In this paper, a mixed stochastic user equilibrium model was proposed to describe the interactive route choice behaviors between ATIS equipped and unequipped drivers on a degradable transport network. In the proposed model the information accessibility of equipped drivers was reflected by lower degree of uncertainty in their stochastic equilibrium flow distributions, and their behavioral adaptability was captured by multiple equilibrium behaviors over the stochastic network state set. The mixed equilibrium model was formulated as a fixed point problem defined in the mixed route flows, and its solution was achieved by executing an iterative algorithm. Numerical experiments were provided to verify the properties of the mixed network equilibrium model and the efficiency of the iterative algorithm.展开更多

在资源受限的水声网络中,使用软频率复用技术和自适应资源分配技术可以提高网络容量和能量效率。然而,水声信道的长传播时延和时变特性导致用于自适应技术的反馈信道状态信息(Channel State Information, CSI)是时变且过时的。非理想的...在资源受限的水声网络中,使用软频率复用技术和自适应资源分配技术可以提高网络容量和能量效率。然而,水声信道的长传播时延和时变特性导致用于自适应技术的反馈信道状态信息(Channel State Information, CSI)是时变且过时的。非理想的反馈CSI会降低自适应系统的性能。针对该问题,提出了一种基于多智能体深度Q网络的资源分配(Multi-agent Deep Q Network Based Resource Allocation, MADQN-RA)方法。该方法将水声软频率复用网络视为多智能体系统,并使用过时的反馈CSI序列作为系统状态。通过建立有效的奖励表达式,智能体可以跟踪时变时延水声信道的变化特性并做出相应的资源分配决策。为了进一步提高智能体的决策准确度,同时避免状态空间维度增大时的部分学习成本,结合动态状态长度方法改进了MADQN-RA。仿真结果表明,所提方法实现的系统性能优于基于其他学习的方法和基于信道预测的方法,且更接近理论最优值。展开更多
针对认知无线电-非正交多址接入系统开放性带来的通信安全问题,提出一种基于DC(difference of convex)规划的CR-NOMA系统物理层安全方案.在非正交多址(non-orthogonal multiple access,NOMA)通信场景下,构建多用户窃听信道模型,推导出CR...针对认知无线电-非正交多址接入系统开放性带来的通信安全问题,提出一种基于DC(difference of convex)规划的CR-NOMA系统物理层安全方案.在非正交多址(non-orthogonal multiple access,NOMA)通信场景下,构建多用户窃听信道模型,推导出CR-NOMA系统的安全和速率表达式;并设计基于DC的载波功率分配算法,求解子信道功率分配的最优解,提高系统子载波的安全性.仿真结果表明,在不增加基站功率情况下,其安全和速率较OFDMA和NOMA分别提升了35%和10%;在相同安全和速率下,用户数量最大可增加200%.验证了该方案能够有效提升系统物理层安全.展开更多
