The DSC curves of the rice mitochondria were obtained. All the curves manifest themselves exothermic peaks, the exothermic peak curve are of the same type on the whole, but their thermodynamic values are different from each other. The exothermic peaks can be regarded as energy liberation peaks of the rice mitochondria in the heat-ing processes. The temperature variation of the thermodynamic values and the apparent kinetic parameters of the energy liberation of rice mitochondria were calculated. The results indicate that the energy liberation of the Guangchong 41 rice mitochondria is easier than that of the Maxie rice mitochondria, but the mechanism of the energy liberation of the Guangchong 41 rice mitochondria is more complicated than that, of the Maxie rice mitochondria in the heating process.展开更多

The thermodynamics and kinetics of the rice mitochondrial metabolism out of the cell have been studied. The metabolic thermograms of the rice mitochondria show different stages. If the rice mitochondria have been laid up for different times, the metabolic thermograms and kinetic behaviours of the rice mitochondria are different. Some thermodynandc values and kinetic parameters, as well as some new experimental thermokinetic equations in the actiyity increasing stage of the rice mitochondria,have been calculated and established. Furthermore, the thermodynamic and kinetic behaviour of the rice mitochondria in the metabolism out of the cell under changeable and low temperatures have been approached preliminarily.展开更多
