pressure of the four-chamber pump achieved are 2.5 times and 3.6 times those of the single-chamber pump achieved. 展开更多

The relationship between the diameter of the misted droplets and the spray pressure was determined. Based on the theory of the relative velocity,the two-phase flow mode of the spray chamber and the efficiency equation for heat and moisture exchange were established. Corrections were carried out for the efficiency equation with spray pressure of 157 kPa. The results show that the pressure plays an important part in determining the efficiency of heat and moisture exchange. When the spray pressure is less than 157 kPa,better coincidence is noticed between the theoretical analysis and the test results with the error less than 6%. Greater error will be resulted in the case when the spray pressure is beyond 157 kPa. After the correction treatment,the coincidence between the theoretical and the experimental results is greatly improved. 展开更多

Silicon carbide (SiC) ceramics is a good structural ceramics material, which have a lot of excellent properties such as superior high-temperature strength up to a temperature of 1 350 ℃, chemical stability, good resistance to thermal shock and high abrasion resistance. The silicon carbide ceramics material has so far been used widely for manufacturing various components such as heat exchangers, rolls, rockets combustion chamber. Sintering of ceramics structural parts have many technological method, the reaction-bonded is one of important sintering technology of ceramics structural parts. The preparation of reaction-bonded silicon carbide (RBSC) is based on a reaction sintering process, whereby a compacted body of α-SiC and carbon (graphite) powders is heated in contact with liquid silicon or gas silicon, which impregnates the body, converting the carbon (graphite) to β-SiC which bonds the original alpha grain. This process is characterized by low temperature and a short time sintering, and being appropriate to the preparation of large size and complex-shaped components, and so on. Besides, during compacting process of reaction sintering, it can maintain a stable dimension of ceramics parts. Therefore, the method of reaction-bonded silicon carbide ceramics has been identified as a technology suitable for producing complicated and highly exact dimensions’ ceramics parts. In this paper, the method of reaction-bonded silicon carbide was applied to the manufacturing of a complex-shaped spacecraft combustion chamber of SiC ceramics. SiC and carbon powder of 4~30 μm were chosen as the raw materials, green compacts containing appropriate wt.% carbon were formed using the mold press method, sintering was performed in a graphite electric furnace under an argon atmosphere. It was introduced in detail that the technological parameters and technological flow of reaction sintering silicon carbide ceramics. At the same time, physical and mechanical experiments such as bending strength, coefficient of thermal expansion, coefficient of thermal conductivity, gastight property, heat resisting property etc. have been carried out. The results demonstrated that spacecraft combustion chamber made from reaction sintering of silicon carbide ceramics is feasible and the results of experiment is satisfactory. The strength of high-temperature structural parts made by reaction sintered SiC varied with silicon content; Under the this article testing condition, the optimum silicon content is 10.5% for the part investigated. The method of reaction sintered SiC ceramics is suitable for manufacturing of complicated spacecraft parts with a working temperature of 1 500 ℃. 展开更多

A numerical study was conducted to seek an optimized dimension of jet chamber in the pulsating impinging flow.The flow and heat transfer effect of the pulsation flow through a jet chamber was investigated.The numerical results indicate that heat transfer effective enhances near the stagnation region for the intermittent pulsed flow with jet chamber compared to that without jet chamber.Simulations of the flow through a jet chamber show that the heat transfer rate on the impingement surface is highly dependent on the velocity at the position which is really close to target surface.Examination of the velocity field suggests that the velocity exists a maximum value as the axis distance increases.In addition,the velocity at the jet hole is enlarged by the jet chamber due to the entrainment effect,and the velocity is amplified even greater as the size of the jet chamber becomes bigger.Nevertheless,the velocity declines quickly while the flow axis distance is more than a certain range,leading to poor heat transfer.Thus,intermittent pulsed flow with jet chamber is suggested as a method of improving heat transfer by employing larger dimensions of jet chamber for appropriate jet-to-surface spacing. 展开更多

Using the ideal gas state equation, an on-line measuring method for the shell chamber volume is studied in this paper. After analyzing how various measurement parameters affect the measurement accuracy, the system parameters are optimized in this method. Because the shape and volume of the tested items are similar, the method of using "tamping" to raise the accuracy and speed of the measurement is put forward. Based on the work above, a prototype of the testing instrument for shell chamber volume was developed, automatically testing and controlling. Compared with the method of "water weight", this method is more accurate, quicker and more automotive, so it is adaptable for the use of on-line detection. 展开更多

目的分析白内障患者的年龄、眼轴长度(AL)与眼前房深度(ACD)、晶状体厚度(LT)及术后有效晶状体位置(ELP)的相关性。方法回顾性分析2016年1月-2022年12月昆明医科大学第一附属医院收治的白内障患者7458例(7458只眼)的眼球生物学参数。所... 目的分析白内障患者的年龄、眼轴长度(AL)与眼前房深度(ACD)、晶状体厚度(LT)及术后有效晶状体位置(ELP)的相关性。方法回顾性分析2016年1月-2022年12月昆明医科大学第一附属医院收治的白内障患者7458例(7458只眼)的眼球生物学参数。所有测量均采用光学生物测量仪Lenstar LS900通过光学低相干反射技术进行。采用Pearson或Spearman相关系数分析患者年龄、性别、AL与ACD、LT、术后ELP的相关性。结果患者AL为23.41(22.68,24.31)mm,其中AL≤22.00 mm(短AL组)593例(8.0%),22.00~24.00 mm(正常AL组)4520例(60.5%),24.00~26.00 mm(较长AL组)1579例(21.2%),>26.00 mm(长AL组)766例(10.3%);ACD为(2.65±0.43)mm;LT为(4.29±0.46)mm。与女性患者比较,男性患者AL较长、ACD较深、LT较厚(P<0.001)。白内障手术治疗后3个月209只眼的测量结果显示,术后ELP为5.03(4.57,5.21)mm。相关性分析结果显示,在短AL组、正常AL组和较长AL组,AL与ACD均呈正相关(ρ=0.155,ρ=0.311,ρ=0.074;P<0.001或P<0.05);在长AL组,AL与ACD呈负相关(ρ=-0.089,P<0.05)。在短AL组,AL与LT无明显相关性(P>0.05);在正常AL组和较长AL组,AL与LT均呈负相关(ρ=-0.104,ρ=-0.095,P<0.001);在长AL组,AL与LT呈正相关(ρ=0.165,P<0.001)。在短AL组、正常AL组和较长AL组,术后ELP与术前ACD均呈正相关(ρ=1.000,ρ=0.826,ρ=0.441,P<0.001);在长AL组,术后ELP与术前ACD无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论AL、ACD、LT与白内障患者的年龄和性别均相关。LT、AL对ACD有明显影响;ACD、AL对LT有明显影响。术前ACD是术后ELP的主要影响因素。 展开更多

受限于探测器灵敏度,现有手段在防护水平和环境水平γ射线参考辐射空气比释动能的中、下段范围,即0.1~100μGy/h剂量率,量值复现的不确定度较大,无法满足科研、环境监测等发展的需求。因此,为了解决上述问题,基于理论分析与蒙卡模拟优化... 受限于探测器灵敏度,现有手段在防护水平和环境水平γ射线参考辐射空气比释动能的中、下段范围,即0.1~100μGy/h剂量率,量值复现的不确定度较大,无法满足科研、环境监测等发展的需求。因此,为了解决上述问题,基于理论分析与蒙卡模拟优化,开展专用于低水平γ射线参考辐射测量的高气压型标准电离室的优化设计并形成KAS型样机。通过研制的KAS电离室标准与德国PTW公司生产的空腔型标准电离室的测量结果及不确定分析结果的比对表明,利用新研制的KAS测量标准在保证测量准确度的同时能够显著降低低水平空气比释动能量值复现的不确定度,使得0.5μGy/h~1 mGy/h的γ射线空气比释动能率的不确定度降低至1.3%(k=2)。 展开更多

根据某款汽车水室塑件的结构特征与技术要求,设计了一副单点大水口直接进胶的注塑模具,由于塑件结构复杂,采用了一模一腔的布局。在定模侧设计了两个独立的抽芯油缸,其中一个油缸的抽芯运动行程为45 mm,另一油缸的行程为22 mm,在此基础... 根据某款汽车水室塑件的结构特征与技术要求,设计了一副单点大水口直接进胶的注塑模具,由于塑件结构复杂,采用了一模一腔的布局。在定模侧设计了两个独立的抽芯油缸,其中一个油缸的抽芯运动行程为45 mm,另一油缸的行程为22 mm,在此基础上设计了两组复合抽芯机构,解决了塑件进水口侧管特征的局部区域因存在多向脱模而导致脱模机构设计空间受到限制的问题。在动模侧整体设计了5组滑块抽芯的结构,重点设计了一组由双重叠滑块和三重叠滑块组合的脱模机构来成型塑件的外部特征,前者由一根斜导柱驱动,后者先通过斜导柱驱动,然后通过油缸来进行驱动。在顶出系统上通过定距拉钩的结构设计实现了塑件的二次顶出,并且将模具的顶出板与注塑机的顶出杆采用螺杆固定连接,在模具结构上节省了顶出油缸的设计。冷却系统设计方面,在型芯的两个小镶块内部设计了2组内径为4 mm、外径8 mm的“喷泉式”水路,其余水路采用了“直通式+隔水片式”的组合。经试模后,该汽车水室塑件表面无不良缺陷,平口的平面度符合要求,证明该模具的重叠滑块结构与复合抽芯结构设计方案可行。 展开更多
