针对轧机机电液垂扭耦合系统存在耦合振动问题,提出一种基于耦合反步法的轧机垂扭耦合振动抑制控制策略.首先考虑轧机传动系统、液压系统与辊系机械间的相互影响,根据动力学定理,建立轧机机电液垂扭耦合振动数学模型.其次考虑到轧机耦... 针对轧机机电液垂扭耦合系统存在耦合振动问题,提出一种基于耦合反步法的轧机垂扭耦合振动抑制控制策略.首先考虑轧机传动系统、液压系统与辊系机械间的相互影响,根据动力学定理,建立轧机机电液垂扭耦合振动数学模型.其次考虑到轧机耦合垂振系统和耦合扭振系统间存在状态耦合关系,利用耦合反步法,解决了振动控制器设计中存在的相互嵌套问题.针对耦合系统输出性能受限问题,借助于障碍李雅普诺夫函数方法,同时利用神经网络来逼近未知非线性函数,设计自适应神经网络振动抑制控制策略.基于李雅普诺夫稳定理论严格证明了本文设计的控制方法能够保证系统输出满足所要求的暂稳态性能指标.最后,根据650 mm轧机的实际数据进行仿真,验证了本文设计控制策略的有效性与优越性. 展开更多

In a recent publication,Hu et al.(2023)have reported that individuals with high trait anxiety exhibit attentional deficits characterized by reduced inhibition of distractors and delayed attentional selection of targets,indicating impaired top-down attentional control.This commentary underscores their significant contributions to the cognitive theory of anxiety.Based on their findings,we propose a novel training approach called attentional inhibition training(AIT),aimed at improving top-down attentional control to alleviate symptoms of anxiety.Furthermore,we explore the potential application of non-invasive transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS)for rapidly enhancing attentional control function. 展开更多

Inhibition mechanism between sodium (NaaAlF6) and sulfur on coke reactivity was investigated by simulating petroleum coke with low-impurity pitch coke and by impurity doping. The mechanism was discussed by scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive spectrometry, and X-ray powder diffraction. Results show that Na effectively inhibited S catalysis during carbon-air/CO2 reactions, and S inhibited the catalysis of Na during carbon- air reaction to a certain extent. A stable structure with a Na-to-S atomic ratio of 1.4 and a cyclic reaction system of "Na2SO3→ Na2S→Na2CO3→ Na2SO3" were likely the keys to producing this mutual inhibition. 展开更多

Synthesis of glycerine-xanthate and its depressing mechanism in separation of marmatite from arsenopyrite 被引量:6

A small molecular organic depressor glycerine-xanthate was synthesized. The effect of glycerine-xanthate on the flotation of sulfide minerals was investigated based on a function of pH value and concentration of glycerine-xanthate through flotation experiments in the presence and absence of Cu^2+. The results show that glycerinee-xanthate has a strong dressing effect on marmatite at pH〉6 and on arsenopyrite in weak acid and base conditions with butyl-xanthate as collector. In the presence of glycerine -xanthate, marmatite is activated by addition of Cu^2+, but arsenopyrite cannot be activated and remains unfloatable. So the selective separation can be achieved for two minerals. The depression of glycerine-xanthate on sulfide minerals was discussed based on the radical electronegative calculation and the theory of HSAB. Infrared spectrum shows that there are some -OH and-CSS-in glycedne-xanthate molecule, which competes with butyl-xanthate on the mineral surface. As a result of many hydrophilic groups in glycerine-xanthate, the surfaces of marmatite and arsenopyrite become hydrophilic, thus the flotation of marmatite and arsenopyrite is depressed. The collector is adsorbed preferentially on the surface of marmatite and it shows a better floatability in the presence of Cu^2+, whereas, the surface of arsenopyrite absorbs glycerine-xanthate and the flotation of arsenopyrite is depressed by glycerine-xanthate. 展开更多

In order to selectively separate chalcopyrite from pyrite,the effect of organic depressant lignosulfonate calcium(LSC) on the flotation separation of chalcopyrite from pyrite was investigated by flotation tests. The depression mechanism was studied by Fourier-transform-infrared(FTIR) analysis. The flotation tests of single mineral show that LSC can depress the flotation of pyrite in a certain pH range,but it has little effect on chalcopyrite flotation. Flotation separation of a mixture of chalcopyrite and pyrite can be completed to obtain a copper concentrate grade up to 24.73% with a recovery of 80.36%. IR analysis shows that LSC and butyl xanthate compete in absorption on pyrite surface,and there exists an LSC characteristic peak on pyrite surface. There is little adsorption of LSC on chalcopyrite. 展开更多

Based on particle flow theory, the influences of the magnitude and direction of the intermediate principal stress on failure mechanism of hard rock with a pre-existing circular opening were studied by carrying out true triaxial tests on siltstone specimen. It is shown that peak strength of siltstone specimen increases firstly and subsequently decreases with the increase of the intermediate principal stress. And its turning point is related to the minimum principal stress and the direction of the intermediate principal stress. Failure characteristic(brittleness or ductility) of siltstone is determined by the minimum principal stress and the difference between the intermediate and minimum principal stress. The intermediate principal stress has a significant effect on the types and distributions of microcracks. The failure modes of the specimen are determined by the magnitude and direction of the intermediate principal stress, and related to weakening effect of the opening and inhibition effect of confining pressure in essence: when weakening effect of the opening is greater than inhibition effect of confining pressure, the failure surface is parallel to the x axis(such as σ2=σ3=0 MPa); conversely, the failure surface is parallel to the z axis(such as σ2=20 MPa, σ3=0 MPa). 展开更多

The classic multi-mode input shapers(MMISs)are valid to decrease multi-mode residual vibration of manipulators or robots simultaneously.But these input shapers cannot suppress more residual vibration with a quick response time when the frequency bandwidth of each mode vibration is very different.The methodologies and various types of multi-mode classic and hybrid input shaping control schemes with positive impulses were introduced in this paper.Six types of two-mode hybrid input shapers with positive impulses of a 3 degree of freedom robot were established.The ability and robustness of these two-mode hybrid input shapers to suppress residual vibration were analyzed by vibration response curve and sensitivity curve via numerical simulation.The response time of the zero vibration-zero vibration and derivative(ZV-ZVD)input shaper is the fastest,but the robustness is the least.The robustness of the zero vibration and derivative-extra insensitive(ZVD-EI)input shaper is the best,while the response time is the longest.According to the frequency bandwidth at each mode and required system response time,the most appropriate multi-mode hybrid input shaper(MMHIS)can be selected in order to improve response time as much as possible under the condition of suppressing more residual vibration. 展开更多

The inhibition ability of 4-amino-5-phenyl-4H-1, 2, 4-trizole-3-thiol (APTT), ethylenediaminetetra-acetic acid (EDTA) and thiourea (TU) for mild steel corrosion in 1.0 moFL HC1 solution at 30 ℃ was investigated. Tafel polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) were used to investigate the influence of these organic compounds as corrosion inhibitors of mild steel in 1.0 mol/L HC1 solution at 30 ℃. The inhibition mechanism was discussed in terms of Langrnuir isotherm model. Results obtained from Tafel polarization and impedance measurements are in a good agreement. The inhibition efficiency increases with the increase of the inhibitor concentration. The adsorption of the inhibitors on the mild steel surface follows Langmuir adsorption isotherm and the free energy of adsorption AGads indicates that the adsorption of APTT, EDTA, and TU molecules is a spontaneous process and a typical chemisorption. 展开更多
