摘要
随着多种信控技术应用于人力资源服务,人力资源市场上的职业信用业态获得了几个波次的成长助力,呈现出一个新行业的趋势。先后被引入人力资源服务领域的信控技术主要包括商务调查技术、个人征信技术和品信评估技术,它们被用于研发新产品和服务,以满足各类企事业单位的不同人力资源管理需求。在性质上,前两种技术属于非接触式的征信技术,而第三种技术则采用的是接触式信用生理学方法。
With the application of a variety of credit control technologies to human resource services,the occupational credit industry in the human resource market has received several waves of growth assistance,showing a tendency to form a new industry.The credit control technologies that have been successively introduced into the field of human resource services mainly include business check technology,personal credit technology and credibility assessment technology,which are used to develop new products and services to meet the different human resource management needs of various types of enterprises and institutions.In nature,the first two technologies belong to non-contact credit reporting technologies,while the third technology uses contact credit physiology methods.
