函数展开计数在CLUTCH方法中的初步应用

反复裂变几率(IFP)方法广泛应用于求解k特征值对连续能量核数据的灵敏度系数,然而IFP方法存在内存占用大的问题,因此CLUTCH方法被提出以解决该问题。但对于大规模问题,如压水堆全堆问题,基于网格的CLUTCH(CLUTCH-Mesh)方法存在权重函数... 反复裂变几率(IFP)方法广泛应用于求解k特征值对连续能量核数据的灵敏度系数,然而IFP方法存在内存占用大的问题,因此CLUTCH方法被提出以解决该问题。但对于大规模问题,如压水堆全堆问题,基于网格的CLUTCH(CLUTCH-Mesh)方法存在权重函数不易收敛的问题。本文采用函数展开计数(FET)方法对CLUTCH方法中的权重函数进行统计(CLUTCH-FET)以解决该问题,函数展开计数选取的基函数是勒让德多项式。本文在蒙特卡罗粒子输运计算程序NECP-MCX中实现了IFP、CLUTCH-Mesh和CLUTCH-FET 3种方法,以IFP方法的计算结果作为参考解,对CLUTCH-Mesh和CLUTCH-FET方法的精度和效率进行了验证。数值结果表明:对于小规模问题,如Godiva和Flattop问题,CLUTCH-Mesh和CLUTCH-FET方法具有与IFP方法相当的精度,且计算效率较IFP方法更高;对于大规模问题,如AP1000全堆问题,CLUTCH-Mesh方法的计算精度下降,而CLUTCH-FET方法可保持较高的精度和计算效率,CLUTCH-FET方法的品质因子较IFP方法和CLUTCH-Mesh方法分别最多提高了5.2和6.0倍。 展开更多

The wet multi-disc clutches are extensively used in various transmission systems,withone of the most prevalent failure modes being the buckling deformation of friction components.Animproved Hilbert-Huang transform method(IHHT)is proposed to address the limitations of tradi-tional time-domain vibration analyses,such as low accuracy and mode mixing.This paper first clas-sifies the buckling degree of the friction components.Next,wavelet packet transform(WPT)isapplied to the vibration signals of different buckling plates to partition them into distinct fre-quency bands.Then,the instantaneous features are extracted by empirical mode decomposition(EMD)and Hilbert transform(HT)to discarding extraneous intrinsic mode function(IMF)com-ponents.Comparative analyses of Hilbert spectral entropy and time-domain features confirm theenhanced precision of IHHT under specific classifiers,which is better than traditional methods. 展开更多

The dynamic model of power transmission and automatic clutch system is developed. Using tools of Simulink, the transient characteristics during the vehicle starting, including the jerk and the clutch slip time, are provided here. Based on the analyses of the simulation results and driver’s experiences, a fuzzy controller is designed to control the clutch engagement. Simulation results verify its value. 展开更多

The models were implemented in the ambit of the Matlab/Simulink environment, and an integrated simulation model was developed. The dynamic performance of the power shift clutch during engagement and disengagement was studied by using this assembly model. The sliding speed, torque transmitted through the clutch, and the rate at which energy is dissipated during the process were determined. Using this model, the calculation during simulation can be simplified. This lays a foundation for the dynamic performance research on the power train with the power shift clutch, and provides a powerful tool for developing an automatic, electronically controlled transmission. 展开更多

According to running properties of both belt conveyor and oil film clutch, equations that are used to decide the lubricating oil flow and the number of oil films (i.e. the number of rotating and stationary plates) are deduced theoretically. Also key parameters are provided for the design of the hydraulic system. Methods At three different input rotating speeds,when the strength of applied electric field was changed, the output rotating speeds were recorded and analyzed. Results By comparing the results got under different experimental procedures with those measured with an electro-rheometer, it can be seen that the shearing rate has tremendous influence on the speed modulating of a fan clutch. This is because the disperse phase can't form chains (clusters)easily at high shear rate.Conclusion The result tested on the present ER fluid demonstrates that this fluid will show the properties of Newton one,i.e. its apparent viscosity is constant. as the shear rate increases. 展开更多

某双离合变速器(DCT)汽车低速行驶时出现啸叫问题,针对此问题进行分析与优化。首先针对硬件进行详细检查,通过互换排查法,确定该车低速行驶过程中快速踩油门踏板(tip-in)时出现的啸叫由C2离合器的输出外轮毂产生。然后通过多项式模型进... 某双离合变速器(DCT)汽车低速行驶时出现啸叫问题,针对此问题进行分析与优化。首先针对硬件进行详细检查,通过互换排查法,确定该车低速行驶过程中快速踩油门踏板(tip-in)时出现的啸叫由C2离合器的输出外轮毂产生。然后通过多项式模型进行摩擦副非线性特征分析可知,C2离合器在低负荷条件下的动力不稳定性导致自激励啸叫;从实际离合器滑摩状态分析可知,增大油泵的流量会使摩擦盘的相对角速度趋于稳定,对消除啸叫有利。最后在不改变硬件的条件下,通过标定优化的方法对各种油泵流量下出现的啸叫进行验证,得到油泵流量为12 L/min时可以快速、低成本地解决2挡低速行驶时tip-in出现啸叫的问题。分析与优化过程对相关研究具有重要意义。 展开更多

文章以某变速离合器为研究对象,进行包括变速离合器箱体镗孔、齿轮等传动件、轴承、同步离合器和联轴器检修等整机返厂维修和保养,并出厂试验测试变速离合器的性能,针对试验中发现的低转速运行时高速轴振动、低速轴大齿轮启机振动大、... 文章以某变速离合器为研究对象,进行包括变速离合器箱体镗孔、齿轮等传动件、轴承、同步离合器和联轴器检修等整机返厂维修和保养,并出厂试验测试变速离合器的性能,针对试验中发现的低转速运行时高速轴振动、低速轴大齿轮启机振动大、箱体振动大等现象,运用自主研发的跨临界多轴传动装置系统仿真软件进行分析,认为故障原因为滑动轴承半频涡动。通过动平衡机复平高速轴系转子,调整小齿轮轴承比压值,增加轴承刚度值,高速轴振动降低,半频涡动现象消失;对大齿轮辊压带重新进行辊压处理,有效降低低速轴大齿轮的启机振动值;重新紧固箱体地脚螺栓和压板,箱体振动值下降。以上优化和改进,有效解决了振动超标的问题。 展开更多

The adaptive control system and its reference model are discussed profoundly. Taking the adaptability to different starting gears and different road conditions as examples, some proving field test records are shown to illustrate the main clutch adaptive control strategy at starting phase. Considering the surface tension effect and centrifugal effect, a mathematical model based on Reynolds equation for predicting the drag torque of disengage wet clutches is presented. The model indicates that the equivalent radius is a function of clutch speed and flow rate. The drag torque achieves its peak at a critical speed. Above this speed, drag torque drops due to the shrinking of the oil film. The model also points out that viscosity and flow rate effects on drag torque. Experimental results indicate that the model is reason-able and it performs well for predicting the drag torque peak. 展开更多

A power train dynamics model of a coaxial parallel hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) was built for different clutch operating states. With the state vector constituted by the motor rotation speed and the clutch transmitting torque at two successive time steps, a discrete state space model for estimating the clutch transmitting torque was built, and the Kalman filtering algorithm was used to estimate the clutch transmitting torque. The Matlab/Simulink was employed to simulate the clutch transmitting torque for two mode-switch processes. Estimation errors were analyzed through compa- ring the estimated and simulated values of the clutch torque. Impact of the noise covariance and the sample time on clutch torque estimation errors were explored. The results show that the developed estimation method can be used to estimate the clutch transmitting torque for HEV with good accura- cy. The results are useful for torque direct control of automatic diaphragm clutches. 展开更多

In order to study the application of dual clutch transmission (DCT) on tracked vehicles, a simulation moclel and two control methods were performed for starting analysis. Based on a certain transmission of an existing tracked vehicle, a DCT structure was proposed. Matlab/Simulink was a dopted as a platform to develop the simulation model. The engine speed was controlled to follow the target speed as a launch strategy. Two control methods, a proportional integral derivative ( PID ) control method and a fuzzy control method, were proposed to control the engine throttle and oil pressure in order to track the target engine speed. Simulation results show that either the PID control or fuzzy control method can improve the starting performance compared with no loop control meth od. Fuzzy control method can lead a better starting quality compared with PID control method. 展开更多

A model was developed to simulate a vehicle diaphragm spring clutch with the evaluation indicators of jerk degree and friction work.First,the pressing load characteristic of the driven plate of the diaphragm spring clutch was analyzed.Then,the clutch dynamic characteristic under each state was studied according to the basic principles of tribology.Finally,the mathematical model of the clutch was developed.Based on the model,the performance of a vehicle was simulated.The simulation results show that the model can predict the dynamic characteristic of the clutch correctly and evaluate the performance of the clutch engagement effectively.The model can be used for theoretical research of automatic clutch control and can be easily applied to simulate vehicle longitudinal dynamics. 展开更多

Wet dual clutch transmissions(W-DCTs) show overall benefits including excellent fuel efficiency,wide torque capacity range,long durability,driving comfort and sportiness.Many breakthroughs have been made to further improve the fuel efficiency by design innovations and introductions of new hardware.Each W-DCT has its unique design and hardware.It demands the lubricant to provide excellent wet clutch friction performance and anti-shudder friction durability,good synchronizer friction performance and durability,high load-carrying ability,excellent bearing performance,strong anti-corrosion performance,high thermal and oxidative stability,excellent material compatibility,etc.Particularly,the requirement of the wet clutch friction performance in W-DCT is much more severe than conventional ATFs and CVTFs.We report here our latest W-DCTF technologies developed for different W-DCT applications.DCTF-1 was optimized for a two-sump W-DCT application with the clutch lining material of friction material A(FM-A).DCTF-1 shows high and stable dynamic friction,static friction,particularly,high quasi-static friction without any shudder tendency in GK tests.DCTF-2 was designed for a one-sump W-DCT application with the same clutch lining material of FM-A.DCTF-2 completes 42,000 cycles of the severe GTI chassis dynamometer vehicle test without any issues,which is comparable to the factory fill fluid DCTF-FF.DCTF-3 was developed for a one-sump W-DCT application with a different clutch lining material of FM-B.DCTF-3 shows high and stable dynamic friction in the severe newly developed SAE DCT test procedure.DCTF-3 also gives excellent LVFA durability of over 720 h in the JASO M349 test procedure on FM-B. 展开更多

A numerical model to predict film torque of hydro-viscous clutch was developed.The model was established with computational fluid dynamics(CFD).The pressure distribution,velocity of flow and film torque were obtained based on vertical-horizontal grooved plate and radial grooved plate separately.The boundary conditions,such as the relative rotation,the fluid temperature and the oil feeding pressure,were also discussed.The results showed that the film torque of two kinds of grooved plate increased with increasing relative rotation.However,the film torque decreased with increasing fluid temperature and feeding pressure.Meanwhile,the film torque of radial grooved plate was less than vertical-horizontal grooved plate at the same condition.Our study showed that the model can efficiently calculate the film torque with complex geometry parameters and boundary conditions. 展开更多
