With the swift growth of China's economy in recent years, the number of multinational corporations in China is increasing rapidly, and during their process of management, the strategy of human resources localization is widely used. Though there are a lot of scholars who have done research on advantages, negative effects and implementation of this strategy, there are still not enough studies have been made about the enlightenments for China. Therefore, this study aims at representing more modern and advanced opinions by stating superiority and inferior of multinational corporations' human resources localization strategy on the basis of predecessors' studies. This study is based on multinational corporation human resources localization theories, research on certain multinational corporations located in China, and data and information from relative journals, books,newspapers and internet. The conclusion of this paper is as below: though human resources localization strategy has obvious advantages, the management shall control the"degree"in case of"over-localization"; secondly, as Chinese corporations, it is necessary to possess their own core technology instead of being a manufacturer only; and last, Chinese corporations should learn from foreign multinationals that balancing between globalization and localization, to maximize the benefits. 展开更多

The traditional models of evaluating human resources are mainly based upon the discounted value of future payment, but these models fail to take the employment risk into account, and often neglect the uncertainty and underes- timate the human resource value. This paper first introduces the option theory, and then presents human resources as the real commodity for the call option. Second, concerning the choices for the uncertainty decision, the decisions of delay- ing the employment of the human resources, expanding or deducing the scale of human resources, giving up or chang- ing human resources, etc., are made to deal with the future uncertainties appropriately. This will cause the investment to be more beneficial or to reduce the loss. Finally, the expand option theory of real options is used to evaluate the value of reinvestment in human resources, and the expand option theory could be provided as a reference for management im- plementation and decision-making in human resources. 展开更多

This paper examines the relationships between natural resource dependence, public education investment, and human capital accumulation. It addresses why the “blessing” of abundant natural resources often turns into a “curse” in many countries and regions, focusing on the crowding-out effect of natural resources on human capital. According to our empirical analysis of provincial panel data from China, natural resource dependence is significantly and negatively correlated with human capital accumulation. The crowding-out effect of natural resources on human capital exists only in the central and western regions of China. Our introduction of an interaction term for natural resource dependence and public education investment underscores the possibility of investing in public education to reduce the crowding-out effect of natural resource dependence on human capital. The government should utilize the income of the natural resource sector to increase investment in education to enhance local human capital. 展开更多

A computer system for human resource (HR) redistribution system is presented to solve the balance problem of the "surplus resources" and "surplus tasks" among a group of project units. The system architecture is designed in a compositional manner using the elements of agent technology and knowledge technology. A combination of generic agent models, ontology and knowledge provides an effective approach to address the dynamic, distributed and knowledge-intensive characters of the HR management. In the system, the broker agent acting as intermediary provides matchmaking services to the domain agents, and the individual domain agents communicate directly with each other. The HR ontology provides the semantic match of the surplus task and the surplus resource. Finally, an application example is presented to illustrate the achieved solution for a concrete scenario. This novel way offers a comprehensive HR exchange solution and is snitablc for both intra-organizational and inter-organizational HR management. 展开更多

Moose (Alces alces cameloides) is typically representative of the fauna of the frigid temperate zone and has been put on the Chinese second priority list of protected animals. The moose of northeast China is on the southern most edge of its distribution in Asia. To study resource selection characteristics of moose and their response to human distur- bances and forest resource variables, the field work was conducted in Heilongiiang Provincial Shengshan Forestry Farm, which is located in the northwestern slope of Lesser Khingan Mountains, northeastern China, from January to March in both 2006 and 2007. A total of 428 plots were examined within the study area. Signs of moose use were found in 19 plots. Based on the analysis of resource selection function, we found that moose selected areas with higher densities of mixed deciduous broadleaf patch and mixed coniferous and broad leaf patch, and a higher NDVI value. Moose avoided settlement 6 km away and remained low probability of occurrence within 3 km from roads, 展开更多

A review through the origination, development and prospect of Human resource accounting (HRA) is presented based on the study of plentiful literatures about it. HRA is defined as an accounting procedure and method to discriminate and measure the data of human resources, aiming to provide information which is concerned with the change of human resources for the outside people to serve human resource management. It is experiencing a nearly frozen period following its hot time in 1970s after its origination in America in 1960s. The theoretic foundation of HRA is classical plutonomy dated back to 17th century. There were two preeminent persons in the history of HRA. One was Theodore Schultz who established his human capital theory relating education that improves the human capital value with economy; the other was Eric G.FIamholtz who enriched the concept, research methods and application of HRA. In China, the research on HRA started in 1980s beginning with introducing overseas achievements. Multiple views coexist in the academy on whether human resources should be taken as accounting assets and on where to put the HRA information in financial statements. The application of HRA is constrained by the absence of full-blown theories and methodological systems about it as well as difficulties in evaluating human resources and the obstacle of conventional understandings. However, with the conning of intellective economy, the globalization of competition and the entry of China into WTO, the day of HRA will surely come. 展开更多

我国中医护理人力资源空间分布差异及动态演进的研究

目的:探索我国中医医院护理人力资源分布的空间差异及动态演进过程,为我国中医医院护理人力资源的优化提供科学依据。方法:提取2012年—2022年我国31个省(区、市)的中医医院护理人力资源数据,应用集聚度以及核密度估计的方法探究我国中... 目的:探索我国中医医院护理人力资源分布的空间差异及动态演进过程,为我国中医医院护理人力资源的优化提供科学依据。方法:提取2012年—2022年我国31个省(区、市)的中医医院护理人力资源数据,应用集聚度以及核密度估计的方法探究我国中医医院护理人力资源配置公平性在空间分布方面的差异及其动态演进过程。结果:西部地区的中医护理人力资源年均增长率最高,为10.70%。黑龙江等8个省(区、市)的卫生资源集聚度(HRAD)均小于1,其余省(区、市)的HRAD均大于等于1。人口集聚度(PAD)最高的是上海市,为27.145,最低的是西藏,为0.020。北京等15个省(区、市)的HRAD/PAD均大于1。结论:我国中医医院护理人力资源配置逐年增加,但公平性不足。空间分布上,低集聚度长期分布在我国中部和西部,高集聚度城市与低集聚度城市间差距较大。近年来,虽然整体配置水平有了较大提升,但区域间的差异仍较明显。 展开更多

目的分析呼吸科住院患者护理工作量的影响因素,探究呼吸科住院患者护理工作量和并发症与合并症指数(Complication and Comorbidity Index,CCI)的剂量-反应关系,为临床患者管理及护理人力资源配置提供参考。方法选取呼吸内科1121例住院... 目的分析呼吸科住院患者护理工作量的影响因素,探究呼吸科住院患者护理工作量和并发症与合并症指数(Complication and Comorbidity Index,CCI)的剂量-反应关系,为临床患者管理及护理人力资源配置提供参考。方法选取呼吸内科1121例住院患者作为研究对象,以病案回顾法,根据医院信息系统电子病历和护理执行单获取患者住院期间每天的护理项目及执行频次,计算护理总工时,通过多元线性回归分析护理工作量的影响因素,采用限制性立方样条探究CCI与护理工作量之间的剂量-反应关系。结果回归分析结果显示,患者年龄、入院途径、住院次数、CCI、呼吸机使用、抗生素使用是护理工作量的影响因素(均P<0.05)。限制性立方样条结果显示,CCI与护理工作量之间存在剂量-反应关系(P_(总体趋势)<0.05,P_(非线性)<0.05),当CCI>0.066时,护理工作量随着CCI的增长不断增大,根据不同年龄段、入院途径、住院次数及是否使用呼吸机和抗生素进行分组探究显示,不同临床特征患者护理工作量间存在差异(均P<0.05)。结论CCI和护理工作量之间存在剂量-反应关系,是呼吸科患者住院期间护理工作量的有效预测因子。建议护理管理者结合患者CCI和其他临床特征科学地进行护理人力资源配置,提高护理人力资源利用效率。 展开更多

数字赋能为学术研究带来新机遇,AI科研工具成为除导师外另一大影响博士后工作幸福感的重要因素。以工作要求-资源模型为理论视角,基于Nature“全球博士后”2023年数据库调查数据,探讨与导师的人际互动和与AI的人机互动这两种工作资源与... 数字赋能为学术研究带来新机遇,AI科研工具成为除导师外另一大影响博士后工作幸福感的重要因素。以工作要求-资源模型为理论视角,基于Nature“全球博士后”2023年数据库调查数据,探讨与导师的人际互动和与AI的人机互动这两种工作资源与博士后工作压力、工作幸福感之间的关系。研究发现:人际互动能够提升博士后工作幸福感,且工作压力起到负向中介作用;人机互动则会负向影响博士后的工作幸福感,且工作压力未发生有效的中介效应。建议:完善导师多样化指导制度,优化导师结构性指导效度;规范AI科学化使用,实现教育数字化轻型;建立“人际+人机”双向协路径,稳定工作幸福感。 展开更多
