The National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone has been assigned the unique mission of demonstrating and leading national innovation and playing a key supportive role in enhancing green innovation.Based on the...The National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone has been assigned the unique mission of demonstrating and leading national innovation and playing a key supportive role in enhancing green innovation.Based on the sample data of A-share listed companies in China from 2007 to 2021,we apply a multi-period difference-in-differences model to analyze whether the implementation of the National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone policies plays a leverage effect or a crowd out effect on the green innovation efficiency of enterprises and systematically test the regulatory mechanism of government grants and media attention in the process of this influence.The empirical results show that the imple-mentation of the National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone policies has a positive impact on the green innovation efficiency of enterprises and that the green innovation induced by this reform is not the leverage effect of additional R&D investment on the basis of the existing innovation activities of enterprises but rather the result of the reallocation of resources to crowd out existing non-green innovation.It is further found that government grants and media attention positively moderate the positive driving effect of National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone policies on the green innovation efficiency of enterprises.展开更多

Firstly, a calculation method for the occupancy per cycle under different traffic conditions were presented, based on the relationship between the three basic traffic flow parameters, speed, traffic flow and density. Secondly, the times at which the stopping and starting waves approach a loop detector were confirmed using the traffic wave models modified by a kinematic equation. Then, the threshold of occupancy, which characterizes the appearance of spillovers, was determined by the premise that the stopping and starting waves had the same speed. At last, the accuracy and usability of the new method were verified by VISSIM simulation, using the ratio of misjudgment as the evaluation index. The results show that the ratio of misjudgment of the new method is about 11.36% compared to 17.65% of the previous method.展开更多
The microstructure,mechanical properties and stress corrosion cracking(SCC)of 7136 aluminum alloy under T 6,T 79 and T 74 aging treatments were studied and the effects of microstructure on the mechanical properties an...The microstructure,mechanical properties and stress corrosion cracking(SCC)of 7136 aluminum alloy under T 6,T 79 and T 74 aging treatments were studied and the effects of microstructure on the mechanical properties and SCC were discussed.The results show that the ultimate tensile strength and yield strength of the aging 7136 alloys follow this sequence from high to low:T 6>T 79>pre-aging>T 74.For 7136 Al alloy after T 6 aging,the average diameter of the precipitates was(5.7±1.7)nm,and the diameter of 60.7%(number fraction)precipitates was 2−6 nm,leading to a good precipitation strengthening.The K_(IC)of T 74-aging alloy is 38.2 MPa·m^(1/2),which is 26.1%more than that of T 6-aging alloy and 17.5%more than that of T 79-aging alloy.The improved fracture toughness in T 74-aging alloy is mainly due to the reduction of the strength difference between intragranular and grain boundary.The SCC resistance of the aging 7136 alloys follows this sequence from high to low:T 79>T 74>T 6.After T 79 aging,the discontinuous grain boundary precipitates and narrow precipitate free zones were obtained in 7136 alloy,which was beneficial to SCC resistance.展开更多
The plastic deformation showing instability has been a subject receiving considerable attention for centuries due to its importance in many industrial processes.For Al alloys,the major instability is the Portevin-Le C...The plastic deformation showing instability has been a subject receiving considerable attention for centuries due to its importance in many industrial processes.For Al alloys,the major instability is the Portevin-Le Chatelier(PLC)effect that appears within a certain region of strain,strain rate and temperature.It manifests itself on the stress−strain curve as serrations associating with the rapid accumulation of plastic deformation within inclined slip bands.The PLC effect has severe practical consequences,which damages the surface quality after the sheet metal forming process and threatens the tensile ductility.Therefore,it is crucial to investigate the fundamental mechanisms underlying the PLC effect and in particular to investigate how it can be tempered by tailoring the material microstructure.In this paper,we review the common interpretations of the PLC effect and summarize the experimental results of the effects of the precipitation and the grain refinement,two conventional strengthening methodologies in Al alloys,on the serrated plastic flow.The effectiveness of solute atom clusters in suppressing the PLC effect is emphasized.展开更多

Relevant parameters like selective extraction yield were originally discussed. The relationship between selective extraction yield and conversion ratio was systemically focused on. The results show that alkaline earth metal conversion ratio is changed with leaching time and NH4CI concentration by first order exponential, and the maximum conversion for calcium keeps about 68% at 120 min in 0.4 mol/L NH4C1 solution, while leaching temperature and particle size have a linear effect on conversion ratio. Selective extraction yield of calcium is more than 93%, and the value of Mg is less than 5%. Apparent layer bands of silicon and calcium appear in the surface area through morphology detection of slag after leaching, and the case for 38-75 μm slag batch is more obvious than 75 150 μm slag and slag with larger particle size when leaching in 0.4 mol/L NH4Cl solution for 90 rain at 60 ℃.展开更多

The results indicate that with the increase of second-step aging time of two-step aging, the mechanical properties increase first and then decrease, while the SCC resistance increases. Compared with two-step aging, three-step aging treatment improves SCC resistance and the strength increases by about 5%. The effects of novel three-step aging on strength and SCC resistance are explained by the role of matrix precipitates and grain boundary precipitates, respectively.展开更多
