由于土壤中锰的有效性随pH和Eh的变化而变化 ,利用土壤测试方法得到的锰素营养丰缺指标 ,通常难以代表田间锰素营养的实际状况。然而 ,在应用土壤pH和氧化锰溶解度的关系时 ,某些文献的不确切解释 ,引起一些误解。本实验研究了在浓HCl、... 由于土壤中锰的有效性随pH和Eh的变化而变化 ,利用土壤测试方法得到的锰素营养丰缺指标 ,通常难以代表田间锰素营养的实际状况。然而 ,在应用土壤pH和氧化锰溶解度的关系时 ,某些文献的不确切解释 ,引起一些误解。本实验研究了在浓HCl、HNO3 和H2 SO4及其稀溶液的不同浓度情况下对二氧化锰 水钠锰矿 (MnO2 )的溶解能力和机理 ,以及三种卤素还原剂 (KCl、KBr和KI)在两种pH值条件下对MnO2 的还原能力 ,从实验上和理论上进一步阐明了pH和Eh对MnO2 溶解度的影响。实验结果表明 ,在浓HCl中 ,MnO2 能被Cl-迅速还原而溶解。而在浓HNO3 和H2 SO4溶液中 ,MnO2 不能被酸所直接溶解 ,只能被酸中的H2 O缓慢还原 ,放置两年后反应仍未到达终点。在稀酸溶液中 ,当H+ 强度小于 0 5molL-1(pH >1 0 )时 ,三种强酸对MnO2 都无明显的溶解能力 ;当H+ 强度 >1 0molL-1时 ,HCl对MnO2 的溶解能力显著地高于HNO3 和H2 SO4。三种卤盐溶液对MnO2 的还原能力为KI >KBr>KCl,并随pH的降低和浓度的升高而增强。当pH >3时 ,KCl对MnO2 的还原能力极弱 ;而无论pH高低 (pH3或pH5 ) ,KI在很低浓度 (0 0 0 1molL-1)时都能有效地还原MnO2 。上述结果说明 ,如果二氧化锰不被还原 ,仅改变pH则很难被溶解。然而 ,在较高pH条件下 ,如有强还原剂? 展开更多

土壤中铬(Cr)污染是全球性环境问题,六价铬Cr(Ⅵ)因其高毒性及致癌性而成为关注焦点。土壤中的Cr主要以Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的形式存在,两者之间的转化受到诸如土壤pH值、氧化还原电位(Eh)、天然氧化还原剂、有机质和微生物的影响。随着工农... 土壤中铬(Cr)污染是全球性环境问题,六价铬Cr(Ⅵ)因其高毒性及致癌性而成为关注焦点。土壤中的Cr主要以Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的形式存在,两者之间的转化受到诸如土壤pH值、氧化还原电位(Eh)、天然氧化还原剂、有机质和微生物的影响。随着工农业活动的增多,土壤中的Cr浓度不断增加,并通过植物吸收进入食物链等多种途径,对生态系统和人体健康构成威胁。本文对Cr在全球范围内的污染现状及来源、土壤中Cr的不同价态及其毒性特征进行了评述,并分析了pH、Eh对土壤中Cr的具体存在形态与价态的影响,及天然氧化还原剂、有机质等因素利用自身化学性质充当电子供体或受体的角色对土壤中Cr价态进行转化的氧化还原机理,以及不同影响因素之间的相互作用关系,从而可以全面理解土壤中Cr价态转化的行为机制。此外,在对Cr价态影响因素深入了解的基础上,总结了以生物炭和纳米材料为代表的先进修复技术方法,这些材料和方法由于能够将Cr(Ⅵ)有效地还原为毒性较小的Cr(Ⅲ),从而降低生态环境风险,因而是一类具有巨大潜在应用价值的修复材料和修复方法,但大规模应用的可行性及其修复效果仍需要进一步验证。 展开更多

Single-atom catalysts(SACs)are promising for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)on account of their excellent catalytic activity and maximum utilization of atoms.However,due to the complicated preparation processes and expensive reagents used,the cost of SACs is usually too high to put into practical application.The development of cost-effective and sustainable SACs remains a great challenge.Herein,a low-cost method employing biomass is designed to prepare efficient single-atom Fe-N-C catalysts(SA-Fe-N-C).Benefiting from the confinement effect of porous carbon support and the coordination effect of glucose,SA-Fe-N-C is derived from cheap flour by the two-step pyrolysis.Atomically dispersed Fe atoms exist in the form of Fe-N_(x),which acts as active sites for ORR.The catalyst shows outstanding activity with a half-wave potential(E_(1/2))of 0.86 V,which is better than that of Pt/C(0.84 V).Additionally,the catalyst also exhibits superior stability.The ORR catalyzed by SA-Fe-N-C proceeds via an efficient 4e transfer pathway.The high performance of SA-Fe-N-C also benefits from its porous structure,extremely high specific surface area(1450.1 m^(2)/g),and abundant micropores,which are conducive to increasing the density of active sites and fully exposing them.This work provides a cost-effective strategy to synthesize SACs from cheap biomass,achieving a balance between performance and cost. 展开更多

Two major challenges,high cost and short lifespan,have been hindering the commercialization process of lowtemperature fuel cells.Professor Wei's group has been focusing on decreasing cathode Pt loadings without losses of activity and durability,and their research advances in this area over the past three decades are briefly reviewed herein.Regarding the Pt-based catalysts and the low Pt usage,they have firstly tried to clarify the degradation mechanism of Pt/C catalysts,and then demonstrated that the activity and stability could be improved by three strategies:regulating the nanostructures of the active sites,enhancing the effects of support materials,and optimizing structures of the three-phase boundary.For Pt-free catalysts,especialiy carbon-based ones,several strategies that they proposed to enhance the activity of nitrogen-/heteroatom-doped carbon catalysts are firstly presented.Then,an indepth understanding of the degradation mechanism for carbon-based catalysts is discussed,and followed by the corresponding stability enhancement strategies.Also,the carbon-based electrode at the micrometer-scale,faces the challenges such as low active-site density,thick catalytic layer,and the effect of hydrogen peroxide,which require rational structure design for the integral cathodic electrode.This review finally gives a brief conclusion and outlook about the low cost and long lifespan of cathodic oxygen reduction catalysts. 展开更多

将1g尿素水溶液样品置于烘箱105℃下浓缩,在1 100℃马弗炉中加热灰化;取出冷却,使用盐酸(1+1)溶解灰分。采用Al 237.312nm、Ca 393.366nm、Cr 267.716nm、Cu 324.754nm、Fe 238.204nm、Mg 279.553nm、Ni 231.604nm、Zn 213.856nm作... 将1g尿素水溶液样品置于烘箱105℃下浓缩,在1 100℃马弗炉中加热灰化;取出冷却,使用盐酸(1+1)溶解灰分。采用Al 237.312nm、Ca 393.366nm、Cr 267.716nm、Cu 324.754nm、Fe 238.204nm、Mg 279.553nm、Ni 231.604nm、Zn 213.856nm作为分析线,建立了使用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定尿素水溶液中铝、钙、铬、铜、铁、镁、镍和锌8种杂质元素的方法。结果表明,铝、钙、铬、铜、铁、镁、镍和锌的线性范围在0.02-2μg/mL时,校准曲线的线性相关系数均不小于0.999 5;方法中各元素的检出限为0.001-0.010μg/mL。将方法应用于尿素水溶液样品中8种杂质元素的测定,结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)均小于5.0%,加标回收率为91%-108%。方法可一次性完成对多种元素的测定,准确度、精密度较高,方法简便快速,适用于各级检验机构进行多批次、多项目产品的元素检测。 展开更多

Hypertension is a major problem worldwide. There is much evidence to suggest that reactive oxygen species (ROS) radical may play a role in the development of organ damage associated with cardiovascular disease and hypertension. (-)Epicatechin, a member of tea catechins belonging to flavonoid group, is known to be a potent anti-oxidant. The study has been undertaken to evaluate the effect of (-)epicatechin on markers of oxidative stress: reduced glutathione (GSH) and membrane sulfhydryl (-SH) groups in erythrocytes from hypertensive patients. The effect of (-)epicatechin was also compared with a known anti-oxidant L-ascorbic acid. The erythrocyte intracellular GSH content and membrane -SH group content were significantly (P<0.01) decreased in hypertensive subjects. In vitro incubation with (-)epicatechin caused an increase in GSH and -SH content, the effect was more pronounced in hypertensive erythrocytes. Similar results were obtained with L-ascorbic acid. The observed decrease in the level of GSH and -SH groups in hypertension is an indicator of oxidative stress condition. Observation of an increase in red cell GSH content and the protection of membrane -SH group oxidation by (-)epicatechin in hypertensive subjects is a convincing reason to suggest that high dietary intake of foods rich in catechins may help to reduce oxidative stress and concomitant free radical damage in hypertensive patients. 展开更多

Oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)plays a crucial role in many energy storage and conversion devices.Currently,the development of inexpensive and high-performance carbon-based non-precious-metal ORR catalysts in alkaline media still gains a wide attention.In this paper,the mesoporous Fe-N/C catalysts were synthesized through SiO2-mediated templating method using biomass soybeans as the nitrogen and carbon sources.The SiO2 templates create a simultaneous optimization of both the surface functionalities and porous structures of Fe-N/C catalysts.Detailed investigations indicate that the Fe-N/C3 catalyst prepared with the mass ratio of SiO2 to soybean being 3:4 exhibits brilliant electrocatalytic performance,excellent long-term stability and methanol tolerance for the ORR,with the onset potential and the half-wave potential of the ORR being about 0.890 V and 0.783 V(vs RHE),respectively.Meanwhile,the desired 4-electron transfer pathway of the ORR on the catalysts can be observed.It is significantly proposed that the high BET specific surface area and the appropriate pore-size,as well as the high pyridinic-N and total nitrogen loadings may play key roles in enhancing the ORR performance for the Fe-N/C3 catalyst.These results suggest a feasible route based on the economical and sustainable soybean biomass to develop inexpensive and highly efficient non-precious metal electrochemical catalysts for the ORR. 展开更多

Low-cost catalysts with high activity are in immediate demand for energy storage and conversion devices.In this study,polyvinyl pyrrolidone was used as a complexing agent to synthesize La_(0.6)Sr_(0.4)Co_(0.2)Fe_(0.8)O_(3)(LSCF)perovskite oxide.The obtained porous layered LSCF has a large specific surface area of 23.74 m^(2)/g,four times higher than that prepared by the traditional sol-gel method(5.08 m^(2)/g).The oxygen reduction reaction activity of the oxide in 0.1 mol/L KOH solution was studied using a rotating ring-disk electrode.In the tests,the initial potential of 0.88 V(vs.reversible hydrogen electrode)and the limiting diffusion current density of 5.02 mA/cm^(2)were obtained at 1600 r/min.Therefore,higher catalytic activity and stability were demonstrated,compared with the preparation of LSCF perovskite oxide by the traditional method. 展开更多

The kinetics of reductive leaching of manganese from a low-grade manganese oxide ore were studied using cellulose as reductant in dilute sulfuric acid medium.It was found that when the stirring speed was higher than 200 r/min,the effect of gas film diffusion on manganese extraction efficiency could be neglected,and the kinetic behavior was investigated under the condition of elimination of external diffusion influence on the leaching process.Effects of leaching temperature,mass ratio of cellulose and ore,and the sulfuric acid concentration on manganese extraction efficiency were discussed.The kinetic data were analyzed based on the shrinking core model,which indicated that the leaching process was dominated by both ash layer diffusion and chemical reaction at the initial stage,with the progress of leaching reaction,the rate-controlling step switched to the ash layer diffusion.It was also concluded that the sulfuric acid concentration had the most significant influence on the leaching rate,the reaction orders with respect to the sulfuric acid concentration were 2.102 in the first 60 min,and 3.642 in the later 90 min,while the reaction orders for mass ratio of cellulose and ore were 0.660 and 0.724,respectively.An Arrhenius relationship was used to relate the temperature to the rate of leaching,from which apparent activation energies were calculated to be 46.487 kJ/mol and 62.290 kJ/mol at the two stages,respectively.Finally,the overall leaching rate equations for the manganese dissolution reaction with cellulose in sulphuric acid solution were developed.The morphological changes and mineralogical forms of the ore before and after the chemical treatment were discussed with the support of SEM and XRD analyses. 展开更多

Magneli phase titanium sub-oxide conductive ceramic Tin O2n-1 was used as the support for Pt due to its excellent resistance to electrochemical oxidation, and Pt/Tin O2n-1 composites were prepared by the impregnation-reduction method. The electrochemical stability of Tin O2n-1 was investigated and the results show almost no change in the redox region after oxidation for 20 h at 1.2 V(vs NHE) in 0.5 mol/L H2SO4 aqueous solution. The catalytic activity and stability of the Pt/Tin O2n-1 toward the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) in 0.5 mol/L H2SO4 solution were investigated through the accelerated aging tests(AAT), and the morphology of the catalysts before and after the AAT was observed by transmission electron microscopy. At the potential of 0.55 V(vs SCE), the specific kinetic current density of the ORR on the Pt/Tin O2n-1 is about 1.5 times that of the Pt/C. The LSV curves for the Pt/C shift negatively obviously with the half-wave potential shifting about 0.02 V after 8000 cycles AAT, while no obvious change takes place for the LSV curves for the Pt/Tin O2n-1. The Pt particles supported on the carbon aggregate obviously, while the morphology of the Pt supported on Tin O2n-1 remains almost unchanged, which contributes to the electrochemical surface area loss of Pt/C being about 2times that of the Pt/Tin O2n-1. The superior catalytic stability of Pt/Tin O2n-1 toward the ORR could be attributed to the excellent stability of the Tin O2n-1 and the electronic interaction between the metals and the support. 展开更多
