基于样品复配的奶牛场粪水近红外光谱氮磷速测模型构建 被引量:1

为提高样品代表性,构建近红外光谱的理想校正模型,实现对奶牛场粪水氮磷含量的速测,本研究基于粪水运移过程代表性暴露位点的原始样品,按照不同比例进行样品复配,填补现场不易采集到的“黑箱”位点样品,运用偏最小二乘法构建了基于最优... 为提高样品代表性,构建近红外光谱的理想校正模型,实现对奶牛场粪水氮磷含量的速测,本研究基于粪水运移过程代表性暴露位点的原始样品,按照不同比例进行样品复配,填补现场不易采集到的“黑箱”位点样品,运用偏最小二乘法构建了基于最优光谱预处理方法的原样模型、复配模型和融合模型。结果表明:相比原始样品,原样+复配样品总氮、总磷的变异系数分别降低了0.103、0.107,提升了浓度分布均匀性,丰富了粪水光谱信息。相比原样模型,融合模型总氮和总磷的决定系数(R_(pred)^(2))分别提升了0.049和0.061,相对分析误差(RPD)分别提升了1.547和0.176。相比复配模型,融合模型总氮和总磷的R_(pred)^(2)分别提升了0.026和0.022,RPD分别提升了0.470和0.052。验证结果表明,总氮和总磷模型的R_(pred)^(2)分别为0.903和0.878、RPD分别为2.916和2.508。研究表明,样品复配的方法可有效提高校正集样品的代表性,提升模型预测性能,为还田前粪水养分的快速定量提供技术支撑。 展开更多

为了探讨利用近红外漫反射光谱技术(NIDRS)快速定量分析饲料添加剂L-赖氨酸硫酸盐中L-赖氨酸含量的可行性,本试验在全国范围内收集了具有代表性的L-赖氨酸硫酸盐添加剂76个,采用国家标准方法对样品中的L-赖氨酸含量进行化学赋值;用光栅... 为了探讨利用近红外漫反射光谱技术(NIDRS)快速定量分析饲料添加剂L-赖氨酸硫酸盐中L-赖氨酸含量的可行性,本试验在全国范围内收集了具有代表性的L-赖氨酸硫酸盐添加剂76个,采用国家标准方法对样品中的L-赖氨酸含量进行化学赋值;用光栅型近红外光谱仪扫描L-赖氨酸硫酸盐样品,获取了不同物理状态下样品的近红外光谱图。依据L-赖氨酸含量将样品分为定标集和验证集,运用适当的光谱预处理方法,采用竞争性自适应重加权(CARS)算法结合偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立了L-赖氨酸硫酸盐的近红外定标分析模型,并将该模型与全波长模型进行了比较。结果表明:用烘干、60目粉碎后的样品结合CARS算法建立的定标模型最优,定标集校正决定系数(R2C)为0.954,校正集标准偏差(SEC)为0.510,交互验证标准偏差(SECV)为0.659;验证集预测决定系数(R2P)为0.952,预测标准偏差(SEP)为0.554,相对分析误差(RPD)值为3.83。由此可见,NIDRS定量分析L-赖氨酸硫酸盐具有一定可行性,对于丰富我国氨基酸盐及其他氨基酸制品的快速检测方法具有实际的应用意义。 展开更多

以传统化学方法测得的海南省琼海市大路镇72个胡椒园砖红壤土壤全氮、全磷、全钾、速效磷和速效钾含量为基础,同时测得土壤近红外光谱,采用K折交叉验证,偏最小二乘算法,加权平滑处理,用MSC(散射校正)进行归一化,用光谱微分处理并二阶求... 以传统化学方法测得的海南省琼海市大路镇72个胡椒园砖红壤土壤全氮、全磷、全钾、速效磷和速效钾含量为基础,同时测得土壤近红外光谱,采用K折交叉验证,偏最小二乘算法,加权平滑处理,用MSC(散射校正)进行归一化,用光谱微分处理并二阶求导进行光谱模型预处理,进而建立基于PLS的土壤养分回归预测模型,采用决定系数(R^(2))对拟合效果开展评价,相对分析误差(RPD)、集均方根误差(RMSEP)和相对误差(RE)对预测结果开展评价。结果表明:采用PLS拟合方法构建的不同土壤养分近红外光谱模型效果较好,其R^(2)为0.96~0.99;但不同养分之间模型预测效果存在差异,全量养分预测效果远好于速效养分,二者RDP值分别为1.28~2.16和0.71~0.83,其中全磷养分预测效果最好(RDP为2.16),其次为全氮(RDP为1.72)。上述结果表明,采用近红外光谱构建的全氮、全磷等养分模型用于预测效果更佳。 展开更多

An improved multidirectional velocity model was proposed for more accurately locating micro-seismic events in rock engineering. It was assumed that the stress wave propagation velocities from a micro-seismic source to three nearest monitoring sensors in a sensor's array arrangement were the same. Since the defined objective function does not require pre-measurement of the stress wave propagation velocity in the field, errors from the velocity measurement can be avoided in comparison to three traditional velocity models. By analyzing 24 different cases, the proposed multidirectional velocity model iterated by the Simplex method is found to be the best option no matter the source is within the region of the sensor's array or not. The proposed model and the adopted iterative algorithm are verified by field data and it is concluded that it can significantly reduce the error of the estimated source location. 展开更多

A schematic to make the spectra of the exterior noise of high speed railway was put forward. The exterior noise spectrum was defined based on the characteristics of the high-speed train exterior noise. Its characteristics considered here include identifying the exterior main sources and their locations, their frequency components including the Doppler effect due to the noise sources moving at high speed, the sound field intensity around the train in high-speed operation, the sound radiation path out of the train, and the pressure level and frequency components of the noise at the measuring points specified by the International Organization for Standardization(ISO). The characteristics of the high-speed train exterior noise of the high speed railways in operation were introduced. The advanced measuring systems and their principles for clearly indentifying the exterior noise sources were discussed in detail. Based on the concerned noise results measured at sites, a prediction model was developed to calculate the sound level and the characteristics of the exterior noise at any point where it is difficult to measure and to help to make the exterior noise spectrums. This model was also verified with the test results. The verification shows that there is a good agreement between the theoretical and experimental results. 展开更多

A non-linear regression model is proposed to forecast the aggregated passenger volume of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway(HSR) line in China. Train services and temporal features of passenger volume are studied to have a prior knowledge about this high-speed railway line. Then, based on a theoretical curve that depicts the relationship among passenger demand, transportation capacity and passenger volume, a non-linear regression model is established with consideration of the effect of capacity constraint. Through experiments, it is found that the proposed model can perform better in both forecasting accuracy and stability compared with linear regression models and back-propagation neural networks. In addition to the forecasting ability, with a definite formation, the proposed model can be further used to forecast the effects of train planning policies. 展开更多

Wear characteristics and prediction of wheel profiles in high-speed trains

Wear of wheel profiles has great effect on vehicle performance. Thus, it is important not just for the analysis of wear characteristics but for its prediction. Actual wheel profiles of the high-speed trains on service were measured in the high-speed line and the wear characteristics were analyzed which came to the following results. The wear location was centralized from-15 mm to 25 mm. The maximum wear value appeared at the area of 5 mm from tread center far from wheel flange and it was less than 1.5 mm. Then, wheel wear was fitted to get the polynomial functions on different locations and operation mileages. A binary numerical prediction model was raised to predict wheel wear. The prediction model was proved by vehicle system dynamics and wheel/rail contact geometry. The results show that the prediction model can reflect wear characteristics of measured profiles and vehicle performances. 展开更多
