空间光学遥感器不断朝着更高轻量化率的方向发展,传统的装框支撑难以满足系统要求。基于运动学原理的Bipod柔性支撑结构具有良好的力热环境适应能力,在空间光学遥感器的反射镜支撑中得到越来越多的应用。为了有效卸载装配应力,Bipod柔... 空间光学遥感器不断朝着更高轻量化率的方向发展,传统的装框支撑难以满足系统要求。基于运动学原理的Bipod柔性支撑结构具有良好的力热环境适应能力,在空间光学遥感器的反射镜支撑中得到越来越多的应用。为了有效卸载装配应力,Bipod柔性支撑结构一般通过光学胶与反射镜进行连接,但是光学胶在固化过程中不可避免地存在收缩应力。此外,环境温度的波动以及热真空试验也有可能导致胶接应力的变化,严重时会对反射镜面形造成不利影响。文中针对某Bipod柔性支撑式次镜组件,分析了胶缩对面形的影响,并针对真空放气试验后的面形下降问题,采用消应力与热浸泡相结合的方式有效解决了面形下降的问题,为该类光学胶的空间环境应用提供技术支撑。 展开更多

为研究聚丙烯(Polypropylene,PP)纤维在混凝土开裂过程中桥接应力的变化规律,选用两种尺寸的聚丙烯细纤维和一种尺寸的聚丙烯粗纤维制备纤维增强混凝土试件,在试件上进行单边缺口梁三点弯曲试验,获得各组试件的荷载-裂缝切口位移曲线和... 为研究聚丙烯(Polypropylene,PP)纤维在混凝土开裂过程中桥接应力的变化规律,选用两种尺寸的聚丙烯细纤维和一种尺寸的聚丙烯粗纤维制备纤维增强混凝土试件,在试件上进行单边缺口梁三点弯曲试验,获得各组试件的荷载-裂缝切口位移曲线和荷载-位移曲线。基于试验结果,采用合成纤维细观拉拔模型,拟合PP纤维桥接应力曲线,并与实测纤维桥接应力曲线作对比,确定对应的PP纤维模型参数。研究结果表明:聚丙烯细纤维的桥接应力峰值为0.20~0.22 MPa,聚丙烯粗纤维的桥接应力峰值为0.56 MPa,纤维桥接应力随裂缝宽度增加呈现先增大后减小的趋势;通过细观拉拔模型中的参数P0、k0、k1,计算PP纤维在混凝土基体中的桥接应力;粗纤维具有较强的桥接应力,在混凝土开裂后表现尤为突出,能有效抑制宏观裂缝的扩展。 展开更多

空间遥感相机轻型探测器组件粘接方法研究

对于小尺寸的空间遥感相机轻型探测器,为避免机械固定引入的装配应力对探测器感光面面形造成的影响,设计了一种轻型探测器粘接方法,计算胶层厚度减小粘接应力,保证粘接后的结构强度。首先,根据探测器组件工作环境选用合适的粘接剂为GHJ... 对于小尺寸的空间遥感相机轻型探测器,为避免机械固定引入的装配应力对探测器感光面面形造成的影响,设计了一种轻型探测器粘接方法,计算胶层厚度减小粘接应力,保证粘接后的结构强度。首先,根据探测器组件工作环境选用合适的粘接剂为GHJ-01光学环氧胶和GD414硅橡胶,然后,通过无热粘接方程确定粘接胶层厚度为0.2mm,并进行粘接面积计算,结合胶层参数制定了六种粘接方案;通过对探测器组件进行有限元仿真分析,计算了关键单元的变形情况,得到在温升工况下,探测器感光面面形变化低于0.0012mm的三种粘接方案;在经过随机振动和高低温热循环试验后,使用光学拼接仪和三坐标测量仪检测探测器拼接精度变化,对比试验结果得到最优粘接方案。最终检测结果表明,使用GD414硅橡胶粘接探测器底面和侧面,GHJ-01光学环氧胶顶部点胶的方案能够保证探测器组件在温升和力学振动条件下,保持面形精度优于0.0007mm,直线精度优于0.001mm。对于小尺寸轻型探测器,最终优选的粘接方案能够满足粘接结构强度,符合探测器组件拼接精度要求。 展开更多

为改善已有套筒灌浆接头的施工便利性,提出了一种有自主知识产权的套筒约束浆锚搭接接头,研究了该搭接接头的连接性能,为其在装配式构件中应用提供力学数据.进行了以钢筋直径和搭接长度为变化参数的63个该类接头拉伸试验,研究了试件的... 为改善已有套筒灌浆接头的施工便利性,提出了一种有自主知识产权的套筒约束浆锚搭接接头,研究了该搭接接头的连接性能,为其在装配式构件中应用提供力学数据.进行了以钢筋直径和搭接长度为变化参数的63个该类接头拉伸试验,研究了试件的破坏形态、极限承载力、力-位移曲线和钢筋及套筒的应变.试件出现了套筒外钢筋拉断和钢筋与灌浆料滑移两种破坏形态,未出现已有约束对接接头文献中的灌浆料与筒壁拉脱及套筒被拉断的破坏情况.与单根钢筋相比,该类接头力-位移曲线、极限承载力接近,刚度稍差.相同钢筋,套筒外钢筋拉断试件,随着搭接长度增加,套筒的横向约束减弱;钢筋滑移的试件,随着钢筋直径的增加,套筒的横向约束增强.分析了套筒约束浆锚搭接与对接接头受力机理,表明对接接头对套筒材料抗拉及筒壁与灌浆料的抗滑移性能要求更高.给出搭接接头的力学模型,提出了接头的平均搭接粘结应力和临界搭接长度的计算公式.由于套筒约束接头的搭接长度大大减小,建议该接头的搭接长度为12.5倍的钢筋直径. 展开更多

The wear rate between the rotors of a hypotrochoidal gear pump is characterized.Using the knowledge of shape design on the rotors,the contact stresses without hydrodynamic effect between the rotor teeth were evaluated through the calculation of the Hertzian contact stress.Based on the above results and the sliding velocity between the rotors,a genetic algorithm (GA) was used as an optimization technique forminimizing the wear rate proportional factor (WRPF).The result shows that the wear rate or the WRPF can be reduced considerably,e.g.approximately 12.8%,throughout the optimization using GA. 展开更多

The analytical method based on "Hertz theory on normal contact of elastic solids" and the numerical method based on finite element method (FEM) calculating the contact stress of face-gear drive with spur involute pinion were introduced, and their relative errors are below 10%, except edge contact, which turns out that these two methods can compute contact stress of face-gear drive correctly and effectively. An agreement of the localized bearing contact stress is gotten for these two methods, making sure that the calculation results of FEM are reliable. The loaded meshing simulations of multi-tooth FEM model were developed, and the determination of the transmission error and the maximal load distribution factor of face-gear drive under torques were given. A formula for the maximal load distribution factor was proposed. By introducing the maximal load distribution factor in multi-tooth contact zone, a method for calculating the maximal contact stress in multi-tooth contact can be given. Compared to FEM, the results of these formulae are proved to be reliable, and the relative errors are below 10%. 展开更多

Aiming at determining the thermal contact resistance of ball screws,a new analytical method combining the minimum excess principle with the MB fractal theory is proposed to estimate thermal contact resistance of ball screws considering microscopic fractal characteristics of contact surfaces.The minimum excess principle is employed for normal stress analysis.Moreover,the MB fractal theory is adopted for thermal contact resistance.The effectiveness of the proposed method is validated by self-designed experiment.The comparison between theoretical and experimental results demonstrates that thermal contact resistance of ball screws can be obtained by the proposed method.On this basis,effects of fractal parameters on thermal contact resistance of ball screws are discussed.Moreover,effects of the axial load on thermal contact resistance of ball screws are also analyzed.The conclusion can be drawn that the thermal contact resistance decreases along with the fractal dimension D increase and it increases along with the scale parameter G increase,and thermal contact resistance of ball screws is retained almost constant along with axial load increase before the preload of the right nut turns into zero in value.The application of the proposed method is also conducted and validated by the temperature measurement on a self-designed test bed. 展开更多

In order to effectively improve meshing performance of spiral bevel and hypoid gears generated by the duplex helical method, the effects of straight lined and circular cutting edges profile on meshing and contact of spiral bevel and hypoid gears were investigated analytically. Firstly, a mathematical model of spiral bevel and hypoid gears with circular blade profile was established according to the cutting characteristics of the duplex helical method. Based on a hypoid gear drive, the tooth bearings and the functions of transmission errors of four design cases were analyzed respectively by the use of the tooth contact analysis(TCA), and the contact stresses of the four design cases were analyzed and compared using simulation software. Finally, the curvature radius of the circular profile blade was optimized. The results show that the contact stresses are availably reduced, and the areas of edge contact and severe contact stresses can be avoided by selecting appropriate circular blade profile. In addition, the convex and concave sides are separately modified by the use of different curvature radii of inside and outside blades, which can increase the flexibility of the duplex helical method. 展开更多

The effect of strain hardening and strain softening behavior of flow stress changing with temperature on welding residual stress, plastic strain and welding distortion of ATN0 1-T4 aluminum alloy was studied by finite simulation method. The simulation results show that the weld seam undergoes strain hardening in the temperature range of 180-250 ℃, however, it exhibits strain softening at temperature above 250 ℃ during welding heating and cooling process. As a result, the strain hardening and strain softening effects counteract each other, introducing slightly influence on the welding residual stress, residual plastic strain and distortion. The welding longitudinal residual stress was determined by ultrasonic stress measurement method for the flat plates of A7N01-T4 aluminum alloy. A three dimensional finite element program incorporating actually measured vertical tire-pavement contact pressure(TPCP) was utilized for modeling the mechanistic responses in asphalt concrete(AC) layers by simulating various vehicle motions:stationary and non-stationary(i.e.in acceleration or deceleration mode).Analysis of the results indicated the following items.1) It is critical to use the vertical TPCP as the design control criteria for the tensile strains at the bottom of the AC layer when the base layer modulus is lower in magnitude(e.g.≤400 MPa);however,when the base layer modulus is higher in magnitude(e.g.≥7 000 MPa),the horizontal TPCP and the tensile strains in the X-direction at the surface of the AC layer should also be considered as part of the design response criteria.2) The definition of "overload" needs to be revised to include tire pressure over-inflation,i.e.,a vehicle should be considered to be overloaded if the wheel load exceeds the specification and/or the tire inflation pressure is higher than the specification.3) Light trucks have more structural impact on the strain responses and pavement design when the thickness of the surfacing AC layer is thinner(e.g.≤50 mm).4) The acceleration of a vehicle does not significantly impact the AC surface distresses such as rutting at the top of the upgrade slopes or intersections;however,vehicle deceleration can dramatically induce horizontal shear strains and consequently,aggravate shoving and rutting problems at the highway intersections.Evidently,these factors should be taken into account during mechanistic stress-strain modeling and structural design of asphalt pavements. 展开更多

At the same time, the contact stress changing with the flank angle and friction coefficient was calculated, The results show that the contact stress in the flank increases slowly with the increase of flank angle; with the friction coefficient increasing, the contact stress in flank length decreases; the contact stress will not change when the friction coefficient is over 0.25. 展开更多

The two halves of the rolling coupling can be moved relatively by a small axial force when a great moment is exerted on it. The rolling coupling was used to connect the principal axis and the decelerator of continuous extrusion machine and it can greatly decrease the harmful axial forces on the continuous machine. The engineering formulas for the contact stress and distance of apporach of the rolling elements were deduced and the method for designing the rolling couplings was proposed. The comparative research on the seismic performance of grouted sleeve connected pier(GS)and prestressed precast segmental concrete pier(PC)is mostly carried out by numerical simulation.In this study,the GS pier and the PC pier of the new railway project from Hetian to Ruoqiang are taken into consideration.Two kinds of 1/5-scale assembled double-column specimens are made,and the quasi-static tests are carried out.The overall seismic performance of the two spliced piers is studied,and compared in terms of failure mechanism,bearing capacity,ductility,stiffness and energy dissipation capacity.The results show that the failure modes of both GS pier and PC pier are characterized by bending.However,the specific failure location and form are different.The GS pier presents a complete hysteretic curve,large equivalent stiffness and strong energy dissipation capacity.The hysteretic area of the PC pier is small.However,it has good self-reset ability and quasi-static residual displacement.Finite element models are set up using DispBeamColumn fiber elements and ZeroLength elements.The models that are calibrated with the test data can effectively simulate the damage development under monotonic loading.The load−displacement curves are in good agreement with the backbone curves of the test results. 展开更多
