基于离合式承压箱的复合地基静载荷检测技术

摘要 本文主要介绍了一种基于离合式承压箱的复合地基静载荷检测技术。以某厂房的水泥搅拌桩加固软土地基工程为例,随机选取20根柱分别使用常规承压板和离合式承压箱进行了复合地基静载荷检测,同时使用ABAQUS软件构建复合地基模型进行了数值模拟。采用分级加荷的方式,分别测定不同荷载下的复合地基沉降量。结果表明,基于离合式承压箱的检测结果更接近数值模拟结果,说明该检测技术具有更高的精确性。在桩土应力比方面,基于离合式承压箱的复合地基桩土应力比曲线中,桩土应力比与荷载的线性关系更好。综上,基于离合式承压箱的复合地基静载荷检测技术具有节约时间、精度更高的优势。 This article mainly introduces a composite foundation static load detection technology based on a clutch type pressure box.Taking the cement mixing pile reinforcement soft soil foundation project of a certain factory as an example,20 columns were randomly selected and subjected to static load testing of the composite foundation using conventional pressure plates and clutch type pressure boxes.At the same time,a composite foundation model was constructed using ABAQUS software for numerical simulation.Using a graded loading method,the settlement of composite foundation under different loads is measured separately.The results indicate that the detection results based on the clutch type pressure box are closer to the numerical simulation results,indicating that the detection technology has higher accuracy.In terms of pile-soil stress ratio,the linear relationship between pile-soil stress ratio and load is better in the pile-soil stress ratio curve of composite foundation based on clutch type pressure box.In summary,the composite foundation static load detection technology based on clutch type pressure box has the advantages of saving time and higher accuracy.
